The groomer don’t like dogs!!!While this groomer was doing trimming my dog’s face, he said my dog wanted to bite him and he was not able to trim his facial hair. I asked him why he continued trimming and he replied “all dogs that bite should be killed!!!! You told the manager to ask Carlos, the owner to call me. Been 2 weeks and I have not heard from them. I deep in my heart know the groomer did it on purpose aAnother thing the groomer told the cashier to charge me $95. Their posting price was $60.00 +tax. I paid the $65.The vet that goes there 2x a week HE is a savage!! Just the way he picks up PICKS UP MY DOG he is rough. Charges too much money!

A horrible experience in general. Poor service, the smell, the lack of decency when dealing with dogs, the prices. It feels like you're begging them to take your money and give you proper services. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else. Let it close down and do the community a favor

THEY SELL SICK DOGS!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE UNDER INVESTIGATION!!! I bought a puppy unaware he was in a really bad condition the puppy was sick, depressed had an infection and the pup was refusing to eat. I called the pet shop & the manager answers and he couldn’t give me a clear explanation on why the dog has these symptoms. I will be taking legal action against this unprofessional business.

My dogs nails were cut so bad he was bleeding for about 10min. The only thing they could offer me was to put something to stop the bleeding. Horrible customer service. Unless you want your pet w razor cuts & blood don’t go here.

Absolutely terrible . If I can give O stars I would. My dog came here for the first time and she will never return. Not only did the groomer cut her ear , but he left her face full of hair. I had to take my dog to another groomer just to finish THEIR JOB. My dogs ear kept bleeding and bleeding. She was so sad when we brought her home. They did a terrible job and had nothing to say about it. Not recommending this place to anyone. It’s a 0/5 for me . This place needs to get closed down. Hire professionals next time . You shouldn’t have people cutting dogs hair who don’t know what their doing .. Very upset .

I went in the pet store and the puppies are not in good conditions they don't put enough substrate , they don't give the puppies enough water and it smells.The water bottles do not allow the puppies to get enough water.If you buy a dog from there they might end up with kidney issues because of the lack of water they get.

My friends dog had a yeast infection after getting a grooming for her dog he’s taking antibiotics , the guy who shaves or quote on quote grooms is very nasty not only with us humans but with the dogs saw it myself as I was a customer NEVER AGAIN !!

Very great consumer the Reception help you out with all the information and cleans the whole dog cuts it’s nail brush it teeth everything. All the price is very Affordable , I I recommend this place for anyone

I’ve been going here for 13 years with my dog, a 5lbs yorkie, and recently they have a new groomer. The groomer is horrible to be completely honest and he’s rude as hell. He tried to up-charge me because my dog threatened to bite him. Did not actually bite him. Mind you my dog only has 2 canine teeth on the bottom. No other teeth. So an up charge seems quite ridiculous. As for the haircut itself, the hair wasn’t even, there were little cuts all over my dogs body. His face wasn’t clean and ears still dirty. They lost a long time loyal customer.

I recently got a puppy from them and the girls who took care of me were very friendly and willing to work with me . Best pet store . I found my 2nd best friend. While I was doing the paper work the groomer was getting my puppy clean . I really recommend them . 👌 They really know their stuff and have a sales must of the time for puppies. My first time here was really good. They were able to help me with something that I needed. My second visit was not so good. They have puppies who are literally in a small space with no room to move, it's so cruel...These puppies were crying really loud, made me feel so uncomfortable. The KMR that I bought had dust on it 💀 and the price was way too expensive...

please do not buy or groom your pets here! in nyc they not allowed to sell puppies anymroe idk why they still doing it & in horrible conditions. && they are so rough and cut ur dogs nails !!please spare your dog the harm and ur money

