I've visited this particular store twice and both times was particularly well-served by Iris and then her male colleague.When the item(s) I was looking for was/were not in their stock, suitable alternatives were easily suggested or there was an indication that they would chat with the supplier about getting the product(s). I plucked this card from the 'welcome' packet of treats I received and felt compelled to say - Brava/o to my new neighborhood shop, thanks for reaching out so graciously, and may good fortune attend you!

I have a finicky cat and it's great that the Pet Market has a wide variety of high quality foods. Her tastes change, too, so I love that I can run over and pick up a few things to try. The store is always clean and well organized. When they've been out of something or if I have a special request, they've been able to get it for me. I'm so happy they are in the neighborhood. They're also very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this pet store. I visited for the first time today to find a new toy for my cat who has been having a hard time adjusting after a move. They have a great selection of cat toys, unlike the basic selection found in most chain pet stores. I brought the toy home and my cat is obsessed, I have not seen him so happy since our move. The staff was lovely. I will definitely be returning to The Pet Market!

Amazing pet store with the friendliest staff, and so many great options. They have such good advice and recommendations. Always feel like their selection is catered for actually caring for pets as opposed to other big chain pet stores.

I love this place. It’s has a great variety of treats and toys. Our dogs love going inside and sniffing the great smells! Nice people working there too!
