I just picked up my yorkie and she looks absolutely horrible. For the price I paid I expected her to look somewhat like the picture I gave them. They basically shaved her bald with no shape at all when I clearly said rounded face. Do not make the mistake I made and ignore the negative reviews. It’s negative for a reason.

My personal experience has been very delightful. I would love to mention that Candice is their star employee! She always saves the day with a smile on her face. Whether I have to cancel last minute, get an appointment last minute, or just to simply help me with suggestions for my pup, or any recommendations that she has given me, have been the best!!!!My little toy poodle gets the best grooming from Gustavo. He always does such an incredible job. You can tell he does it with lots patience, and lots of love. Very grateful for all your kindness to my little Teddy! :)

I had a wonderful experience with the young lady (Candice) the other day. She was so incredibly helpful & assisted me with patience and had great knowledge on what food my sick dog could eat until she gets better. You can tell she really loves the fur babies. Thank you Candice for your recommendations & being so kind when we come into the store.

TO START OFF THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, I TOOK MY DOG 1st time FOR GROOMING ONLY TO GET A BATH, THEY GAVE ME THE PRICE WHICH IS $50, I WENT TO PICK UP MY DOG AND THE GUY TELLS ME IS $105 FOR A POODLE THYS ONLY 16lb, WITHOUT ASKING ME OR CONSULTING THEY WHEN AHEAD AND CHARGED ME EXTRA $25 SAYING MY DOG HAS LONG HAIR, I WILL LEAVE FOTOS PF MY DOG SO YOU GUYS CAN SEE HOW LONG... THEY LIE TO MY FACE LIKE IF THEY CONSULTED ME ABOUT PRICES.... MY APPOINTMENT CLEARLY SAID BATH FOR $50 BUT WHEN YOU GO A PICK UP UR DOG THEY HAVE OTHER HIDDEN FEE THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT .... I’ve taken my dog twice for grooming and both times they have shaved her down completely despite my request to leave her hair hair on the longer side. This man they have grooming does not know what he is doing. I explained to him in detail and he still shaves her down completely from head to tail. He has made my Shih Tzu look like a chihuahua both times. Incredible! Never again!

I can’t say enough of how Koko was treated ❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽. Gustavo is very lovely and always makes koko grooming experience excellent. They are very gentle with the dogs, the haircut was fenomenal 🌸🌸 staff very professional.

They keep the place organized, genuinely attend to customers, and grooming services are spectacular.Groomers listen and cater towards customers wants and needs as much as possible. I’d give this review no stars if I could. . . Horrible experience! My brother and I tried this place for the first time last week and we will not be going back. Our dog is a rescue and clearly has some trauma. My brother made the company aware of her needs during drop off and we were disappointed to learn that our input was not taken into consideration. We were basically dismissed, with obviously no interest to the safety and comfort of our dog. Upon pick up, it was suggested that we “do it ourselves next time.” We were charged 98$ ( I’m assuming that charge was for the trim she never got !!!) they didn’t even trim her nails, and when we picked her up she was still wet. They didn’t even have the decency to dry her. my baby was literally shaking when we got her. When we brought the issue up they suggested we just go to another groomer. I don’t understand how this place is even allowed to handle dogs when they can’t even be compassionate and show some humanity. We will NEVER go back! if you’re thinking about bringing your dog here , don’t. This place is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever walked into. I honestly expected nothing from this place and was still disappointed !!! But I guess it was my fault for underestimating how stupid these people are.

Terrible grooming experience. They constantly lied to my face about what stage of the grooming he was up to (he hadn’t been started, after many hours), and they thought my dog was a different dog. After many hours I took my dog home ungroomed. He was very upset.

This establishment provided horrible service to my pet. I dropped off my pet to be groomed and they did a terrible job. Once I pointed out their mistakes, they became very hostile. I felt really bad for my pet because he cannot advocate for himself. This establishment clearly doesn’t realize that our pets are a part of our family and should be treated with the same kindness/respect when providing a service. I won’t be taking my pet back there again!

I took my dog yesterday for a grooming and de-shedding. When I picked him up, I was disappointed that the grooming was uneven and not what I asked for.Once I got home, I realized he was still shedding hair everywhere. I pet him and had hair in my hands, which was odd, considering I paid a $40 upcharge for deshedding. I spoke to the manager on the phone and he agreed to a refund. He called me back less than a minute later and was suddenly irate, swore at me, and refused to refund unless I deleted my initial review - which I was not inclined to do given his inappropriate attitude and anger.I would never feel comfortable bringing my dog back here. Both the grooming and customer service are awful and not worth it whatsoever.

Incompetent and wildly unprofessional. Zero stars. Dropped my dog off at 11am for a grooming appointment. Showed up at 4:30pm— he wasn’t ready. They said one more hour. Showed up at 5:30–6hrs later. They bring out a dog that was NOT mine. I could tell from their security camera placed in the grooming room that they had JUST placed my dog on the table. SIX HOURS LATER. I requested they retrieve my dog and they gave me countless excuses as to why & what. At the end of the day they had my dog for over SIX HOURS and he remained un-bathed AND un-groomed. I gave them a mouthful and vowed to never shop there again and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. They’re truly a disgrace.Avoid at all costs.

HORRIBLE!!! I provided clear instructions with photos for grooming my ShihTzu (long hair for ears and tail). They completely cut the fluffy tail of my ShihTzu and told me they confused him with another dog. Then the owner told me my 12lb ShihTzu was aggressive so the groomer shaved his tail. But they still charge me!

Took my dog here for her second grooming appointment ever (the first was at a different groomer) and we had a great experience. We felt that they were gentle, caring, and did not force her to do anything that she didn’t want to do. For example, she was afraid of the dryer and the groomer opted to towel dry instead to make sure she was happy and comfortable. I will definitely be taking her here in the future!

Best kept secret!!!! I have been coming here since last year and every time I come in we get the best service ever. Sam is the greatest ever he was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place. My mom now has switched over from the pet store located in Brooklyn to this bundle of joy. Thank you Sam for making our experience a pleasant one!!!!
