I took my kitten there for his first grooming today and I have to say he came back home smelling delicious!He is a Siberian so he had a coat that was shedding and they did an excellent job with cleaning him up. We had his hind legs and part of his belly trimmed to help with litter tracking and to keep him cleaner in general. We also got a teeth cleaning for our little guy!I requested pictures of the process as well, which the staff graciously were willing to take and send to me. They were cognizant of how stressed he appeared to be and offered him treats and pets to comfort him. I will definitely be returning!

The staff and service at Rapawzel are AMAZING!!!!! I feel very comfortable with them and Our pups are always excited to see the staff!I just moved to the area, read many reviews and called many groomers, until I found them.Very easy to get an appointment and they’re always very sweet and loving towards our fur babies. We have a Bassett hound and maltipoo! Specifically for our maltipoo, we love how her haircuts always turn out!Second time using them and I’m so happy I found them .

My Morkie Levi is smelling so good and looking so cute with his new haircut! First time bringing him here and I am happy with the results. We will definitely be returning. I would’ve loved to meet the groomer but unfortunately didn’t get to. I wasn’t aware of the tax but now I know for our second visit. Overall, so happy with the experience. Thank you!

Our 13 week old cavapoo puppy Pluto got his first ever grooming at Rapawzel and we are so happy we came here! The staff were very kind and attentive and even texted us midway to let us know how Pluto was doing. Excellent experience and Pluto looks wonderful! Can’t wait to come back. I brought my golden retriever in for a bath and deshedding treatment, and he came home smelling and looking great! He hasn’t had a bath in a few weeks and has been shedding like crazyyyy, but came home squeaky clean (with a cute bandana, I will add) and with less stray fur. Will definitely be coming back to Rapawzel for grooming again !!!

They do a phenomenal job. Our Winston was newly rescued and had tons of matting in his fur. I was worried that they would need to shave him down, but thankfully they were able to comb it out. He even came back calm and happy!

My poochie loves to get groomed at this groomer, the receptionist is very welcoming and friendly my poochie gets so excited when he sees him. The groomers are very friendly to my pooch. My pooch shows no signs of being treated mean, he truly loves play time there too. I would recommend the services for any dog owner.

Booked a last minute apt, they were able to take me within the hour.My frenchie got to play with the dogs in the daycare while waiting for her bath, which she loved.Amazing services! Highly recommend. My frenchie came out a new pup!

My dog just got maybe his best haircut ever, and he’s 13 yrs old! And… they do deep teeth cleaning, WITHOUT ANESTHESIA, which I was initially nervous about, but he tolerated it fine and they look amazing. Teeth (and breath) were horrible. I cannot give enough stars to this adorable, quality business. Thank you, Rapawzel!

A good cat groomer is hard to find, let alone a GREAT one. This was my first time going to Rapawzel (82nd street location) and my experience was above and beyond from start to finish. The staff was so lovely and helpful on the phone and really went the extra mile to accommodate me and fit me in first thing next day.My cat is a recent rescue with significant matting and I felt confident that she would need to be shaved (although I was hoping she wouldn’t!). Their groomer was highly experienced with cats and decided to do a brush out instead, which had me in AWE, as I was sure it would be impossible. When we picked her up and brought her home, she walked out of the carrier beautiful as can be with no mats and in great spirits. Clearly, her experience was a positive one. She looks beautiful and is so so much happier.10/10 will be going back and would refer Rapawzel without hesitation.

I'm so glad I found Rapawzel. My dog ​​gets very nervous at bath time especially with nail trimming and this is the only place they make him feel comfortable. It makes me happy that Stitch is in good hands and cared for, that means a lot to me. Thank you Rapawzel for the patience you have with Stitch and for how cute you leave him after his bath.

I tried out Rapawzel for the first time for a full groom and was pretty happy with it! I called in advance to get a quote and they were able to fit my dog in the next day which was great. The facility looked clean and it seemed like the dogs were well taken care of. I loved the text message updates that kept me in the loop. The haircut looks great and they were very friendly. My only mild complaint is that they charged me an extra $10 because my dog was a little matted which I thought was kind of ridiculous because that's probably one of the main reasons that dogs get groomed in the first place. I've taken Nacho to 4 different locations in the city and I've never been charged extra for that. They probably should have mentioned that when I called to get a quote but overall I was happy with the result and thought the prices were very reasonable

This was my first at home grooming experience for my dog and it couldn’t have been better.Naize the groomer was slightly early, very friendly, efficient and did a wonderful job with Rory. He’s anxious during grooming but she was very gentle and patient. She cleaned the space after as well. This was everything I look for in this experience.

There aren’t enough stars to recommend this place. At the very last minute, I had to board my friend’s cat for a month because the previous boarding facility said he was too “feral.” Wagner and his team not only loved on him and made him much more comfortable with being handled, they accommodated all of my grooming and scheduling changes throughout the month with fluidity and ease. Wagner and Camilla clearly love animals, want what’s best for them… and it shows! Milo looks so good and chill after a month of time with the Rapawzal team. Thank you for your care and attention of our cat for such a long stay!

Great groomer. They do an excellent job with my dog. However they up-charge by 20% if my dog has a few mats.They call you after you already dropped your dog off, so of course you have to say yes.Otherwise the service is good. Unfortunately this happened to me a few times so I won’t be returning

Our dog comes back so fresh and happy! He has a lot of fur and is always completely dry and very clean. He is very active and they do a great job handling him. It takes about 2.5 hours for our golden retriever, and he comes home sleepy! I would recommend them to anyone.
