I took my dog here for the first time this weekend and I will definitely be back. Alejandro and Jimena were extremely kind to me and my dog and made us feel very welcome in their space which, as many have said before, was very clean. I normally like to keep my dog’s hair on the longer side (see the before photo) because I did not want him to have an overly manicured look; however, after seeing his amazing new cut and shorter length…I will continue to have him groomed like this. I love it and his coat feels so soft. What I also like about their business is it is just the two of them so you know there will be consistency. At the last place he went for grooming, the staff was always changing so I could never get the same person nor the same style haircut. I highly recommend Snoot Club!

Alejandro & Jimena are patient groomers. Their place is extremely transparent, nothing hidden. I sat down with Alejandro to discuss what I want for my dogs. There weren’t other dogs there, so they only book what they can do, so our dogs didn’t have to sit and wait. Prices were good too. Such a nice addition to the neighborhood.

I’m happily writing this review a week after my puppy, Teddy, got groomed at SnootClub. His blowout and haircut still look gorgeous and he still smells so incredible! From the moment I walked in, I felt an immediate sense of calm and community. They took time answering any questions I had and also took their time playing with Teddy in the little playpen before beginning the grooming session to ensure his comfort and happiness going into it. They spent A LOT of time and love on him as he was very matted on certain parts of his body, cries during a bath and isn’t the most cooperative with nail cutting. I appreciate their hard work and patience so much. Teddy was so happy upon pick-up. Their pricing was very friendly and fair. I seriously have zero complaints. In fact, I am just so happy to have found Teddy’s forever groomer. Our previous experiences at other places have either been bad or just mediocre. Snootclub grooming was a superior experience for me and most importantly my baby Teddy. Alejandro and Jimena were a dream team. Thank you! We can’t wait to go back!

Alejandro was absolutely incredible with my super senior dog. You can see just how gentle and careful he is in the way he interacts with each dog he encounters and I don't think my little guy could've been in better hands. My little guy does not have the use of his back legs and is generally feeble. The care that Alejandro and team took of my little guy was above and beyond what I could've asked for. They also were preceptive and understanding of MY anxiety and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them with my questions and worries.

Cannot recommend any more!! My Golden mix has never looked better than after her grooms here. She has sensitive skin and they are very gentle. She is very comfortable with them, you can just tell they treat your pets with care and respect. Also - best prices in the area!!

Best grooming experience ever!They are so great with Izzy getting her used to the area and being patient with her during her grooming (she gets a little nervous).Owned and operated by such a nice couple we will for sure be back to support this small business with great costumer service.My pup was so happy playing with them when I picked her up, she didn’t want to leave.Pictures below- I don’t think I’ve ever seen her paws so white!

Hands down the best grooming experience we’ve ever had and fairly priced, too! The shop is impeccably clean and secure. Alejandro and his family immediately made our Yorkie feel comfortable—he went from shaking like he does at the vet to running around with excitement. We felt peace of mind leaving him to go run errands.Not to mention the attention to detail—the haircut is pristine, ears squeaky clean, nails perfectly trimmed, teeth brushed/fresh breath and he smells sooo good! They also expressed his glands which most groomers won’t do unless you specifically ask/for an extra fee.Needless to say, we’re super happy to have Snoot Club in the neighborhood and will definitely be back! PS: they also offer daycare.

This was my first time to use these groomers - and also the first time my littlest one had been groomed. These people couldn’t have been nicer. The place was immaculate. My dogs were relaxed and engaged when I arrived and looked great!! I will definitely be going back to this shop.

What a great neighborhood find! Our Australian Labradoodle has never had a better grooming experience. Not only does he always look great (and smell great!)a fter every visit, but he loves going there. Theo has had about 5 haircuts there now, and we will only use Snoot Club! Highly recommend them

I was recommended to Snoot Club Pet Grooming from a well groomed dog’s human in Riverside Park. I sent an email re: inquiring about availability for a long overdue grooming. They kindly requested proof of up to date vaccines. They immediately texted me when an appointment was available. The shop is in a clean, brightly lit storefront on Tieman St. It’s a family owned business instead of a corporation and I highly recommend their services.