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Any reputable pet store will not sell puppies. They are most likely from puppy mills (look it up if you don’t know what that is—it’s atrocious). What do you think happens when they don’t sell the puppies? Back to the puppy mill? Sent to a shelter; possibly a kill shelter. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE-0 Star: I will NEVER take my dog again to this place. The grooming was Very bad. The ears were not cleaned and the face was uneven.I was called to pick my dog, after waiting for about 20mts, I asked the front desk why was taking that long to return my dog. I was told that the groomer was cutting/trimming the dog's nails. I noticed that the groomer and his assistant were hesitant to release the dog. In the mean time, the groomer was having a private business conversation over the telephone.When my dog was returned, the groomer informed me the following: "while I was cutting the nails, your dog moved and the scissors cut a little bit a the skin of her right back leg sole ". I was terrified just thinking the amount of pain my dog may has felt. When I dog got home, she was limping and checking his the affected leg.I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AT ALL. VERY CARELESS AND LACK OF EMPATHY TO DEAL WITH PETS.I WAS ALSO ASKED TO PAY AT FRONT BEFORE THE GROOMING IS DONE.

Got my dog groomed here twice and it was a total mistake. The first time my goldendoodle (fluffy curls) had a ton of knots after the winter and needed a shave, but I was shocked to see her after grooming COMPLETELY devoid of all hair. They shaved her ALL OVER! Nothing left on her face or the top of her head, and her tail was completely bare. She looked like a different animal.We accepted that maybe the groomer thought she needed the complete shave, and though we were really upset, we brought her back for a followup haircut after a few months. That's when I realized the groomer doesn't know how to do anything except shave down to the skin.We brought her in and explicitly said to cut short, but leave hair. We stressed to leave hair on her face/head and tail. They brought her in, put her on the table, and immediately started to shave her. I was furious that they disregarded what I had said (I was standing right there on the other side of the glass!) and I sent an employee back to tell the "groomer" to leave hair on her head. I watched her go back to tell him. We left the store and came back an hour later to find our dog completely shaved ALL OVER! AGAIN.My mistake for trying this place a second time. Never again.

I bought my dog here and don’t get me wrong I’m in love with my baby. I thought that taking him to the same place I bought him was going to be an advantage. The first two times I took him for grooming, first the price change but i was ok with the service since it was only cutting his rear end hair, nails, face and ears. Second time same thing but the third time was a nightmare. I guess they change the groomer because I wanted my baby to have the full service, meaning to cut all his hair and trim the nails. First they told my daughter to leave and they will call her in an hour. No one called her. She went to get him and he was inside his bag and the crate. He was scared and anxious. When he got home I noticed that not only they did not cut his hair and nails properly but he had a cut behind his ears and he was infected with God knows because my dog develops a skin rash that I have to take him to the vet. This is the worst place ever. If you love your dog don’t take it here.

Cheap, you get what you pay for. I rather they charged more and give these poor fur babies a good care. It is all about the pets’ caring. They sure need to be pets lovers to understand how special they are for us customers. They are practically family. I believe is the most important thing.I sure believe they can improve. Anything is possible when one is willing.My deepest condolences to the owner that lost her pet by dying chocked in this place.

I went here cause of a recommendation however I would never visit again.... this place is dirty so I can imagine the grooming area. Not to mention my fur bebe had an uneven cut which was noticeable in his face... I would not recommend this place

This establishment stores puppies for sale in the window. There were many puppies crammed in such a small space on the hottest day of the year. I witnessed the puppies eating each other's feces. I would never try to hurt legitimate business practice- this place is profiting off animals and not taking proper care of them.

He is not a groomer, he is a shaver....It was may fault for not paying attention to the first flag. The groomer rolled his eyes when he saw me walk in. I walked in with my Maltese who was matted behind her ears and legs. I have 15 years having Maltese dogs and I have never had a groomer shave any of my dogs completely.When I dropped her off, I told the helper that her face can be saved. It was a matter of trimming her bangs and shaping the rest of her face.Instead the groomer shaved her from head to tail. She looks like a white chihuahua. I was so in shock I tipped him!!!! I can't believe I did that!I thought it would be so convenient to take her there since I just moved into the neighborhood (they are 2 doors down from me) but no I'll go somewhere else.
