I absolutely love now you’re clean! The self wash service is a great option when your dog needs a quick bath. Packages are so reasonable and the bath facility is so clean and well maintained it truly makes washing your dog a treat. The full groom and cut service is amazing. The groomer will meet with you and your dog before every apt to go over exactly what you’re looking for. My golden retriever gets an “outline trim” from Will, which leaves her looking perfectly Fluffy and neat. Highly recommend!

My cockapoo Chester has been coming here for grooming for a year and they always do a wonderful job. Highly recommend and the self-wash stations are also great for taking your pup for a quick bath!

Really bad experience at the West Village Store. I bought wagwear booties for my pup for Valentine’s Day, and they ended up being the wrong size. I had worried about that from the onset, as sizing is hard to guess without the dog being present, but the store clerk assured me that if there were issues then I could just bring them in to exchange. When I brought them back in today, I was informed for the first time that there was a 14-day return policy! This was never mentioned on purchase confirmation emails and texts, so I had assumed a standard 30 day (it’s day 18 now). They were unwavering and now I have dog boots that don’t fit and a poor impression of the business.Buy with caution!

AKANE did a great job with our doodle Mochi! He gets quite nervous at the groomer but Akane was very patient with him. He came out looking fantastic! Happy to have this spot in the neighborhood now :)) Thanks Akane! You are the best✴︎

I love love love this place. So easy, so clean, my fussy dog didn’t fuss one bit. Settings were super easy and you don’t need to bring a thing unless you have special needs. The washing unit was big and raised. The water temp was set to perfect. I didn’t get wet at all. Well worth 30$ and they have a package for 10 washes for 180$ that never expire. They played calming music for my pittie and she loved the experience. I’m so happy I found them. I promise you your experience will be so fast and easy. They also gave me an appointment as a first time customer. Instead of having to walk in and possibly wait. Thank you, love the West 10th location. Also, there was a door to the pod and a door to the room so I felt completely safe with my Pitbull who loved it.

Self contained pod with everything you need! All I will say is there was no door to our room which made me a little nervous considering my dog could run out, or run into another dog. Beyond that this is a cute quick spot to wash your pet.
