First time at this groomers and could not be happier with the service and price. From the minute I arrived I felt completely comfortable leaving my golden retriever in their hands. And on collecting him he looked amazing! Wonderful service and great staff - could not recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a groomer in Harlem don’t hesitate to book here!

Extremely unprofessional. Made an appointment 10 days ago to get my dog groomed. I was honest about her needs which have not been an issue for any other groomer before. I wanted to support what looked like a woman owned business (based on the site photos) and the location was convenient for me as I’m without a car right now. Anyway, I got my dog ready and was almost arriving when I received a call from them stating they don’t think it’s best to groom my dog and to take her to the vet - something I’ve never had to do before. They said they didn’t read my description until right before the appointment and didn’t want to cause undue stress to my dog. Totally fine, but to not look at her profile beforehand shows a lack of preparation. What’s the point of asking for information if you’re not looking at it ahead of time? I get wanting to be careful and I would be understanding if they had informed me of this ahead of time, but to wait 15 minutes before the appointment time is rude and inconsiderate. I wasted time AND cab fare. Please do better.

Today was my first time bringing my morkie to this establishment and I ambeyond happy how Jenna cut my doggie he looks so handsome. Jenna asked questions and made sure I was satisfied with his haircut. I will be returning.

Great place but scammy pricing. On the website when I made the appointment it said $95 for the deluxe groom. No mention of upcharges for different breeds. When I came to pick up my dog, it ended up being $175 with tip, they said it was because he’s a medium poodle. So for any big breed it would be even higher. Absolutely ridiculous, this is almost double what is listed on the website. I gave an extra star because the service was good and my dog came out cute. But y’all really need to make the pricing transparent. Overall I’m quite disappointed and won’t be back.

If your pet means the world to you, this needs to be your groomer!Today, I treated my dog to their ‘Deluxe Package,’ and I couldn’t be happier. This comprehensive grooming option covered everything from bathing, anal gland expression, nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth care, to a meticulous hair cut and stylish blow dry.Although my dog was a tad nervous going in, by the time I picked her up she was cheerful and calm. I believe this speaks volumes about how well they care for the pets.Their pricing is refreshingly reasonable compared to others in the area, and what sets them apart is their unwavering focus on ensuring the comfort and happiness of the pets throughout the entire service.I genuinely appreciated the upfront communication about their commitment to taking their time, rather than rushing the service. Their dedication to ensuring the dog’s comfort is evident. I much prefer this approach over rushing through services, potentially making the dog uncomfortable in the name of speed.Precious Paws & Bubbles Grooming is definitely now my go-to spot for my dog’s grooming!

In addition to bringing my Yorkie, Peppa, to Precious Paws & Bubbles, for grooming, I have also boarded with them on numerous occasions. The owner, Tyshema is friendly and you can readily feel that she is a lover of animals. My husband who is quite protective of Peppa, does not trust anyone else outside of family to groom or board Peppa. Precious Paws is conveniently located (only a couple of blocks from the subway). Most places that I have been to in the past, take Peppa behind closed doors as if they are getting ready to perform surgery. Not with Precious Paws. On my first visit to the establishment, Tyshema took me on a tour of where the actual grooming takes place. I was immediately sold. It was clean, and you get an idea of what goes on when your animal is being groomed. She listens to you when you tell her what you want, and keeps a record going forward. When you come to Precious Paws, I promise you—you will become a repeat customer!

I took my dog here a week ago for a cut, bath and teeth cleaning. The staff was nice and welcoming and asked me what I wanted for my dog. They even asked if I wanted his teeth cleaned which I said yes to. I got a call exactly an hour later saying he was ready which I found odd as grooming usually takes a bit longer. My fiancé picked him and when brought back he was still filthy (had filth in his eyes and dirty paws) and was not given a bath. His teeth also weren’t cleaned. His haircut looked as if it was done with regular clippers as you can see the lines of the clippers all over his fur. I was charged $95 for this awful service. I’m beyond disappointed in the service here and the site makes it seem as your dog will be getting a full package. It’s a rip off and you guys shouldn’t be taking peoples money with promoting fake services that you do not offer.

Everyone is sweet there, got my dogs nails trimmed. They still seem uneven and long for me. Although I had to hold him, they did not do bad job trimming them. I gave 4 on cleanliness of the place. Dog hair all over floors; beds there looked dirty.

Genuinely the sweetest people ever! They trimmed my cat’s nails in less than 5 minutes and accommodated me last minute before the holiday weekend. Super clean establishment and they also have great grooming services from the dogs I saw there. I highly recommend this buisness and will be a returning customer!

It was a wonderful experience walking in the doors of the shop its nice clean neat with a well thought of design. I got to witness first h hand the owner working tenderly and lovely on the dogs talking to them making sure the dogs were comfortable and weren't nervous she has a talent and love for animals the shop is well worth a visit I recommend it to every and anybody who loves their pet. Personal care at its best.

First of all it’s a black owned bizness !!!!!! That is what I wanted and was looking for ! Secondly the front desk woman was just amazing , warm , friendly, happy and kind! I asked her a few questions and some she was able to answer and when she got stumped she asked me politely to wait and she went and retrieved the owner / groomer 🐶 ! Nikko is only 5 months old and this was / is his first time being groomed ! She listened to me and my concerns and let me know that she would do her best with him ! She explained what she was going to do and that he may or may not happen ! I’m so happy with his cut and he looks so cute ☺️! We will be returning!

Hello all, I will give my pro and cons. The pro out weigh the cons.Pros-customer service was great. They great you with a smile and soothing welcoming. The establishment was clean and well put together. It's nice and clean. The owner was very pleasant and patient. I can say my dog worked her to death that she came out sweating and out of breath, lol...I laugh because she kept it together. Me I would have given up. They also have late appts which makes it better for people after work. I'm not sure but I think they just opened up and they doing great. They have the best prices compared to others. I wish her the best. I want us all to win. Jump on this place now before them prices change because its not cheap out here.Cons-I dropped my dog off at 5:30pm and did not get out until 9:45pm. It usually takes two hrs or less for my dog. If he's matted (which he was) I would get a call telling me that he's matted it may take longer, it will be an extra fee or whatever. I wish once she checked him, gave me a called and explained to me what was going on so I could be well prepared; such as its going to take longer, its going to cost more, etc...so I could time myself. However because this owner have great CUSTOMER SERIVICE. She made it right at the end and price. Wont tell the price because that was her GREAT CUSTOMER SERIVICE AND NO ONE'S BUSINESS. LOL :). Over all I'll be back :)GO BOOK AND SHOW LOVE TO BLACK OWN BUSINESS
