Super cute store that carries alot of high end items. Chloe (resident feline cashier) showed me around and helped me with my visit. Store carries Acana, Orijen, Stella & Chewy’s, Natural Dog Company and many more suberp brands. 10/10 would come again!!!

Best pet store in the area! I came in with my puppy Malibu, in need of a coat and boots. The employee was so kind and helpful. He let us try on coats to make sure they fit her. And He was so gentle with my puppy and showed me how to put the boots on her. Great selection of coats, bowls and toys, definitely recommend stopping by!

Spoiled brats has been a great resource to my wife and me for our two cats ever since we moved to Hell's Kitchen five years ago. The store staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don't have anything, they make sure to order it for us. They regularly give us discounts and deliver to the door of our 5th floor walk-up without any extra fee.

Fidel was extremely helpful in setting up our home for our two new rescue kitties! He was very warm and had great recommendations, and the store itself was stocked with plenty of options. We'll definitely be going back for all of our cat needs and shoutout to Fidel!

Simply the best, well stocked and price competitive pet store!They have a care and attention to detail that's unmatched. Fidel and his whole staff really go the EXTRA mile to get you anything you need.He's ordered our dog crate and beat Amazon's pricing. Our prescription cat food is cheaper here than at the vet. This is a 1 stop shop AND SAVE f amily store that everyone should go to and support.

I wish I could give 1 million stars! We shopped here on 12/22 & 12/24. I wanted to help someone homeless with a dog, and my mom gave me a budget of $20 and the person working gave me everything for $10 instead of the total -$50. BUT then he heard why i was buying stuff for someone homeless and gave me a free jumbo bully stick! Unlike big name pet stores he was asking about our trip, help my mom find stuff, and was overall an amazing person!Caring- 10/10Helpful- 10/10Prices- 9/10Over all-9.9/10I would 100 percent recommend this store!

Well-curated store that carries a LOT of items, from affordable to high-end, and the efficient layout basically lets you see everything at once so decisions are easy to make. Eddie knows a lot about a LOT and is a natural teacher, so it's a real education working with him to figure out what is best for your specific pet. I'm a first-time dog owner who came in here as a n00b and left feeling like I could actually handle this OK :)

Man these guys are kind, amazing and love animals! I walked in trying to ask for a single doggie bag and they just gave me some and sent me on my way. Happy to support this local businesses, as they clearly love their dog neighbors.

Spoiled Brats is by far the best pet store! They have a great selection of pet supplies, good prices, & amazing staff. They are always so friendly, helpful, & they have the product knowledge for making recommendations that are truly beneficial. They have always gone above & beyond providing me the best customer experience! Finding this spot was like finding a gem to me & I highly recommend them. I get just as excited as my dog gets when it’s time for a visit there!

This is probably my new favorite place to get things for my pets and will definitely have to visit the next time I’m in New York. The owner was super nice and you can tell he’s passionate about pets and helping find the right toys for them. Both my cat and dog loved the gifts we brought back with us on his recommendations and my cat is picky so that means a lot. It’s not a huge store but it has a lot of things out on shelves and hanging on the walls so there’s a lot of options. He also recommended the furminator and was able to demonstrate on his cat Chloe. It was really nice chatting with him too, very nice guy.

We had a great experience at Spoiled Brats today. We had to exchange something for a larger size for our puggle and Eddie was so nice. He let our pup try on different sizes and gave her s test at the end! Eddie was great and we officially love Spoiled Brats!

Amazing small business with great selection of cat food, including stuff you can't find at the big box stores, and can only purchase by the case from Chewy. Friendly, compassionate staff as well. Definitely support this business if you own a pet in NYC:)

I absolutely love the store owner who runs this specific location. He is kind and generous and is always eager to offer me any and every assistance in regards to pet food recommendations. He has a heart of gold. He also has a little area where you can meet and adopt rescue cats. He is so knowledgeable about brands, ingredients, food recalls, preferences, etc, and so generous with his time! I have been going to this location specifically because of his time and attention and generosity. They were having trouble with the supplier to get a couple different types of food my cat needed. But other than that a perfect store.
