The staff is knowledgeable of the items needed for the your pets! My "Baby" is Bearded Dragon ( purchased from this location 5yrs back)and most often when he needs mega worms their not in stock or, miss counted &/or decaying! The wax/gummy worms haven't been in stock each time I call ( Always call b4 I drive over).OVERALL this is a clean as well friendly location , bit understaffed though !

This store in West harlem is a medium size store. The staff are freindly and very helpful. They have all kinds of pet supplies and tons of discounted pet items. They even have fish tanks loaded with plenty of live fish for sale. The only thing i have concerns about is the area in which this store is located its on a really desolate block that feels sketchy to say the least but at least there are always customers in the store. Other then that i recommend this store for all your pet supplies because I've always have a good shopping experience when i visit this store.

Love. LOVE. LOVE THIS PLACE!! Staff is very friendly. Everytime I enter, I am getting greeted like an old friend. Great selection on animal food, toys, medical and dietary needs. I have purchased all of my pets from there. Ranging from several betta fish (Rest in peace) to my 5 beautiful parakeet babies. All of my pets (before I brought them) are in top-notch condition. No sickness, no bad behavior. Just perfect. All of my questions were answered regarding the suggested care for my pets. I will gladly return to restock on the food and (MAYBE) just maybe to get a betta fish. Maybe.

Been going here for years. Very dedicated staff. If the store doesnt have it. They'll deff order and hold it for you. Fish options decent. Birds decent. And rodents numerous. Reptiles amphibians not so much. Deff have everything else you need.

Bought a Betta fish a few weeks ago to add to the ones I have already. And it died was very disappointed because he was pretty and mine. My kids had theirs already. What a bummer.
