This place is so cute!! My dog turned 13 yesterday and I always get her some of her favorite goodies: mini tennis balls and treats. I went a little shop happy and got her some canned food since Amazon changed the packaging and formula recently and they had the original. Also got her new treats that the store clerk recommended for her digestive health and she loved them! They gave me an additional treat gift bag with a sample shampoo as a thank you. Super happy and will return!

Since the Pet Market opened, my dog refuses to pass without stopping in to say hello to the extremely friendly and wonderful people who work there. They are all such true animal lovers and greet both pet and owner with warmth and smiles and remember both of your names right away. My dog gets pets and her choice from a buffet of high quality treats and I am able to find anything and everything I need thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful staff, as well as the wide array of anything and everything a dog and cat might want/need. Pet Market is truly a cut above in products and customer service and the dogs and cats of the Upper West Side (and their people), are very lucky to have it!

This pet store is unmatched by even the giant brick & mortar favorites. In fact, it's way better. You get the feeling that that someone who is an expert in animals has done a deep dive researching what products are best for your pet and take their time to carefully curate every square inch of the shelves with top notch food, supplements, toys, and treats. The staff is also well-versed in the inventory, and will make your pet feel well taken cared of and loved. I can't even walk my dog in the direction of our 72nd Street "Pet Market," without Lulu, our old english bull dog, pulling us in for a cold drink of water, a nutritious treat, or a quick loving cuddle from the staff who all know her by name. If my dog could talk, for her, this is the best place on earth!

Made a quick stop to get my dog a treat. I was greeted by multiple staff and even got a little goodie bag of dog treats when I checked out. Great customer service!

If you are disabled at allDONT GO HEREI've gone a few times and the woman is pretty nice, but the young man who works there is downright awful. He mocked my voice today and got frustrated when he couldn't understand me. I've never been mocked in a pet store before. Seriously if you can shop elsewhereTo bring to the manager: a younger slim white presenting or very light skinned man with brown hair in an updo was at the register. I asked a question to which he said, do you speak Spanish or something? I CANT understand you and rolled his eyes at me. I tried again to speak clearer and he got frustrated. I come here for Dr. Beckers treats but after this encounter I think I'll find them elsewhere. I didn't "inform" a manager because I was embarrassed enough.
