One of my cats is on a special diet. I was looking for Weruva pet food and I knew that I would find it here. They have what I need in stock and then some! I am happy with the prices and the team is friendly. Even the delivery was fast and had service with a smile.

We are very grateful to Pet Central! I came here when my cat had not been eating for a few days. We had him on several medications, but we could not get him to eat his usual food. A staff member here helps me pick out a food that he ended up loving! He had his first full meal in a while thanks to the help of Pet Central

Was looking for a place where I could get Small Batch frozen pork sliders for my cat and this store was on the Small Batch website and close to my work. Went there one day after work just to find that they only had Small Batch for dogs in stock but they offered to order whatever I needed from their supplier. I placed an order and about 10 days later they called me saying I can come pick it up. My husband went to the store just to find out they order the wrong item (rabbit instead of pork), although they said they got pork in the store when they called. They placed an order with the supplier again and called me a few days later saying the item is ready for pickup. I sent my husband to pick it up and although it was the correct item (pork), they charged him for the Small Batch rabbit sliders saying price is the same and they just don't have pork in their system. Having bought both items in the past, I highly doubt that's the case as rabbit is always more expensive. Not to mention how unprofessional the whole experience was. Not planning on going back to this store.

Worst experience ever. Horrible customer service. I placed an online order for same day delivery on Saturday. By the end of the night it still hadn’t arrived. I called Sunday Morning to ask where my delivery was to which the person who answered, Martin, said that they don’t deliver to the East Harlem on weekends. I told him this didn’t make sense to me and that the website should have stated this so I could’ve ordered from elsewhere. I asked Martin if there was a store manager I could speak to and he said there was no manager until Monday around 2 pm. I called the other locations to ask about their delivery and they said they do deliver to the East side, but once I gave them my exact address they said the same thing that they will not deliver to East Harlem. I am baffled and disappointed at this poor customer service but especially by their blatant discrimination and bias. I will be looking for other businesses to shop at that are inclusive and care about all of their customers. I encourage you all to do the same.

Horrible service 0/10. Food selection 5/10. The guy behind the counter was more inclined to flirt with a pretty young man than to check out clients. I would never go there again, why suffering when you spend money? Also not friendly if you just come to purchase. The pretty boy wasn't even buying anything and stayed at least for 15 mins in front of a mesmerized cashier.

I’ve been here several times and have had the same experience every time. I called other branches for a pet gate and they were the only ones that still had them. The staff was nice nice to hold them for me until I got there. Another time, I had a staff help me buy a better dog food. They’re small, but they have the essentials.

I live around the corner and buy here regularly for my cat so as to support local businesses instead of going to a big corporation. Today I was running late and called to ask if they could wait till 7.05 for me to run over to get some food for my cat. They said no. I begged and explained the cat is allergic to almost everything and needs specialty food, but there was no budging them. From now on I won't bother with this "local business" and will just be buying the food from Chewy or Amazon, where it's cheaper anyway.

I love Pet Central. The staff really IS super friendly, and they are very helpful. They're even a step ahead of my vet when it comes to new products and alternatives for certain products that work. The prices are good for the better brands of food and they have a very big selection of dog foods. Also, a nice store is always a plus. It's nice to have a pet store where you know you can trust their opinion.

I started going to pet central for the good prices and great selection. I go now, because it's there. Prices keep going up at a rate that will soon have them as high as the local bodega, or any expensive supermarket and the selection for cats keeps shrinking, as they seem to be focusing their space on dogs and "exotics."
