Love Zoomies! Susan the owner is always so helpful as remember my pup’s sizes, and the best toys for him. I’ve outfitted most all my frenchie’s jackets, coats and sweaters along with my dog bed, harnesses, leashes and most dog toys from Zoomies. Everything in her store is curated so well and is of the best quality.

Found this beautiful place while visiting New York. The store is beautiful with so many cool things. It was so nice to meet Suzan the owner who was welcoming and very helpful! The owners were condescending. I thought some catnip toys were cute so I sent my husband a photo, asking him to weigh in before I bought it.The owner immediately interrupted me to say, “you know we have pictures of everything online.”? I smiled and said I was sending my husband photos and she repeated that they have nice photos of everything online.This combined with the other woman behind the register who looked over my head to greet everyone coming in the door except me - it was overall a very weird vibe.

I am visiting from Toronto and found this gem in the west village. It was pouring out and the owner Susan was very accommodating bringing me all kinds of toys for curbside shopping and she even made me a poncho for the pouring rain. It was hilarious I’ll never forget this! 10/10 customer service and very posh toys for your babies. Organic treats too!

This shop is absolutely adorable. I needed to pickup a gift for my friends dog, and stumbled upon Zoomies on google. When I got in, I told the owner, Susan, what I was looking for and she was so helpful. She guided me through the store to show me different options to make sure my gift was perfect. Together, we decided on the homemade decorated biscuits and Susan packaged the treats so nicely! I loved how attentive, friendly, and kind Susan was and I look forward to making more visits back!

So many wonderful things to say about this store! Fantastic Women owned business, the owner is just lovely and helped me pick out the perfect coat for my dog. She took great care over not just the perfect fit but finding the design and fabric that would suit where we live and the activities my dog would be doing. The shop has a huge selection of other items including great quality toys, and some fun New York inspired ones. I have visited most of the highly recommended pet stores in Manhattan, and this one was by far the best. Above and beyond service!

I love Zoomies! Not only because it’s a super cute store and it feels like Disneyland for pets but also because Susan is wonderful!She is very kind, patient, friendly and makes the entire experience extremely pleasant. She takes the time to show you what she has, she is not pushy and she cares about her clients. She’s got great taste and helps you find the perfect thing! She knows all the items she has in the store, she is knowledgeable and knows exactly which toy or gift to recommend based on the breed and size of your pet.She’s got the most unique dog toys. My dogs Oliver and Maple usually destroy their toys within 30 minutes but not the ones from Zoomies. They’re always made well, and stand up to chewing and biting. Susan’s also got an amazing collection of pet accessories like leashes, collars, harnesses, dog bag containers, all high quality and cool colors. She also offers amazing dog winter coats. I bought Oliver his winter coat 5 years ago and it still looks brand new, and is very warm and waterproof, perfect for New York’s cold winters. I wash it often and air dry it and it’s still in perfect shape. I always bring my friends visiting from Europe and they all love Susan and her store!I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it! Good job Susan and thank you for being so amazing!

Amazing little boutique pet store in west village. You definitely pay west village price but it’s worth it to support local business. And the owner is a fabulous, die hard dog lover. She makes her own shampoos and sweaters (among other things to be sure).

This is the best toy store for cats (and at least dogs also) that i have seen and will definitely come back on my next trip to nyc! Our cat, Utah, loved everything we got her here so much that she forgave us right away for leaving on vacation. Lots of beautiful and special toys you wont find elsewhere and the owner susan was helpful and sweet. Highly recommend!!!

Zoomies donated the most adorable sloth dog toy, blanket & treats to the 75 Morton Auction and I was the lucky winner! Sending to my cousin in SF. He is the hardest person on the planet to get gifts for and only accepts gifts for his dog. He will love this. Thank you Zoomies for supporting public education along with neighborhood pups!

It appears to be a very well-apportioned store with lots of great products. Unfortunately, I was not allowed in the store as the store is (as of my visit in September 2022) permitting curbside shopping only.I don’t write this to pass judgment on anyone’s specific health concerns. I would observe, however, that I often go shopping for products spontaneously, and many toy purchases for my dog are impulse buys based on what seems to catch her interest as we browse. I’d imagine there are many others that do the same. That to me is what makes brick and mortar retail better than online shopping. You want to see and feel a few products before you select one.I’d offer an unsolicited suggestion. The manager, who I assume is the owner, seems very friendly. Perhaps if they have a personal health issue that they feel prevents them from fully reopening the store, they could consider hiring someone who does not have the same to concern to work as a clerk. I would think it would increase business considerably if people were free to walk in (and the increase business would probably offset the cost of hiring a clerk).

So in love with this place <3 everyone who works there is so knowledgeable and kind, and they really care about your pup! They have the absolute best toys—there's nowhere better. moo loves her "white paw"!!! i also went there to get a harness and susan was so helpful, helped me pick the right size, style, etc. Can't say enough good things about this place! my dog drags me over every time we pass!! definitely the kind of small business we should all be supporting right now :)
