Excellent Petco with great puppy classes. We took our dog here for Puppy level 1 training with Edgar and he was great! Very attentive and provided great advice on all of our training challenges. They also have puppy play time on Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm which is great for taking a young puppy to use all its energy. The instructors are all very attentive and place the puppy’s in time out when they misbehave, this is really helpful for the puppy’s to learn how to play with other dogs and go straight to sleep when they get home!

Great place with a good supply of things for all ages of dogs including puppies. I am a new pawrent to a Puppy. The people there were extremely kind and helpful. Guided me through what i Should get and what not. They also have a great collection of accessories, i just wanted to buy everything. And a great return policy. Extremely satisfied.

Store only has the basics for dogs and cats, no small pets or fish at all. Prices were decent in store but price match to their website online for better prices. There was one employee in the whole store and we had to call him over to get his attention

It's an awesome store to go to if you need dog, cat, or bird food. It seems like they have a lot more stuff for those types of pet owners, but don't expect anything specific to any other type of pet like lizards or small animals. It's a pretty convenient location on Chambers Street, I was able to pick something up on the way home from work on the way to the train. And the staff is friendly in quick so that's always helpful.

Although staff members were nice didn't seem too knowledgeable in common products. Petco in general should be consistent with their online and in store prices. I saved lots of $ just cause they price match against themselves!

It's better quality items and better service e than the average Petco but the same prices. I like going there for treats and dog items. This store is particularly well stocked and the staff are actually nice and helpful. Go there!

It's abit expensive for the products to be for animals. An outfit for an animal could cost up to 50 dollars. It's honestly to much money for the outfits. But they have high quality pet foods and beds. The customer service is great aswell! The employees are really nice. I'm just not so fond of the prices.

Pros: its convenient.Cons:Their prices are RIDICULOUS! $27.99 for a 5lb bag of cat food. Amazon charges $18.99 for the exact same product and its delivered to me...Summary: they need to be price competitive or risk loosing more customers.

Nice inventory, but definitely overpriced! I bought a collar for my cat which was listed in store as $20, but online, it was closer to $13. The lady was nice enough to match the online price for me, which I would recommend doing

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sade was amazing and took the time to assist me with choosing the right product for my dog. I would definitely recommend this Petco for all your pet needs.

Picked up an online order. Literally was the only customer in the store and was not greeted/offered any help. When I checked out, two staff members were chatting it up and were very busy finishing up their convo before turning to me. When the staff went to look for my order it took a while too. Would hate to have to come back.

This location is the only one in the area and it is always clean, stocked with a variety of pet food brands such as Wellness, Wholehearted and Applaws, and the staff is professional and helpful.I recommend visiting this location as it is not my first time shopping there.

A great spot to grab odds and ends it's pricy but convenient, brought my Aussie in for a training consult with Edgar and he was fantastic, attentive and very knowledgeable about training. We plan to book a follow up session with Edgar soon.

Bad customer service & Over priced! I had to get cat food for my adopted cat and it was on my way home. There was barely any customers there, I counted 4 and at least 5 employees . Only 1 lady was being attended to And everyone else behaved as if I wasn't there. In the attempt of getting some help I asked one of the employees if they had grooming services, she answered with a "no". Didn't even referred me to another Petco/Unleashed, None the less, I spent $10 on a cat food that my cat hated and vomited. If you are a new pet owner STAY AWAY! I Will Never Go Back. P.S. after reading postive reviews I notice only positive reviews come from spell acquaintances.

Everyone has always been very nice to us here. I like that they support adoption shelters and have adoption drives on a weekly basis. This is the place where we buy our cat food. We live in the neighborhood.

Every time I go..(over five times) Staff are so busy being "friendly" with friends that they don't attend to any other customers, who actually would like to purchase something. I rather just go order online, where its cheaper and I don't have to be wasting my valuable time

Pretty cool store at first i thought it was just like a regular Petco but its not it has a way bigger selection of everything they sell I got new leashes and some treats and a new bed pretty cool store!

I only stopped in quickly to pick up some supplies for a friend, but as soon as I walked in the friendly staff helped me get what I needed and I was off on my way in no time. Couldn't have asked for better service and the speedy in and out was very appreciated!

Staffs are inattentive and rude. You may have to wait itemized cashier at a counter even if there is a cashier and you are the only customer in store.I have to wait a cashier who in charge of dog clothes eventhough all counters are open.What is worse a person in duty pretended not to recongized.

I was told by the manager that there was puppy playtime every Saturday from 1:00pm-1:30pm a few weeks ago when I purchased some items from this store. Wife and I showed up with our puppy this past Saturday, to be told that "there's a cut off at 6 months of age and your puppy is at the cut off age, so we won't be able to have them at puppy playtime". Mind you we trekked from Jersey. Will never support this location again.

Limited assortment and prices are always higher than the deals online. It's good to have near work as a quick pickup for stuff on my commute home.