I had my cat, Charlotte, groomed here today and I can see that they took care of her so well! They created a safe and calm environment for her because she gets so anxious with her baths, but after talking to them about her, they ensured that she would be okay there. They did an even more amazing job on the bathing and grooming, and she is so happy and we can’t wait to go back!

Can not recommend this place enough! I’ve been taking my dog here for almost a year now. She used to hate going to the groomer but now we walk up to the door, and she wants to go inside. They are the kindest people and even let my dog sit wherever she wishes! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience! Our 1-year-old Spaniel is timid so I was concerned how she would react to a new grooming experience. However, the owners of this family run establishment were patient and kind with her. Our pup came smelling sweet and looking oh so lovely! Unlike other dog groomers, you feel the personal touch. Very reasonable prices, too! Thank you so much!!

These people take great time and care with your dog. Personal attention. Expert skill. My neighbor's cocker spaniel came out looking as cute and smart as I have ever seen him. These professionals run a clean, hygienic, customer-focused operation. They know exactly what they are doing.

My goodness...if I could give 10 stars I would! I'm so grateful to have found a grooming salon in Harlem. I usually take my babies all the way to PetSmart in Pelham. He's being going there for over a year and they do a good job but nothing like Snoot Club. He was cut so beautifully and I love that he was the only dog there, giving him all the love and attention he needs. He tends to be timid and shy but when I picked him up, he was happy, and he was HANDSOME as ever. They definitely have a new forever customer and I will be bringing my little girl here as well. THANK YOU AGAIN🙏🏽

Our dog transformed from an overgrown Cavapoo to a cleaned up pup with a great cut and super soft, tangle free fur. Alejandro was incredible! Communicative and kind to our dog. We will be back!

They did an amazing job! First pic is freshly groomed and second is a week after. She still smells great and was so happy when I picked her up. They really took the time to get to know her when first dropping her off. I could tell she was really comfortable with them once I picked her up. Will definitely be coming back!

Snoot Club is the absolute best. I took my dog to a number of groomers before I discovered Snoot Club, and now I will never take him anywhere else. He looks even more handsome than I remembered him every single time, and smells great for weeks. The owners are genuine dog lovers and shower their canine clients with affection; plus they are reasonably priced, never running late, and deliver the highest level of service. It’s a great experience for humans and fur babies alike.

The owners and groomers, Alejandro and Jimena, are THE SWEETEST! My dog wouldn’t let them get very far into her grooming because she was so nervous. They prioritize your pet’s wellbeing over the haircut itself, so Alejandro had me pick up my dog early. He would not accept a penny because he wasn’t able to finish the job.They said I could stop by just to get my dog more used to the place before they try again.

This is the best groomer we've taken our dog to. The place is clean and they took amazing care of our dog. Ollie smelled phenomenal and his haircut was perfect. He's not the easiest dog to groom, but they did a fantastic job. If you're looking for a groomer, I recommend going here. 🐶

Just absolute top quality grooming. I asked if they had an opening and then hours later they penciled my dog Cosmo in for the next day. The facility is clean and run by a family, and we simply showed the groomer a picture of how we wanted our pup to look and three hours later he comes out (literally) perfect. We have been trying new groomers out in NYC for years and Cosmo always gets messed up or a trimming that’s less than quality.Not here. I did a full inspection of my dog when we got home and he’s simply perfect. No missed cuts. No patches. Perfect length. I cannot recommend this groomer enough as they provide high quality services for a more than reasonable price. We will be returning customers moving forward.

The owners could not have been nicer! They did a great job with my lab and got tons of fur off that he was shedding, not to mention taking care of his nails, ears, and teeth (which he hates). Prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely be going back!

The groomers are really gentle and welcoming. Lia was a bit nervous and on edge but they were able to maintain her calm while trimming her nails. Reasonably priced and great thorough work. I will be recommending people and bringing my pooch back. So glad they are in the neighborhood.
