Absolutely love them here!!My dog pulls me all the way to them once he is told he is going to the groomers. I've heard stories of other people with problems or negative situations that have occurred with groomers in other places. Not the situation here. My dog is an 8-year-old 62 pd dog & is always treated with so much love & care as if he was a 5pd 3-month-old puppy. Freinds, I have recommended them to agree 100%. You want cleanliness,sanitary conditions,professionalism & best of all love & gentle care for your furbaby... Go to Paws Country Club, and you & your pet will not be disappointed.

Lulu went in for her first grooming experience and it was terrific! Adilson did exactly what I asked for, and didn't rush. He has a yorkie himself so he knew exactly how to handle my little munchkin. Definitely returning!

Absolutely the best groomer I’ve been to all around upper Manhattan. Sushi is a shiba inu that sheds a ton. Even after going to get groomed and brushed at Petco she still comes out full of fur flying around. At Paws Country Club, the groomer was able to remove the coat that was shedding. She came back with no more shedding, smelling great and looking good! This is hands down my go to spot now. Super highly recommend.

My dog absolutely HATES having his nails trimmed. It's so problematic that other grooming facilitates have turned my pup away. The staff at PCC were incredibly patient and comforting to my pup. I'm so thankful for their kindness and professionalism.

I take my puppy to this awesome place for grooming and daycare when I say this is the best place, hands-down for any skin mom that's looking for daycare or grooming for their fur babies. When I drop my fur baby off for the first day, I felt like a mother dropping their toddler off at school. But then to see how happy she was when I picked her up and how she wanted to go back. I knew that she was being well cared for and loved in daycare. My pup looks to go all the time she runs there and when the gates down, she stands in front of it. Thats how you know that's an awesome safe place and she always cared for. I recommend this place to any fur moms to take your puppy or dog to be loved and taking very good care of. The staff is awesome and very professional, the groomer is immaculate you can't ask for more.

Yesterday I was walking in and asked when there will be the next free appointment for grooming for my small poodle and I was lucky because someone canceled and so I could just drop my dog off immediately. The staff was so nice and welcoming. They're also very professional. When I picked up my dog he looked beyond pretty and the smell of the dog shampoo was amazing! This place is now my new go to groomer! Thank you all🎉🐩

Great place, wonderful and kind staff with an amazing groomer. Nobody could groom my little Lola because she was so afraid of people that she might hurt herself to get away. I had tried multiple groomers and medications, but nothing worked until I found Paws Country Club! They were so patient and kind. They asked me NOT to give her any medication. They do excellent work, and Lola always looks beautiful after her visits. We will never go anyplace else!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Paws Country Club for grooming services, and while I must admit that the work done by the groomer was exceptional, I was extremely disappointed with the attitude and unprofessionalism displayed by Paul, one of the staff members.From the moment I entered the establishment, I sensed an unwelcoming atmosphere. Paul seemed disinterested and made no effort to greet or assist me. His lack of basic courtesy left a sour taste in my mouth. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and friendliness, which was sorely lacking in Paul's demeanor.Not only did Paul exhibit a nasty attitude, but he also appeared to be unprofessional in his behavior. He spoke in a condescending manner when addressing both customers and his fellow colleagues. It was evident that he lacked basic interpersonal skills, which is concerning considering his role in customer service.Furthermore, I observed Paul openly complaining about his job and making derogatory remarks about other clients. This type of behavior is entirely unbecoming of a professional in the service industry. It left me questioning the overall professionalism and standards upheld at Paws Country Club.While the groomer's work was commendable, Paul's negative presence significantly overshadowed the experience. His demeanor and lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend Paws Country Club to others until they address the issue of Paul's behavior.I sincerely hope that Paws Country Club takes the necessary steps to address these concerns and improve the customer experience by addressing Paul's attitude and unprofessionalism. A business can have the most talented employees, but if the front-facing staff are unpleasant and unprofessional, it reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

My pup, Finn, loves going to Paws for daycare and I'm pretty sure he loves the staff more than me -- especially his buddies Nicheal, Grayson, and Eduardo. The pick-up and drop-off service included in their daycare packages has been a Godsend since I have to be at work at 700am and don't get home until 800pm. My pup is tired out/well-exercised, happy, and fed when I get home. They are always incredibly flexible (even last-minute) with cancellations, extra day add-ons, and Nicheal and Eduardo respond to e-mails super quickly. So happy to have PCC in my dog's life!

We and our dogs love paws! They are flexible, affordable, and lovely people. Dogs are kept inside in the free roam play area, but are taken out for walks four times a day as well! They always come back happy and smelling lovey. ( 8y/o 80lb lab, 7y/o 75lb golden retriever)

I was hoping for good things from this business but they refused to accept my dog because he's a pit mix. They refused him without doing any consultation or meeting him. My dog is a 35 pound dog and has no aggression history. Completely unprofessional and clearly Paws doesn't care to take time and evaluate the dogs that are boarding by them.

