They are extremely rude and refused to service my Jack Russell Terrier just because of his breed, they did not even meet him. I have literally never written a review like this in my life but was appalled at them for dismissing me the way they did just because of his breed. This is discriminatory and may even be illegal.

Awesome care for my Chloe. This grooming salon is kept extremely clean and the staff is extremely professional and courteous. I have a Maltese pup and she always comes out looking absolutely adorable. Everytime she walks out for weeks past the date I'm asked if she just came from the groomers. Don't hestitate to bring your pup here!

We love Reme and her team. Our little guy JoJo has been going there for over almost 13 years - they do an amazing job! They're lovely people and super accommodating - in particular with very anxious dogs (like ours!).

We love Reme's!! We travel to NYC frequently and leave our puppy there most days. They are always so happy to see her and she adores them. Everyone is super nice and we are so grateful to have a place to send her when we travel. Highly recommend if you like nice people who love what they do!

Riley LOVES going to daycare here. You can really tell the staff loves all the dogs that come here for daycare. Riley’s tail wags so much when he sees everyone - thank you for taking such great care of him!

We love and miss this place. It was integral in the upbringing of our puppy! Liberty misses you guys as well! They do a fantastic job with grooming as well. Highly recommend this place for day care and grooming. We will pop in next time we are in town and say hello!

I took my frenchie for grooming here once but i love them most for what they do to help me with Apollo, my paralyzed furbaby. Most groomers want the sog to be able to stand on all 4 leg . I just needed simple nail clippings in between vet visits. I tried and accidently cut too short so that traumatized me. 🙈 But these guys always show him so much love and car. They always make time for us and help my little guy out with a mani/pedi. 💝🦊 Thanks Wanda, Gloria, and Bob! Wanda is usually at the cash register, answering phone . Booking appointments. Gloria is the groomer that always loves on Apollo and his nails. Bob is one of the owner/manager who always greets with a smile and makes you feel welcome too.They are so booked up that at thr moment they are not taking new clients. Waiting list. But they have a shop full of goodies and awesome apparel. From bags, collars, leashes, treats, clothes, daycare, and grooming...it is a one stop shop for many needs!

Called to make an appointment-they told me they are not currently taking new customers. Must be nice to be so rich! Guess I’m in the wrong business. Why even bother having a website? You turn my business away and expect me to come back to you when you can accommodate? That’s not how this works…

Reme and her staff are so warm and caring. Sasha is so happy there and we love knowing that she spends her day with people who love and care for her. She gets excited every morning when I drop her off and she loves all her friends there. I highly recommend.

Remes is the best hands down. I fly to NY with my dog from out of the country a few times a year and make sure he gets in with Reme every time we come. There is simply no comparison and worth every penny. Best poodle grooming in the city.

A few months ago, I moved from London to New York with my Bichon Frise, Cubee who is now 3.5yrs old. Reme and her team have done a fantastic job of looking after Cubee in day care while I’m at work. They have supported small requests which have included opening up shop 15 mins earlier than usual to accommodate my routine.I also use Reme Oggi Pets for grooming services for Cubee and he always comes back superbly fluffy and clean no matter how shabby chic he starts out. Thank you for taking great care of Cubee!

My pepper has not been groomed anywhere else. I brought him to Reme for his first grooming in 2006 & we just celebrated his 11th birthday on June 19,2017! I cannot imagine finer overall care anywhere else. Thank you Reme , Bob & staff for all the years of love❤️💕🐶👏👍

Fantastic service. A bit pricey but given the quality of the service and the amount of time they take caring for my dog I’d say they earn their fee. Longtime customer and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.
