Great pet store & reasonably priced! They have everything that you could need. Large assortment of foods, treats, toys, treatment, bathing products, etc. They also have a big discount section right at the front of the store that has good items on sale. The staff is very friendly & the store is always clean and stocked. Definitely recommend shopping here.

Terrible terrible experience!!! I bought a harness the store salesperson strongly recommended. And it only lasted a week and a half. My dog is only 3 months old. The manager said there’s nothing they can do about it and told us to contact the company. I didn’t buy from the company. I bought from your store. Why is it my job to contact the company? You might saved 32 dollar not making the refund, but you lost a loyal customer, you got a 1 star review, and a negative word of mouth in this neighborhood.

Prices are a little higher than average, but there’s not many other pet stores nearby. Today, it was nice and peaceful (ladies working at the store playing soothing pop music and friendly). The few times I have been there before, if the store attendants were males, it was loud and unprofessional music/ambience. I try to buy the on sale dog food at the front of the store. I wish they had another location closer to the CVS, but this is as good as it’s going to get. However, I’m thankful for their presence. They also deliver, so that is nice.

Not only is the place impressively stocked, but the staff's exceptional politeness truly stood out. Despite being a bit off my regular path, I'm already looking forward to my next visit to grab essentials for my feline companions.

The young lady at the counter was extremely helpful. She gave me plenty of insight regarding my dogs eating lifestyle. For that I will forever be grateful. I didn't get her name but I visited the store 7/2/23 around 6pm.

You'd do better buying what you need online. They say that you can get a refund with your receipt but if they sell you something that's defective you can't get a refund you can only get an exchange or credit. That is not good business. Sure they save money in the short-term but you end up losing customers in the long-term. I ended up exchanging something that was defective that I purchased from them for something that I didn't want and didn't need. My option was to return to the store and use a store credit. Why would I purchase anything else from the store that gave me an unsatisfactory defective product in the first place? I won't shop here again even if it means going completely out of my way to get what I need. Not to mention that their prices are not competitive. They are overpriced.

We come here every week - the staff have always been friendly- knowledgeable and happy to check for things in the back stock.One of the ladies here helped us save a kittens life as well as give us a good food for picky kittens to help them wean from mom.Nice to have a pet store in the neighborhood!

I go here weekly for my cat and am very pleased with the selection and service. I prefer to go in person, but they offer delivery for the area as well. Good people and good stuff, close by to the train too.

Excellent business owner have the best products on the market **** however ****The owner had cats on the basement and they didn't looked after them. Yes. Isn't that something. You had all the best food, beds, litter and you didn't care about them?. Seriously !

Absolutely horrible service! I ordered dog food on Wednesday along with treats with Adrianna. She forgot the treats I called back and asked where were the treats she admitted that she made a mistake and thought they were something different. When I asked to resend the treats she said she would. she never did. I followed up the next day they were supposed to be delivered again… never happened. I called again and spoke with Marquis who said they would be delivered today before 6:30 but to call back and speak with the manager to confirm. I called back and spoke with Sophia who said that they would not be delivered and there was absolutely nothing she was going to even try to do about it. Absolutely horrible service. I’m not sure if the workers are new but I’ve been ordering from here for years and always experienced excellent service. This was an awful experience. I just had to dispute the charge on my credit card. They didn’t even try to resolve it.

Great selection for a small store but some food items seem to have accumulated quite a bit of dust, making me wonder how long they're sitting on the shelves. Pet food can go rancid, just like people food, and more than once my dog has sniffed suspiciously at something I bought from here.Employees are knowledgeable and friendly, so overall it's great having this place in the neighborhood!

The staff is friendly.The shelves are well stocked with a diverse amount of choices for food, toys, and accessories for dogs and cats.The store is surprisingly long, which allows them to place all of the dog items in the front and the cat items in the back.The prices seem to be on par with what is sold online if not a dollar or two cheaper.I would come again to support local businesses instead of going to Amazon or Chewy.

Great selection of upscale & regular pet supplies. Really nice store. I no longer get cat food/litter off Amazon because Petopia has better prices AND free delivery-they'll even do the 40lb bags! (always nice to tip though)

The hispanic gentleman was rude to me but much nicer to the white customers. I watched how he gathered himself after i brought his behavior to his attention. Of course it wasnt a gentle exchange. I wont be returning.

Great variety of pet brands but poor customer service and late too often opening, up to 20 min past opening time of 11am. This type of unprofessional practice wouldn’t happen downtown.

The staff ignores phone calls up to 10 minutes before the actual closing time in addition to pulling down the shutter half-way. Took an Uber there, got there in time but they said they were closed. As I waited for my return Uber...the 4 employees started leaving...I asked “Mike” who expressed he was the manager why no one answered the phone. He stated “it never rang”. Bogus of course. Staff service leaves a lot to be desired.

This is a very convenient pet store I used to come here all the time with my dog because the staff was super friendly now with the new guy there everything changed. He is super rude and his knowledge is very limited he will do whatever posible not to help you. Very sad. Going somewhere else.

Horrible, they weren't closed yet. I had just left not even 5min ago and when I went to go back to ask if the person in the video was doing what was instructed to me correctly the gate was half way down and they didn't even want to acknowledge me, come to the door. They looked at me and spoke amongst themselves laughing. Very disappointed especially since I've given them business in the past, multiple times. I felt disrespected.

Great store! All the high quality dog food you can't buy at chain pet supply stores like Petco and Petsmart. The fact that they carry Orijen says it all.
