So amazing! I don’t typically leave reviews, but this store was extremely helpful finding food for our newly adopted dog. She was beyond picky and everyone here went above and beyond, from finding samples to bringing bags to this location. I will continue to go here for all my pets needs!P.S. Unlike other people, I love the President Trump chew toys in the window!!! (They’re also everyone, so...)

Really upset with this store! Not only yesterday, but a few times in the past, I have run to this store to get my dog some food before closing time. They consistently close the store early! Yesterday, the lady at the front desk had the door closed at 5:53PM when the store was supposed to close at 6PM. I knocked and knocked and she refused to let me into the store. This used to be my go-to store, but now I will be going to Petopia on 3rd Avenue. Today, my fiance went over to Petopia 5 minutes before open-time, and the person working there had no problem letting him in a bit earlier.

My pup Chloe loves every snack I get her from this location. All of the pet centrals are consistent. Healthy , tasty snacks that pups love. Also staff are always friendly.

Something is up with the cashier lady, I can't put my finger on it. They have a great variety if organic pet food, but they do not carry holistic pet foods. Their prices are fair, but the store is small.

Used to be great now hard to get them to do things delivery orders have to be in by different times every day, used to have them in by 3pm, now they open at 11am and just after they open the orders need to be in. seems like there was a change in management at the store. Used to have a wide array of products now everytime I ask for something they are out of it.

Was gonna shop there for my dog but in the storefront window you had either dolls or chew toy dolls of the President that were not only grotesque but inappropriate to say the least. You're a PET STORE, be above the fray. The fact that your store has to resort to childish BS to promote violence just shows how Unhinged your store is. You're a pet store, LEAVE politics out of it! You get a 1 star from me because of you're classlessness.

There's a place in Pet Central Madison Avenue that all the dogs and cats and their humans are howling about! Their all saying that when it rains and pours ( you know what) You must visit " Pet Central Madison Avenue" at 1916 Colorado Blvd. This place is nothing like you've"ve ever seen. It caters only to our best friends. Humans are also welcome!Run by Peter and Teresa who not only knows everything about dogs and cats from A to Z but also run their own dog walking business. They carry the best premium brand dog and cat foods, great selections of treats, leashes, and toys. I have 2 Italian spinone's that love coming to Rock Dog and Cat. I let them each choose a treat or toy! Of course I end up paying because they never bring any money! The design of the store is very innovative and best of all " Great prices for the humans!"
