Worst toy store ever visited. Not welcomed when entered the store. The staff just stared at you and looked very unhappy. I bought a Magna-tiles with Coco melon theme for my friend’s kids. However my friend already had it so I decided to return the UNOPENED item with the receipt three days later. It was when I tried to return it that I knew the store has its own policy that no customers can return anything bought. Nobody said any single word about this unfair policy when I checked out. Also, if you check the price of the same product online, it’s super OVERPRICED. Mine is 26.7%. Please go to the target across the street. I will never come to this store again. To reply the comment of the owner below: I never say I can’t speak or read English. What I said is that what if a foreign customer who can’t read or fully understand your policy. You need to remind them before they pay. I think it should be done to everyone actually. I did not see that policy (very well hidden below the small screen). The owner did not show up in the store and used the misinterpreted message from his/her staff to do the customer reply. It is the different way you treat your customers makes you still a small business but big corporations become big. Last thing: there is a tool called Google Translate.

Came in here on my lunch break to look for a stuffed animal for my friend's infant. The staff basically refused to acknowledge me by asking what I was looking for or if I needed help, and just glared at me until I left the store, which was super awkward because another customer was getting their kid into their stroller in front of the door. I don't know exactly what I did wrong wrong in their eyes or why they decided I wasn't welcome at their store, but it took something fun and nice (buying a toy for a close family friend) and made it really unpleasant for me. It felt like I was being judged, but it was unclear to me why. Additionally, their selection was very limited and overpriced. I wound up finding what I needed at Target up the street. I won't ever be going back here, but still I would encourage them to find a way to be more welcoming to customers.

Two kids and a dog, Tribeca, is as good as the Dumbo location. This kids store is the best in NYC. So many incredible toys and all kind of fun stuff for the little ones. Sometimes you can find its owner taking care of the business and giving great advises. Can’t get enough of this store. Loving this new location ❤️

What a fantastic store!! Went in yesterday looking for a gift and was transported back to my childhood with some of the best all time favorite toys growing up. Prices are very reasonable. Service was super friendly! 100% recommend!!!!