Been bringing my dachshund here for 5 years for grooming. Absolutely love it at Paws Country Club and it’s always a pleasure to bring my pup in for a full hair buzz, nail filing and the works. Thank you for consistently being so warm, reliable and flexible with scheduling!

Very clean facility and very friendly staff. Went for grooming for my 14mos American Akita Addison is the best! Haven't seen my dog looking that fluffy since I brought her home. Definitely recommend the grooming services

Paws Country Club does everything for us. I highly recommend them! They provide us with our dog walking and when the dogs need to be groomed they bring them in after their walk and drop them off all while i'm at work. They have also dropped off our dog food & treats when I don't have time to pick it up. I have never had to worry about who is coming into our apartment and taking care of our dogs. They are extremely communicative and are such a convenient place to stop when we need something.

I absolutely Love Paws! I cannot walk by Paws with my Lily without her trying to drag me in. Nichael, Eduardo, and Addison are the best. They are ALL knowledgeable, patient, and mindful of my concerns.The space is warm and caring as are the staff, it feels like home. Lily has stayed for daycare, and gets her grooming with Addison. My Lily loves them, so I love them.

I've been using Paws for occasional daycare, boarding for up to three weeks at a time when I go on vacation, grooming, and buying food treats clothes accessories etc. over the past nine months. I am so happy with them, I can't bear to see their one bizarre Google review. I have two small dogs and every time we walk by the shop or even across the street they start pulling their leads towards Paws! They love the people who take care of them and this is their second home. Also, they are open on Saturdays, so I don't know what the hours posted here are about.

Every time we walk in, the people recognize our dog, seem genuinely happy to see him and call him by name. They do a great job with grooming. And our dog has spent several weekends at Paws when we've had to travel for work and always comes home in great spirits and great shape. Most importantly, they are kind people at Paws, thoughtful. And they are extremely accommodating.

Paws Country Club has been watching my Labs for several years and they are amazing. They communicate before during and after the visit and think of things I forget (like a bath before they come home). Beyond that, when we are walking in the neighborhood and run into a Paws staffer, by dogs are all wags and greetings and could not be happier to see their friends from Paws. If they could talk, I'm sure they would ask us to travel more so they could spend more time at Paws.

Paws Lost My Dog!I left my dog for a single overnight at Paws so that I could visit family out of town. I had taken him to Paws a few times previously.The handler failed to properly secure him in his harness and he got loose on a walk and ran off.The staff gave a half hearted effort to find him which included creating signs with a photo that was not of my dog but a similar looking one that they found on the internet and the phone number for Paws (which was closed for the day and was closed the following day so not of particular help to anyone who might have called). I live very close to Paws and did not see a single sign posted in the area, nor did I see the staff of Paws out looking for him.The owner, Adilson, did nothing to convey any level of confidence that efforts were underway to find my dog. What's worse, he was rude to my husband and sister when they called with helpful suggestions (for example, where to get a photo of our dog for posters), cussed them out, hung up on my husband and then failed to return any of our subsequent phone calls. (We called at least six times on our drive back to the City from our family visit).Upon return to the city we went directly to Paws to talk with the staff and then out to pound the pavement looking for our dog. We heard nothing further from Paws or Adilson until two days after my dog was recovered, when they sent an email with their apologies for the ordeal. They did not even bother to return to us his harness, leash, etc. despite the fact that we live just a few blocks away.Needless to say, I won't be using Paws again. I understand that accidents happen but their handling of the incident was unconscionable.

I passed by the facility recently because they send me an response that I have requested in the past in regards for more information about pet boarding. A guy with the name of Nickeal, replied to my inquiry telling me that I could come by to check out the place anytime and since I wanted to leave my dog here overnight for pet boarding. However, when I arrived to the facility there was a young guy at the reception area whom unfortunately, gave me a cold welcome. I told him about the response that I received from the guy named Nickeal who told me to drop by anytime to show me the facility where I was planning to leave my dog overnight. Unfortunately, the guy at the reception area refused to show me the facility where I was planning to leave my dog for a few days until I returned from vacation and told me that guests visiting the facility where the dogs stay is prohibited. I went there with the intentions of leaving my dog there overnight when the guy who sent me the email with the name of Nickeal told me that I could pass by the facility anytime. I went there for no reason and overall, there are many more facilities to leave your pet for daycare or pet boarding where is environmental friendly and professional.

Not only my dog is 90 lbs but has the energy to out run a greyhound in the dog run. The owner personally handled my dog and now my once misbehaved dog to an angel. Very grateful
