I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my dog Max, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience for both me and my puppy!From the moment we walked through the door, the staff radiated genuine warmth and love for dogs. The indoor play areas are spacious, filled with toys, and equipped with comfortable resting spots for those well-deserved naps. 100% recommended!

My husband and I absolutely would recommend Pupculture Fidi to anyone in NYC! We feel so comfortable sending our dog there and using all of their services, whether it’s just for daycare or for overnight boarding. We love Pupculture so much - they take such excellent care of our dog, show their love for her and play with her, and take every precaution to make sure she is safe and happy on walks and in the play area. We are so grateful to have the team at the Fidi location and love them all so much! They really are the best.

My Lucky boy loves Pupculture! He goes there for daycare and boarding and absolutely adores the staff. When we round the corner he gets SO excited! And the staff are so on top of everything and very flexible and helpful - I particularly appreciate the pictures and updates when I'm away. I always know that my boy is safe and well cared for when he's at Pupculture!

We couldn't be happier with Pupculture (Fidi) :) The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Whether it's daycare or boarding we feel so safe leaving our pup in their care. He is always so excited to go and play with his pup and human friends at Pupculture whenever we drop him off. The staff pays close attention to each dog in their care and even sends texts and photos with updates if you have any concern as to how your dog is adjusting. They call us daily when we board him to ensure we know he is safe, sound, and having the best time. Truly the best!

Booked an assessment and was told to drop in at any time. Received a call in the morning asking if we were coming in and that my puppy needed to be there for a minimum of 8hrs…. 8hrs for an assessment?? I was shocked. Moreover, they mentioned a large portion of that would be spent in a kennel to see how she does in that kind of environment. Typical assessments run 2-4hrs maximum. And I would never leave my pup to be locked up in a kennel. Totally unheard of and shocked by this daycares introduction. Glad we did not join here.

To say this is a great daycare is little, they would go above and beyond for the care of my dog. I would totally recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dog daycare, I'm beyond grateful for the love and care they give to my baby!

We initially brought our 4-month-old German Shepherd puppy to this daycare for socialization. The first day, we called to check in, and they reported he had "a lot of energy," which is expected for a puppy. However, the following day, we received a call to pick him up because he was approaching other dogs to play. Isn't that typical puppy behavior?Upon picking him up, the staff admitted they lacked experience with German Shepherd puppies, leaving us perplexed. We subsequently switched to Biscuits and Bath in FiDi, where our puppy, now 7 months old, has thrived without any issues. They expertly handle his hyperactivity by placing him in a separate area until he calms down.I forgot to write this review originally but I received a christmas card from them and it made me laugh out loud. Any person who says they're better than B&B is hugely mistaken.

I never used these services but I do have an issue with this place. Every time I walk my dog on Broadway - Chambers St and then back south on Church I come along some women from this place each of them having 4-5 dogs. One of them had the other day 2 aggressive dogs with her and another 2 dogs that seemed well behaved. The two aggressive dogs were barking badly at my dog and they were pulling her so badly. If you cannot handle 2 aggressive dogs then please walk them separately. If one of those dogs would have break out and attack my dog believe me you and the dog would have gotten .. you know what.

Every pup is treated like a VIP every visit and every doggie seems to be genuinely happy (and healthy and well groomed). My only problem with PupCulture is Findik refusing to leave all the time and making me look like an evil stepmom every time I pick him up! 😀. I also use their pick up and drop off service; punctual and always take the time to “undress” him when dropping him off. They are the best NYC has to offer!

I'd be delighted to write a review for Pup Culture Fidi!From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere. The team is incredibly welcoming and made me and my furry friend feel right at home.The facilities are clean, and well-maintained, and I could tell that the team takes great pride in their work. The play areas are spacious, and my dog had a fantastic time running around with the other dogs.The grooming service is exceptional as well. My dog looked and smelled amazing after the grooming session, and I was pleased to see that the team took great care to ensure that my dog was comfortable and happy throughout the process.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by your dog day care and grooming team. It's clear that they truly care about the well-being of our dogs.

Amazing Pupculture FiDi! All of the pets there receive excellent care from the personnel, who are consistently friendly. My friends dog always looks forward to going there! I took her dog once and I really liked the experience.

This is a really well run establishment. The service is thorough and helpful and they really love little dogs. I brought my puppy here to get her nails trimmed. The facility was super clean and they were meticulous in making sure my dog was up to date in all of her vaccines. My puppy was so relaxed with the groomer and came back with perfectly trimmed and filed nails in a matter of minutes. While I was waiting they also let me look at the window of all of the doggies boarding for they day, they knew all of their names and they all looked very happy. As a result of this positive experience I would definitely consider them for other services.

Pupculture is so great! Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and they clearly love the dogs (and the dogs can tell). Our dog has some separation issues and they really helped her with her nervousness. Now she drags me up the block to the door every time we get close.

New location, same amazing customer experience. My dog, Stella loves it here. I appreciate them always being so patient to listen to the pet owners needs! Typically I don’t bring my dog to places that don’t provide cameras in the dog run to check on her, but I trust Pupculture!! Although that would be a great addition to add =)

Pupculture in Fidi is amazing!!! I had brought my dog to two different doggy daycares before coming here and at each one he became very anxious when I dropped him off, but not at Pupculture! I explained to the staff from the outset that I was worried about his separation anxiety, and they really worked with me and my dog to slowly get him comfortable in the new space. Now he pulls me inside when I drop him off here, no anxiety! Thank you to the wonderful staff at Pupculture for taking excellent care of Lenny!

Actions speak louder than words! My little black Schnauzer Sydney runs down Murray Street to get to this place!! We love that everyone calls out his name when enters; it makes him feel like a star! The care is genuine; the staff "must love dogs"! Even after he has boarded for a week he still is running to get there!

I was so excited when I found out a PupCulture was opening up in the FiDi area. Ashley and crew made sure my pup had a good time and were extremely considerate and understanding when I explained his nervousness at dog daycares. There are reasonably priced treats and other goods at the front too in case anyone is low on chews and treats.We will be coming back for sure!
