Such an amazing pet supply shop. The staff is amazing. They make the experience super easy. Whether it’s going inside or getting delivery, it has always been such a nice experience. They remember you, even suggest things based on your pets preferences- overall it’s incredibly nice and I’m thankful to have them nearby!

Where you can find alot if cute stuffs for your furbabies, birds, and fish tanks accessories!😍A Clean store and they do a fantastic job in grooming too!!!.👍The store owner and staffs will always trying to help or accommodate you!! And they treat their customers (esp PETS) as a family.

This is a very small local shop in Hamilton Heights. The shop is pretty claustrophobic given that every inch of space is covered in with a product. They do carry goods for both cats and dogs with some level of bird related items.You can pick up accessories in there being leashes, food bowls and grooming supplies along with waste bags.For cats the paté options lack. They carried some quality brands being fussie cat and rawz but had none of the flavors my cat actually liked except turkey and rabbit. I ended up getting Wellness brand items given that my cat is willing to eat it. However wellness has guar gum in their options making my cat produce a lot of waste.Fussie Cat and Rawz is gum free. Fussie here is only their chicken options that's shredded which my cat is quite picky over. If they carried the paté fish options being Mackerel and Salmon I would have gotten those. Rawz I got 3oz cans of turkey and rabbit.They do have some freeze dried options here which is good but again not the flavor my cat likes which is rabbit. The freeze dried treats is fine as I was able to get Origen freeze dried lamb from here.Shop also carries a ton of cat toys and scratchers in a variety of textures.Real reason why I'm giving 3 stars is the fact one of the employees was a bit rude to me. The shop is quite small and he was almost demanding that I move my child's stroller out the lot so he could fill the shelves. Honestly, it's already difficult to shop given how much stuff is in this small space, that doesn't mean cut my shopping time so you can fill in the lot.Overall this shop is okay for a local shop but I wish they had more quality food options for cats.

Pet Ark is always been my go to store when it comes to my needs in Spoiling our fur babies. As soon as you go inside you can feel the homey ambiance. The Store owners are very accomodating and friendly and you can comfortably ask their honest advises when it comes to tour babies’ needs.

This place has a full on roach infestation. Brought a cardboard cat scratcher home and 10 roaches came out when I opened it. Went back to the store and all the other scratchers were infested too. Employee let me exchange for a different item i needed so two stars. Be careful what you buy here.

I only stopped here quickly because I desperately needed a cat carrier. The man working there was so incredibly helpful!!! He patiently showed me two options of bags. Then when I asked how to calm a cat down he was so knowledgeable, asked me questions so he could help me as best as he could. Would highly recommend this store!

The staff are really helpful and friendly. George is really knowledgeable and gives good recommendations on products to try as one of my cats was really picky and needed special food. He can answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend.

Love this place. The workers are beautiful people. Never treated me or my dog in any rude manner. Prices might be alil up scale then other pet stores. But sooo worth the pay considering the great costumer service they provide

I have been a customer of this store for about ~5 years and I was always completely pleased by them. They always had the best customer service and the best pet treatment, until ~2 years ago. It all started with the food outage, they would never have my dogs correct food on stock, then it was the rising grooming prices, from $75, to $80, to now $120, base price for a Pomeranian haircut. What has changed? Nothing. Same groomer, same location but even worse treatment. Originally they had water for the dogs (dogs get extremely dehydrated when they're nervous, upset or excited, etc.) now they make any excuse not to provide even the simplest thing such as water. IT'S A PET SHOP. The least they could do is cater to their personnel. They continue saying that prices have risen everywhere, but that does NOT make the consumer feel better, especially when the customer service has been decreased this much. This store used to be my go- to for my shopping and grooming needs, now I will not be returning. It started with the grooming and the last straw was the 'no water' concept. I LOVE this store!! George is the absolute kindest and most helpful person!! Not only did they help when I had a sick cat but are now helping to guide me with my new puppy :) And he even offered to deliver my items so I wouldn’t have to walk with a heavy bag!! This store is a one stop shop for all your pet’s needs and even if I moved away from Harlem, I would still travel to this amazing pet store!! Updating my original review to 5 stars.I have been coming here for nearly 5 years. This was not my first pet store experience but when I first started coming here, it was very helpful to have their advice readily available. The male owner is always kind and patient and will help to the best of his knowledge. Every time I come to get my dog’s nails cut, it’s typically not a long wait, and the groomer is very friendly.To put it simply, my ratings is for the very good customer experience I receive and for the dog groomer whenever he is there. If there are any issues you have with them, they are very concerned with clearing it up truly valuing your business.

It's a little more expensive than ordering online, but nothing compares to real live customer service and attention. I have been a customer for a few months now since becoming a first time dog dad and I will be a loyal customer for years to come!

They took suck great care of my dogs. I got there nails clipped and a dog washes fir two dogs . My dogs were of course scared, but the care they provided calmed them down. I highly recommend, if you need your dogs effectively cleaned on budget and timely. Great music too!

The workers are extremely friendly and helpful. I always feel so welcomed when I come in and love talking to them. This shop has a good selection and high quality food. I have two cats and a rabbit, it's so helpful that I can make one stop for all of their needs. They even offered to deliver the litter for me since it's heavy.

Good prices, free delivery (though I think it's appropriate to give a tip), and George, the owner, is SO knowledgeable and SO kind!UPDATE 2-2022: and years later, that's still the case. Owner George and staff are all so nice, calm, knowledgeable, kind.UPDATE 7-2022 still love this neighborhood gem and the wonderful folks who run it (& try to contain prices in this "supply chain issues" , "russia-ukraine war& energy prices" etc environment)UPDATE 6-2023 I am SO grateful for this store and its team! They are kind, informed (they read a lot of the relevant materials& go to conferences), honest, and care about quality and about the customers. Both my cats have health issues now, and George discussed food options (& important considerations for each health condition) for 15+ minutes. José and Gina are so wonderful too.

The best groomer in town! Great place for all your pet needs. They have great selection and reasonable prices. Staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, most specially George. And the lady on the counter is so sweet she even gives my Puppy treat (my puppy is so happay). They also have Excellent delivery service, Jose is always on time. Will definitely come back.

The store is really good is and the staff is helpful.But I have to say the groomer doesn’t follow directions and just does any haircut that he wants. He shaved all of my dog’s fur, right when the winter is around the corner. Sculpted her like a poodle when it’s a dog that has nothing to do with that breed. Terrible job and so unprofessional for not having taken a look or ask for a reference or at least googled it. Definitely won’t recommend and not going back there.
