My fur baby was actually happy after her experience here! I was actually really happy and satisfied with how well they took care of her . She is a big German mix that is really scared of vets and bathing. She seemed very comfortable with the workers there so I was myself comfortable leaving her . Thank you 😊

I’m just done with this place. I went to Petness world twice when I first moved here and was disappointed both times. Then I found someone who groomed from home and she was great and my dog always looked great, but she stopped her business. So out of desperation I went back to this place because they are nearby and open on Sundays. The place is cramped and chaotic with too many dogs and people. They always up charge me for “being difficult and aggressive” which is frustrating because in the 12 years I’ve had my dog this is the ONLY place that says he’s aggressive. I don’t think they are lying. I think the place is not managed well enough and the dogs are handled in a way that causes anxiety which leads to my dogs bad behavior. But the main reason I’m finally leaving the review they deserve is this time he had so much razor burn that I am beyond livid. I’d rather spend twice as much for quality care and go halfway across town then ever go back to this dump.EDIT: I just picked up my dog from Paws Country Club and am blown away. There was no issue with biting, the place is clean and quiet and so well run and worth the extra commute and cost. It’s confirmed that everything wrong with my experience with Petness World is because of how they are run and not my dog.

Great communication with the people here. Texting me updates and photos. I was able to get a last minute booking and I asked them if I wasn't able to pick up our buddy right away could they take care of him. Just then I thought to ask if they knew of a pet taxi service to have them dropped off. Which they did! So grateful and happy with the service they provided!

During my visit, I observed dogs on the floor, on tables, and some chained up, with no kennels or separation for dogs of different sizes. This environment appears unsanitary and potentially unsafe for both humans and dogs. As a dog parent, I would advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative facilities that prioritize the well-being and safety of canine guests."

Found this place on Yelp and definitely do not regret it! Such amazing team and customer service. I will continue going when needed. Very affordable and they gave my puppy the ultimate spa experience.Meldrin the owner was so sweet and hospitable. Lucky, the groomer did an excellent job with shaping my pups hair (he looks like a show dog!) and Melissa the manager makes you and your dog feel right at home.Awesome experience. Recommend 100%.May your dog be tuned for unlimited cuddles!!

Like the before and after is insane! I’mLike is this my baby. They did such an amazing job he smells so amazing, looks amazing, the tail is so cute. He was super happy after and it’s a no chains so the puppies can hang out with each other until you pick them up. Absolutely great service super happy!

Amazing pet friendly grooming. Very few like this one. There fast but dedicated to their work. My dog always comes home happy after being groomed there. All the services are offered at a fair price and the pictures are amazing. If you dogs goes home smiling you know its the right places, they give you updates while grooming and it's does details that make the difference.

Me and my fur baby love this place!! They know what they’re doing. I get really nervous when it comes to my fur baby but this place is very trustworthy. Lucky is our fav groomer but everyone else is good here. Also they do this cute little photo shoot post grooming and message it when he is ready to be picked up which is my favorite part..

If you have an “aggressive breed” they won’t do service I brang in my pitbull and I never have problems with nail trimming and they didn’t even try to trim my puppies nail they literally put her on the table for 1 minute and said they can’t do it and she hurt her face in their table because they didn’t know how to hold her than insisted I get out while my poor puppy was so out of breath

What more can I say I took my Lucy baby to get groom they are fabulous here, not only are they friendly they made room for my friends dog meaning they accommodated Lucy and her buddy Lacey last minute. They are awesome. Haven't gotten my baby groomed elsewhere since I been coming here. 🐾🐾🐾🐾

I love the attention and professionalism from this place. Everyone is friendly and attentive. They did a great cut on my little pomeranian and took good care of her. Best part is the pleasant surprise I got when they sent me pictures of my little furry baby all made up. Will definitely be going there from now on.

