I have been using Pup Culture for years and they take care of Pedro as if he’s theirs. They are very caring, responsive and attentive- walking Pedro multiple times throughout the day. Additionally for lodging they even provide email update with pictures that really give you a good level of comfort when traveling. Excellent staff and atmosphere - thank you all very much!

This place is great! They treat our dog like he is one of their own and our dog can’t wait to go for the day! Everyone is friendly and go out of their way to help. For example on days where I need to pick up our dog and get in the car they have offered to make sure he gets a good walk to pee 15 mins before! Highly recommend!!!!

I'm very picky when it comes to daycares I choose! Since I have started taking my dog to Pup Culture for grooming and daycare, he and I have loved the experience! It's the most value for the price you pay! Staff are very friendly and welcoming to both he and I! Occasionally he leaves with a funny smell that may be urine clinging to him so not sure what that's about. But overall he is walked multiple times a day and staff is always able to tell me what he did and when he got his last walk which I appreciate! He comes home happy and tired which is exactly the way I want him to be! I'll be bringing him in again very soon!!

I hate to write a negative review since the staff was so nice but for the price I’m not impressed with the grooming they gave my dog. I mentioned I didn’t want an aggressive cut but it seems like barely anything was done. I’ve attached a few photos showing how even his ears and paws aren’t cleaned up.

My dog Dolly has been going to PupCulture several days a week for the past 2 years. Dolly has a blast there and the entire staff is amazing! They treat Dolly like their own pup, are extremely responsive and accommodating. Can’t recommend this doggy daycare enough!

On every nighttime walk, Ziggy sits outside the door to Pup Culture while we explain that we can't go in now because it's all closed, and none of his friends are even there—sometimes he won't leave until we promise he can go tomorrow. The staff all know and love our pups, who recognize them and run to say hi when we see them on the street. The fact that they're right downstairs, and even offer pickup and dropoff services when we need them, has been so convenient for us. Really wish they would put a camera in the play area and livestream the pups, but other than that, we couldn't be happier!

Great daycare! Staff is kind, attentive, and caring. They always make sure to take great care of my dog and accommodate pickups and drop offs. Also always communicate any issues or notes which is so appreciated. After daycare my dog is tired and happy!

We love Pupculture! Our dog Dudley goes there for daycare most weekdays & he loves it. He’s always so happy to walk inside & hates to leave. The staff is excellent — they treat Dudley like family & are all so nice to the humans too. We receive photos during the day that always bring me joy & they also do holiday photo booths. Dudley has boarded there overnight & they made it so easy & comfortable for him (& us). I cannot recommend Pupculture enough & I don’t know what we’d do without them!

Amazing, loving and they send us pictures of our pets. Nutella is a puppy and quickly adapted. She is loving her new pupfriends and looks forward to going inside the daycare every time we arrive at the door! They also have a great cost-benefit condition, especially if you sign up for the membership.

It's not just a daycare for dogs; it's like a second family for your furry friends. For someone who is super attached to their pup, I have zero anxiety leaving him at Pup Culture 57th. From the moment you walk in, it's all tail wags and excitement. The staff there are like dog whisperers—so caring and attentive, they treat each pup as if it's their own. I can't count how many times I've arrived to pick up my little one only to find him having the time of his life and having a very real struggle with getting him to leave lol. It's like he's found his own little doggy paradise. So, if you're a dog parent, looking for a place where your fur baby will be loved, cherished, and have the time of their life, then this is the place to take them. Trust me, you won't regret it!

I took my dog Hershey, who has had bad grooming expierences else where. I have to say I was nervous but the staff and even the groomer Janet was amazing !!!!!!!!!!! Thankyou for handling my baby with care, patience and professionalism you guys are gems and a big asset to the location ! I can't thankyou guys enough! WE WILL BE BACK!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Couldn’t ask for a more delightful group at PupCulture W 57th. Our mini doxie Pippa goes for day care several times per week and absolutely loves it. She sprints towards the building as we approach and is reluctant to leave at the end of the day. We experimented with several day care options in the area and can confidently say PupCulture is the way to go. Highly recommend!

At Pupculture, our pet Winston found his second home. IT’s service hours are long and more flexible compared to the other pet care centers. Its staffs are very friendly and treat our dog like their own. Their almost daily pets photos are very interesting and we love to see them as soon as they were sent to our phone. Staff always reported to us whenever our dog had some issues. The service charges here are also very reasonable. We have full trust on this wonderful dog care center.

Highly recommend. Really attentive and communicative staff, they answer emails super quickly and are always accommodating and helpful. My pup, Igor, is so excited every time I turn the block on 57th and practically races to the door! Clearly, they treat him well and provide a happy place to play for the day.

5 stars aren’t enough to rate Pup Culture. This is the best daycare we have been to and we have tried about 5 different daycares around the city. It is clean and safe. Our pup practically lives there 6-7 days a week given our long work hours with little flexibility. We fully trust them with our little man and he practically pulls us in there every day. The staff is amazing. Every single person that works there that we have interacted with is happy and enthusiastic. We have never had a negative interaction with anybody. They treat our pup as if he were family and provide plenty of pictures during the week to keep us posted.

Our dog Phoebe absolutely loves pup culture. The staff are wonderful, and the facility is clean and modern. We’ve used grooming, daycare, and boarding. We found pup culture for grooming after a bad experience at biscuits and baths, and have never looked back. Phoebe genuinely loves the daycare and gets super excited on days she gets to go. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else

They are super awesome! Max - my doodle , loves it there…very clean and hygenic facility and they have a very sweet set of staff…super responsive and they provided updates twice everyday when he was boarding there as well. Overall a very clean, responsive and safe space for your fur baby away from home.Keep up the good work you guys.. ❤️❤️
