The staff here is amazing! Obviously you are going to pay a little more in a small business but the knowledge and expertise they offer more than makes up for it. We were looking for a backpack pet carrier for our rather stubborn French bull dog/Pug mix and the knowledge with which they presented our options was so super valuable. Wouldn’t have gotten that buying online. Vivian, Alena and Sebastian were so friendly and helpful. P.S. guys, we followed your instructions and Gus didn’t mind being in there at all! Such a great choice. Thank you for helping us make the city more accessible to our family of three.

Super friendly staff! They were super helpful when I was getting ready to welcome my new dog. The products are a little overpriced in my opinion but I understand that it costs a lot to run a small business especially in this neighborhood. I try to shop here when I can afford it instead of big pet stores.

I have been coming to the pet market since it opened. Jamie the manager is the BEST. He’s knowledgeable and professional. He is definitely the reason I go to the store every day. I never leave with out purchasing something. Jamie has helped me choose a new food that my dog loves. He’s the manager of this location. He’s an asset to this company.Treat him as such. Staff is nice and friendly, but they are way too overpriced. I bought a few toys from here for my puppy and a few days later I saw the same exact toys for almost half the price at Petco. I couldn’t believe I had spent so much money on stuff that was a lot cheaper at a more well known pet location!!

This store has a TON of fantastic products! As our puppy continues to grow we have been able to find everything we need right here (from safe harnesses, to a variety of dog treats, to gum and ear cleaning products, to much, much more!) The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and we look forward to each visit. Thanks for being a great neighborhood gem!

This store is a great addition to the neighborhood. Much more personal service than any other pet supply shop. You’re greeted with a smile and offered assistance without any pressure. The selection of products is pretty nice. They don’t always have everything in stock and prices aren’t super competitive but the employees always have an alternative product to offer. The manager Jamie is extremely attentive to everyones needs and does his best servicing customers while also answering calls and checking people out. He is so friendly and really makes me want to continue to support this business. The only reason i’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes it gets crowded and Jamie is forced to have people waiting for his service while he either answers the phone or works the cash register. He’s great but it would be nice to not have to wait on him because he’s alone and has to help others.Thank you Pet Market!

Great store with a huge selection, don't be put off by it's size, they have everything you could need for your pet. The staff are also super knowledgeable about animals, particularly dogs. They can give you all kinds of recommendations and advice. Much better than shopping at like PetCo (or some other big impersonal chain) where staff have zero passion for animals.

This pet store is our go to now. We usually shop online but want to support our local businesses. It turns out, it’s even more convenient than shopping online. They have a great selection of products, very friendly and helpful staff and they can deliver same day. I’m so glad we found them!

Employees are nice and always kind to pets. But it's very difficult to support a small business when places like this price gauge their customers. Everything in here is marked up over 100% compared to Amazon and they just laugh when you ask why. I get making a margin, sure, but 100% mark up is predatory and just absurd
