He knows medicines from years of learning what his father prescribed and he will get it to you before you need it. He is more than fairly priced (mostly matching online pricing) and delivers same day in New York, from the stores upper east side location to me at Wall street. Thank you Pet Necessities!

Love this place. Jordan is great. I moved to Hells Kitchen so don't get in as much as I used to but Jordan remembers me and Ollie everytime. Great service and selection. I highly recommend for any pet owners.We try to go every time Ollie goes to the UES to the groomers. The personalized service is amazing. Can't sell that point enough.It's not too often in NYC that store owners remember you. And Ollie loves all the free treats he gets to try in the store.

They were able to get my cats special diet within 2 days when Proplan quoted me a week or two .Very accommodating & a pleasure to do business with. I'm thankful Pet Necessities exists.

Never ever except a delivery on time. Every delivery has made me wait 6 plus hours. This particular instance was the worst. Called at noon for dog food, by 6pm nothing and then the store closed! Went back in the morning (to a closed store, despite their hours stating they were open) to get CAT food instead. When I went back a third time the lady there was rude and claimed I had to be charged for the dog food until the cat food was returned. Horrible service (they changed owners I believe because they were not always this terrible), and I would not care but not getting the right food on time affected my dog.

They have everything my little puppy needs, and he's very little so they have a very wide range of sizes.The staff is very professional and very helpful
