Wooftown delivered heavenly Pupper Cup ice cream to us in <30 minutes for a $4 delivery fee (that's less than a Citibike rental to get there and back) over a fun, friendly phone transaction. They even threw in a bag of Home Cooked natural treats with a personalized note. My dog tore into the bag before I could even grab it and was in heaven! We were both delighted! Thank you guys! 11 stars!!!

I was visiting NYC and always try to get a new cat toy and treat so my cat doesn't go wild. Happy to find some decent feathery toys along with some high-protein treats for cats.This was one of few stores that were open as per their listing on Google compared to some others in the area on Monday around noon.

Beautiful store and convenient. Management needs a lot of work. Can't assist customer inquiries properly if the person running the store is never there, but once a week. The other young lady at the register needs to do better with how she speaks to customers during check out. Once those problems are fixed there could be potential for better.

Friendly staff are always happy to meet you and your fur baby. They make their own brand of dog food in Brooklyn and sell it here. My dog loves it and her coat is so soft and healthy!

Super cute place!! For pride month they had little toys with rainbow and even the lesbian flag colors on one!! The perspn working there was so nice and it wasnt too expensive either!

Small pet store. We picked up a few treats for my pup. They allow one customer in the store at a time (during COVID). The staff was very helpful and friendly.
