This is my favorite location. The customer service is outstanding, and you feel like family when you walk in. I stop by here often because they carry their version of “bully snaps,” I guess it is a different version of a bully stick. My dog prefers these, and I stop by every week to pick up a pack. It’s fun to be treated like family by the employees here.

Few weeks ago we visited this store, it was always a nice store with wide selection of wet food, cat nip toys and a cute cat manager. We had a little chat with the guy at the counter called Louis (pronounced as Loo-ee) about the story behind the pet photos on the wall, his family, his Asian friend.. everything seems to be going well and sweet until he all of a sudden starting to express how he likes the appearance of Asian actress, and making the slanted eye gesture by putting his finger to the outer corner of his eyes. We were like WOW that’s a NO even if he was acting like a nice person. We quickly ended the convo peacefully but thinking back at it, I think the guy knows what he was doing and he meant it. Would not visit this store chain anymore.

This is na amazing place for shopping anything for your pet. They have food, treats, toys, clothes and a lot of other great stuff. They have supplies for dog, cats, fishes, reptiles and birds. You can find literally anything on this place.

Fue un gusto ingresar a la tienda y encontrar personal tan amable, tan atento y cercano. Nos atendió un señor que sabe lo que es servicio al cliente. La tienda cuenta con variedad de cosas y marcas para nuestros engreídos de 4 patas. Nosotros queríamos llevarle a nuestra gatita algo que no vayamos a encontrar donde vivimos y el señor nos supo orientar. Me quedo con la cálida atención y si vuelvo por NY visitaré esa tienda para más artículos de mi bebé gatuna.