Words cannot express the amazing customer service everyone offers …From the quick response to my inquiries…. Meldrin always so professional- everyone in this Team is so wonderful- Melissa when she picks up and drops off Thor is so sweet and loving, the Team all text me with updates and progress- Thor is treated like royalty 😂(Thor always had bad experiences at any groomers. Always came back home sad, upset and slept all day…☹️)NOT ANYMORE . Every time he returns from Petness world he can’t barely contain himself. He is happy - all his pics he is actually smiling!!! I can’t thank the Petness world team enough!!! I love all the updates you send me as he is being groomed!!! And his photo shoot at end of his “spa day” PRICELESS!!!Thank you soooooooo much

I looooooooooove this groomer. Everyone is very friendly. It was my first time taking my fur baby there and they made us feel welcomed from the door. I love that they keep you updated on what’s going on and also send you pictures of the finished look. I 100% recommend taking your fur baby here to be groomed, if you love for your fur baby to look super cute.

OMGGGGG best grooming place in NYC! I have a 1 y/o Yorkie and I’ve been trying to find a place to take her for grooming and nail trim. I first took her to a PetSmart in 96th st just for a shower and nail trim and while the people there were nice, my poor baby couldn’t walk! And her nails were bleeding!! I felt so sorry for her they clearly didn’t know what they were doing.Next time I took her to a place uptown and they had they had to give her something to sleep to be able to cut her hair cuz she was very nervous! I didn’t like the idea of giving some anesthesia she didn’t need for a hair cut so I kept searching for place and thats how I found PETNESS in Google maps.I am a big review reader and after going over everything here I decided to take her and I am not going anywhere else!!This people treated my baby with the same love I treat her <3 she is usually nervous around strangers but she felt so comfortable right away with the people at petness I knew she liked the place and so did I.They weree able to give my baby a full hair cut with no need to give her any medication to sleep. She was sooo happy when I picked her up, not stressed at all. They have their own dogs walking around which I guess helps other dogs feel better instead of being in a cage!I fully fully recommend this place! These people will treat your dogs as if they were their owns ❤️

If I can give 10 stars, I would, My dog Johnny met his groomer at a vet, he loved this groomer and we loved the haircut he gave him.I asked my friend for a recommended groomer and he recommended me here and his groomer had just started here. They pick your dog up and drop him off if you like. The photos of the dogs say EVERYTHING!I also have 3 cousins who take their dog here as well and we would never change our groomer.

Great staff, great service.....Was introduced by the location via Groupon, and so glad I did. The establishment is clean, and the open concept is great to see when dogs are all feeling their best after a grooming session and playing with each other. I was in and out within an hour, and after my Zuma got her grooming on, she even had a photo shoot.....amazing people, and amazing service...do take your furry family members here, you will not be disappointed...Thanks Petness, till the next cut...

Found this place on Yelp and definitely do not regret making an appointment! They saw me the next day, Monday, following my call and didn’t keep my dog all day to be groomed. Reasonably priced, with packages including everything I needed plus they gave my buddy such a cute cut. My grandparents are very picky and they loved it!Meldrin was so sweet and very informative. He even recommended a new clinic for all-round pet wellness. Kendrick was also very kind and followed up with calls/grooming updates.Great first time experience. I definitely will be coming back!

This people are vulgar and disrespectful and They don’t follow clients instructions and choices.I sent my cat Hugo for grooming with my sister and because she told them NOT to cut the cat mustache because the cat get disoriented and sad,He got hysterical, talked dirty language, he Kik Out her and tell my sister Crazy Old lady! And he cut the Whiskers anyway, for the second time! And my Kitty is very sad.They are Very expensive too! He is my cat and I will do anything to sue this place! Crazy people!Whiskers should never be cut or trimmedWhiskers are two to three times thicker than the cat's hair.Whiskers are rooted very deep in the cat's face, in an area rich in nerves and blood vessels.Whiskers help the cat feel his way around. Whiskers are so sensitive that they can detect the slightest directional change in a breeze. At night, for example, this helps a cat slink its way through a room and not bump into anything. How? The air currents in the room change depending on where pieces of furniture are located. As the cat walks through the room and approaches the couch, he'll know which direction to turn based on the change in air current around the couch.In addition to having sensory properties, a cat's whiskers are also a good indicator of his mood. When a cat is angry or feels defensive, the whiskers will be pulled back. Otherwise, when the cat is happy, curious or content, the whiskers will be more relaxed and pushed forward… Don’t go there!
