First time going to this new spot and I am extremely disappointed and don’t think I will be returning again. I asked for a small cup of ice cream with hot fudge and the server told me he needed to put it in a larger cup so it did not over flow. I was given the smallest single scoop of melted ice cream that I was charged 6.50 for. I should have handed it back and walked out! Completely shocked. This was a joke. Was basically the size of a pup cup from Starbucks.

I was so excited to see that the Mister Softee & Nathan's store finally opened! There is an option for everyone here. They even have a vegan option. The homemade ice cream is a major hit ---melts in your mouth. I also love the soft serve.The establishment is clean, spacious, and has something for everyone. Highly recommended!! I may even be coming back for a second cone today! Thank you for the great experience Mister Softee. This jewel is an amazing addition to Yorktown and Westchester County.

I was super excited about this place but ended up really disappointed - came with my family, sat down to eat at a filthy table, nothing was wiped down..they were all like that. I didn’t not feel like I was in a new establishment .. it just felt dirty.I understand that they’re busy and would like to give them some slack but that’s just a huge turn off for me. Maybe leave some wipes out if you don’t have staff to clean ? We ended up sitting down anyways because we had to eat, the garbage was toppling over and leaking milkshake all over the floor. $50 for hot dogs with my bun falling apart,fries, chicken fingers - not worth it. I will say the ice cream was good tho! I will go back for ice cream but will take it to go unless they clean their tables and chairs :)))

My biggest gripe? Cleanliness. The floors were downright grimy, and the staff seemed more interested in clowning around than serving customers. Plus, the ice cream? Overpriced and more goo than goodness—like their machines need a tune-up or something. It’s like they took a wrong turn on the way to Rye Playland and landed in Yorktown Heights. This just doesn’t jive.

This was a great idea for our community! It s what we needed ! Michael and Curtis ( the partners -ow wed ) really brought out the big guns to build this culinary adventure in ice cream ( hard & soft …cakes ,shakes sundaes you name and to satisfy the salty side you’ve got delicious hotdogs, hamburgers, cheese, steak, fries, you name it ,it’s just like being on the boardwalk in the middle of Yorktown Heights. Everything about it screams fun. The artwork is amazing inside and out the place just is so inviting, it’s a must see.! I’m hooked
