Great neighborhood pet shop. They do grooming and sell a lot of brands of food (dry and frozen), treats, supplies, toys, and so much more. Staff and groomers are very friendly!

We went for our goldendoodle’s very first grooming. And we were nervous because it was her first groom! But let me tell you they did a fantastic job Carla and her assistant made her look absolutely perfect. They finished in an hour, we got the teddy bear cut. So happy we came here and will definitely be coming again :)

My dogs are always happy (and adorable) after a grooming! I love that they're quick and don't keep the babies locked up all day. I drop them off and pick them up normally 60-90 min later. Friendly staff.

My dog discovered this place on one of his recent walks. The staff are so friendly they offered him a healthy treat for stopping by. The store has a nice variety of quality dog and other pet food and they also offer grooming. You can see his great cut in the pictures. Now Duke usually wants to stop by and say hello on his walks and he's always welcomed with a friendly face. He actually got one of his favorite toys here, a blue 🐟, and he carries it all around the house with him

Horrible service for my pet grooming and bathing. Told me there is dryer box but they don’t. I told them not to use blow dryer for my pet, but they still used and caused my pet nails all bloody and cracked. And the shampoo was even not washed away. It’s costly but awful service.

Absolutely top notch!! Besides the array of treats for your furnaces, they have grooming. We have a rescue, (a tad traumaed to say the least), and they were so kind, fair, and manifique! Highly reccommend

We take our golden here to get groomed and they do the best job!! The staff is great and the lady who grooms our dog is so kind. Our pup comes back smelling so good and always gets lots of complements!

I took my dog to groom, a small dog, estimated was $100, I left my dog, a very well behaved dog, but the lady tells you that there’s all these type of fees if the dog do this and that, originally went to $30 more and when I went to pick up my dog the bill went up to almost $200 wiht no tipWhat a rip off, will never come back here

I had a great experience with grooming. I believe her name was Carla. I only gave them 4 stars because they told me one price over the phone, but charged me a different price. I'm sure other factors came into play but that's the reason. Everyone in the store was pleasant and very inviting. She was so informative. Definitely will be using them again for all my pup's needs.

My dog loves this store and always pulls me in there during walks for treats and high-fives. The customer service is amazing -- really kind people who are committed to being a neighborhood business -- and it's always well-stocked with treats, toys, and necessities. My dog never wants to leave -- I think he'd like to apply for a job -- the only problem is that he doesn't have the hand-eye coordination to run the register...

I brought my pup to Pets Square to be groomed for the very first time. I was nervous because I loved her hair and I didn't want a very short summer cut like some of my friends dogs. Pets Square did an AMAZING job!! She looked even more beautiful than usual and smelled amazing. The fee is also $50 less than other local groomers. The staff is always friendly. I highly recommend this place. They also had the food I needed which was backed up on Amazon. All in all a great experience.

Been charged more then agreed and my dog was, not only full of hair when came back to me, but what I asked was not done, the coat was not done properly especially around the eyes.

Took my dog here for grooming. They took great care of him. The store owner, Sam, is a wonderful person and very welcoming. He called me personally after the grooming to ask me if I liked it. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone in the neighborhood for all their pets needs.

Service was great and initial price was reasonable. Only complaint is that they were not upfront about the price when we made the appointment. They never mentioned the “mandatory” 20% tip over the phone or the minimum $15 upcharge if the pet is being “difficult”.

I brought my dog here for grooming and this place is fantastic! I have a dog who is PHOBIC about grooming. Even the sight of a comb or brush can get him snarling - I've had groomers from other places call me mid-groom because they couldn't deal with him or just refuse to take him at all. As a result, he had quite a lot of matting by the time I found Pet Square. When I brought him in, the groomer at Pet Square confidently and gently scooped him up in his arms and my dog just relaxed. My pup came out beautifully groomed, all neatly trimmed and shampooed! Normally, he's in total freak-out mode when he leaves a groomer, but he was calm as he was brought out from the grooming area. I would give these guys ten stars if I could!

This place lores you in with low quotes on grooming. Once you are actually there for your appointment, prices change drastically. When you complain, they try to hook you with reasons as to why the price has changed such as- your pet being difficult, or your pets fur is difficult to cut. I would not recommend ANYONe going there without first getting a written quote and the name of the person who quoted it. Not to mention how extremely rude they are (a tall skinny guy being the main one who was terrible)It is a shame because it is a neighborhood small business. Yet they have been baiting and switching not only us, but several others in my building. They have earned quote the bad reputation. Oh and when we got our dog back, his grooming was completely uneven and there were many spots on him that hadn’t even been cut!!!!!I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Super helpful. I called in at 7 55pm. Knowing they close at 8pm. Sam waited for me at the store and closed at 8 30pm. Helped me with purchasing and assisted my pet in getting into a carrier backpack (which I needed urgently as I was flying next day at 12 30pm). Also provided dog treats to help facilitate. What a great experience shopping at Pets Square.

This is such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Great selection of food, toys and more including grooming....my dog walks by the store walks in every day and gets a delicious treat. Customer service is great and well the pups are crazy about it.

Great experience at this store! The owner was very kind when I needed to buy boots for my dog. He let me try on different pairs to see which was the right fit. I also had a wonderful experience here with their grooming! Would absolutely recommend

I love this place so much. They have such a great variety of treats, toys, food, etc. The shop is very clean and organized. The owner is super nice and welcoming. My dog absolutely adores this place. If you live in hell’s kitchen and you have a dog or cat check this place out!!
