Went for the first time this morning with my 40 lb pity mix. This is the best place ever! So professional, they had everything I needed shampoo, conditioner, brush all in an enclosed bath tub for dogs. Dryer too. Prices were very reasonable. We will be back.

Did a FANTASTIC job with my 12 pound bichon/poodle, Lucy. They were relatively timely and i was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Very friendly, never caged my dog. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely be returning!

I am SOOOO happy to have taken my dog Athena there today. After a quick phone call they squeezed me in for a grooming today and were so considerate. They spoke to me about my dog and her personality. I had a very bad experience with another groomer in the area and was nervous to go back to professional grooming but I have found our new go-to! Strong recommend their services.-signed an anxious pup and her also anxious mother

Any dog owner understands the headache that comes with bath day; wet dog hair everywhere, towels drenched from your wet pooch, and let's not forget the after-bath clean up. When Mia's Bathhouse moved to the neighborhood we were thrilled. Finally, a place to wash our boy at a very reasonable cost. What used to take us two hours to do with our 100 lb. lab is now a 30 minute visit to Mia's. WE LOVE THIS PLACE! The boutique is clean, the staff is super friendly, the self-serve machines are life savers, and our dog loves it here.

It was my first time at Mia’s Bathhouse, and it was a great experience. My dog is anxious around strangers, but she was approached with so much care and patience. I’m glad to have found a new regular groomer for my dog!

Great experience! I’ve passed Mia’s Bathhouse several times while walking my dog in the evenings so decided to give it a try.Deidre was extremely helpful in demonstrating how to use the equipment, she’s obviously a true animal lover.The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable.

Service was ok.... I paid 130 bucks and my 8.5. Pound poodle was left unbathed nails undone and had 3 patches of hair left on his belly. I tried calling them several times once he got home, due to it being my friend that he was picked up by, so I didnt get a chance to see him till he got home. The lady that was there was nice and knowledgeable I also felt she treated my pup with care during the time I was there.That's about the only thing that i was happy about the service I didnt like at all! Paying over 100 bucks during this time was also a bummer !!!

While visiting my daughter in New York i needed a place to take the dog for a bath. Called Mia's and they were very happy to to accommodate our late arrival. The owner was very professional and explain how to use the machines etc If you live in NY I highly recommend Mia's for self service pet cleaning. They also provide the service as well.

I highly recommend NOT to groom your pet here. After they changed management and staff, mia's bathhouse has gone down tremendously. They prices are not reliable. They tell you one thing on the phone and another at the place. The groomer is nice however she cannot groom at ALL. They cut my dog, left uneven patches of hair all his body, and had knots too. Do not take your dog there unless you want them to look like a rat.

Mia's is absolutely lovely!! I have the most anxious Shiba Inu (who also happens to be very against grooming due to his anxiety) & as a groomer myself, I didn't want to subject him to someone else. After a shoulder injury, I couldn't bathe him myself & we took a chance on Mia's & I'm never looking back. Even after only two appointments there, I can tell he is still anxious, but he is starting to come around! He isn't a very expressive dog but he is so happy to see everyone there- wagging and smiling the entire time! They always do such a good job with him- he comes back happy as well as clean! I couldn't recommend Mia's enough.

The most welcoming staff who love our dog! Kind, helpful people and a fantastic place to bring our 95lb Airedale Terrier for a do-it-yourself (or sometimes have them do it) cleaning! He was even dog of the month once, which is a great idea!

The Asian woman groomer was ruff with my pup; she combed my pups hair so hard she left a sore spot on his leg and than clamied that my puppy had an injured leg. He growled when she would touch his leg. & I asked.... Do you brush your hair hard and if it hurt if you did so... I than said that it's the same with brushing a dog's hair, I asked her to brush gently but she didnt understand me. When i got home he had a scab from all the brushing. SMH. Ohh and the prices are outrageous!!! $115 for a groom, my pup is 12 pds... A small dog and was a lil matted but not much. Other than that the manger was nice. I have no problem with her... all to do with the groomer style and outrageous prices. I will absolutely not be returning.

My dog looks horrible. He’s a cavapoo and they just shaved him down so he looks like a rat now. We will not be taking him back. She also gave my dog food without permission and he has an extremely sensitive stomach and we’re trying to get him to lose some weight. However, I gave two stars because she was extremely nice to my dog.

Great customer service, it's always clean and they respect your wishes. I have a Cane Corso and he isnt the friendliest dog, so I've requested that they show me how things work, but I'll proceed without assistance. That was 2 years ago. I continue to come here even after moving to westchester. The only amenity it lacks is parking! Hence the 4 stars rather than 5

Great experience with these ladies they always treat my 3 yorkie dog with respect ..... they are extremely clean ..... very warming to the guest and they care for your pets as if it was their own. couldn't ask for a better place. I would highly recommend this place for all types of service it's very affordable and you will be glad you went

Mias bathhouse staff is so Kind ! The manager made sure my baby girl was taken care of and even when a situation occurred with there water supply she reassured me if we had to reschedule she would take care our baby Extra special ! Honestly this is the second time I’ve been to a groomers because we usually bathe her ourself but honestly I will definitely be back and this will most likely be my GO TO GROOMERS !!!Thank you so much we appreciate it !!!

Not 100% satisfied with my dogs haircut. The first two time they did a good job. Recently I really was upset with the way they styled my dog. I asked for a puppy cut and she came out looking like a lion.

Mia's had an opening immediately the same day after Harlem Doggie Day Spa on 147th street baited me over the phone by telling me the groom begins at $75. When I brought my teacup poodle there, the groomer said $125 for a lamb cut, which made me furious because I called and made an appointment and informed the receptionist I want a lamb cut. The receptionist made no mention of different pricing for lamb cut, only that pricing varies by state of pet fur and size and temperament of dog, and the groomer kept saying idiotic sayings like you wont know the price until you get here and I assess the animal, like WTF dude, at least give customers a range to the most it could he so someone like me doesnt show up with less than what they wanted to charge so I wasted time and money in a cab uptown and was turned away. Only good thing was they refunded my $20 deposit and I jus so happened to be there when the groomer was tossing out wee wee pads, so yay for me...When I called Mia, who is only 2 blocks away on 145th street , they said come now and told me the lamb cut is only 75$! The establishment is way more advanced, efficient and friendlier, not sterile and bland and empty, like at Harlem Doggie daycare, Mia's even has 2 tubs you can wash your own animal in, and a small area to shop for items. The prices are also publicly made, unlike Harlem doggie daycare, who hides their prices until you get there , where they shock you with an inflated price, BTW, my puppy's lamb cut was BOMB! I'M ALWAYS COMING BACK!

My dog is pomeranian. The cut that I asks for she didn't do. I show a picture of what I wanted done. She said she could comply. What I wanted was a foxy cut. She allow another customer who came as a walk in. distract her. I had appointment. And she put my dog aside. Would I Recommend. No I would'n That just my opinion.

NOT coming back ,now my dogs private part is irritated and red because of the razor. Which is causing him to excessively lick it. I have never had this problem before in other groomers .

I lost an hour of my day doing the paperwork, for one of the groomers to tell me they cant groom my small yorkie because he moves to much. He is less than 7 pounds.
