Prices are high by a few dollars. But what was awful was the staff's lack of cleaning the refrigerated foods. Sappy leaky packages. My dog is too precious to risk Salmonella!I'm sure dried food is fine.

I LOVE this place. Every employee is so kind and caring. I brought my Morkie, Lola here days after I got her and the staff helped me with all her essential needs, answered questions and gave good advice. A few months later I clipped one of Lola’s nails too short and went there frantic, the girls helped me by offering 3 different solutions; opened the package and applied it for me! I’m so grateful for this neighborhood spot and the kind staff there ♥️♥️

Awesome selection, bigger for cat food than dogs food (which is unusual for pet supply stores, so much appreciated.) I even found some dog food brands I love never seen before, so my dog is going to have fun

Prices are the most reasonable in my neighborhood and they offer a discount when u buy 24 cans of food. Employees are young and never think to offer to help an elderly customer bring the basket of products from the back of store to the cash register at front. However, they are polite and helpful if u ask for help.

I buy bully sticks for my 1 year cavalier — primarily at Petsmart. Each time I have bought from here my dog (and also my 6 month multi-poo) have gotten diarrhea and runny stool (3-4x) — so I have thrown them out each time. I’m giving it 3 stars bc I am the only person to mention this in the reviews and I’ve also bought beds, toys, etc from here. But I don’t think it’s a coincidence either.
