Thank you so much to the WandererHub team for always taking such great care of my sweet lucky! I’ve been bringing my dog here for several years now, since before they were even at this specific location and from someone who has a shy & nervous dog, I trust them. They always keep me posted via text/pictures/videos on her progress during her grooming appointments, and are quick to communicate if there are any issues. They listen to all our concerns and are so gentle. Would definitely recommend!

This place is great!!! I am bringing my two dogs there all the time for grooming and boarding. The staff is polite and responsive. Meldrin and Kendrick are always accommodating my needs and taking great care of my furry boys. My dogs look fabulous and smell fantastic after their haircuts. They seem happy when I leave them for boarding based on numerous photos and videos that I receive throughout the day. I highly recommend this place!

Meldrin and his team are the best! My pup gets aggressive during his baths and grooming, but Meldrin and his team know exactly how to handle him and give him the best cuts! Pictures don’t lie!

I've come here many times before, and every time, they exceeded my expectations. In service and hospitality, very friendly and social staff. And even though their place isn't as big as it used to be they go out of their way to accommodate your fur babies.Today my mom’s fur baby was groomed and came back handsome ad ever!!!

completely messed up my dog's hair three times in a row, and to top it off, my moms pup ended up with worms from their boarding home! Her poor 12-year-old dog had never had health issues (aside from chronic allergies and eye issues) like this before.What's worse is that they asked for my hairstyle preference, only to completely ignore it and then get upset when I asked for corrections before leaving. And when I politely asked for a slight trim, they refused my payment and service altogether! Went from 0-100 I was so confused and worried because my dog was in their hands.To make matters even worse, they resorted to name-calling, bullying, and even violent texts towards me. It was honestly horrifying. The driver even apologized!!! for their behavior, confirming everything word for word.I used to trust them to take care of my mom's deaf 12-year-old dog, who can't travel for grooming, but after this third bad haircut, worms, and unsanitary conditions, I'm heartbroken. They’re lying stating all types of mean things about my mothers dog and what I asked for - are even telling people I didn’t want to pay which is untrue. I was shocked to hear them say I didn’t have to pay because I was going to, I just asked if before she left if they could cut a bit more like I asked. Also shocked when they got mad because I asked for the same thing I requested at the top of the appointment. Just scary scary responses.I feel like I’m being gaslighted by the owner but karma is real.Just a friendly and very honest warning to be careful dealing with them. Glad that they work for some others. They used to work for me too. Just not anymore.

Although I was concerned at first due to the small space in the front shop. I was reassure there is a long soecae behind the front settings. In here, cats, run freely and dogs. They are very loving and knowledgeable of pets behavior. Thet text photos once the service is completed. It was the first time my kitten was getting a nail, teeth and bath treatment. It is important to start the cleaning in early stages, this way, tge cats get accustomed. I will definitely recommend this place and return for further services to my baby.

I got my puppy groomed for the first time at this salon because it was recommended to me by my friend before we both had bad experiences with this business. Speaking on my experience, I was very explicit with what I asked for and explained what issues my puppy was having with hair loss possibly due to separation anxiety. My puppy was up-to-date with all his vaccines and had no other health issues. My friend said they never asked her for her puppy's vaccine records or rabies but they were pushy with me about my puppy's record simply because I disclosed that he was having this issue (even though I expressed that the vet confirmed he had no allergies, irritation, or fleas/ticks, etc). Later on, I arrived at the appointment and the energy was off. I asked to stay for a while and they refused. I even provided my own NEW, recently purchased, never opened Kiehl's (expensive) dog shampoo and conditioner, and by the time I picked up my puppy, the bottles were already almost half way used, which is weird because I always bathe my dog at home and don't use more than a few pumps. My puppy has curly hair so no matter how much I brush, he always has even the slightest bit of trouble with brushing because of his texture. I was sure to brush him out with 3 different tools before our appointment to avoid the matting/knots fee as recommended by the workers at the salon, yet they still tried to charge me this add-on fee during his appointment. They also charged me a puppy fee, knowing that it was his first grooming appointment and he was obviously going to be anxious and defensive. In my opinion, if your service isn't for all dogs and you have to charge for any slight inconvenience to you, then your service simply isn't all inclusive). I asked for a teddy bear cut and gave explicit requests and they ignored them, leaving him with all the features I explicitly asked to avoid (long mustache and ears, afro-cut, etc). I expressed this after seeing his pictures they sent and asked this to be touched-up-- they said they would fix it, but he looked exactly the same as the pictures when I picked him up. After the appointment, my puppy was shaking and terrified, and even fell asleep in the Uber (which he never does) out of what seemed to be exhaustion. He got home, and for even days prior, he was slightly limping from one leg, was overly anxious, didn't want to eat as he usually does (and still doesn't), and is now TERRIFIED of going into cars because he thinks we're taking him back to this salon (he never travels in cars and he was perfectly fine on the way to the groomers but terrified with every experience in a car afterwards). It has been well over two months and I am still suffering the consequences of my puppy going to this salon.update: their response doesn’t even make sense and my dog was not aggressive or putting anyone at a “liability” or risk as a 6 month old puppy who was scared and anxious. THEY did something wrong to my puppy, not my puppy or I to them.

This place used to be known as “Petness World.” They moved and rebranded, perhaps trying to escape their reputation in the neighborhood. Look at the one star reviews on Petness World. Don’t trust them with your dogs.
