Great experiences here! Especially because of a really lovely and helpful lady there who truly cares about customer service. I know it’s a chain store but the experience feels like a small business where the staff remembers you and makes you feel like a valued customer. Great job!

Shop anywhere else but this store. Items are overpriced. I compared the prices against many online and physical stores. They are priced 10% and higher. In addition, their return policy is not customer friendly. They operate like forever 21 that accepts exchanges ONLY. No return. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I will make sure to inform every one in my neighborhood. We should NOT support any businesses that does not look out for their customers.

My dog loves this place - she drags me there. Often has stuff on sale. The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful.

I was buying my dogs food there even though their prices are a bit higher, because it was convenient. I bought some chew sticks that made my dog very sick throwing up and diarrhea. I know it was the sticks because later I gave him one again and again the same happened. I had bought 2 packs and brought back one and they didn’t take it back and asked me to come back in a week. What? I gave them back to them and said I won’t be buying my food there anymore.

BEWARE: Store has the worst return policy for any pet shop it the city. Only exchanges and store credit… even if the products are unused and unopened! Yes, it may say that on the receipt, but the the staff makes no mention of the it at the point of sale, nor are there any signs by the register informing customers of this policy. Basically, they don’t make the customer aware of this until they already have your money! Do yourself a favor, and don’t shop here unless you absolutely have to, but honestly there’s nothing you can get here that you can’t get anywhere else

Always great service. They close at 8:30pm during the week. Sometimes they have coupons on the fridge when you buy wet food. I get most of my dog supplies and food from here. Staff is always friendly and they have dog sample treats!

Friendly staff, very clean, much product variety. Will say they carry a LOT of things for cats and dogs but other things for smaller animals like reptiles, rodents and birds not as much. There’s a medium sized shelf towards the back with hamster wheels, small dishes, water bottles, some treats, mealworms and some small bird toys but that’s about it. But I will say this store worked in a pinch for me, especially since Petland nearby is closed

Just putting the word out there— always such wonderful staff. Went in yesterday looking to get better food for my cat since she wasn’t keeping down the meow mix, and an associate took a good amount of time to find the perfect healthy replacement— she’s feeling better than ever, all thanks to Petopia on 14th!

Armando, the Manager, is the best: they deliver to your home within a reasonable timeframe. It's in a most convenient location, kept very clean, give treats and water to dogs, and let you bring your pet into the store, which is very helpful. Who needs more than that?

Great selection of treats and standards. They have a great box of ends of runs and dinged cans which is great to hunt through if you are wanting to try something new for your picky kitty.
