I live at the far end of the Bronx and Eladio, the heart and soul of this place, makes the drive worth it. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help people, with the latest being keeping the store open a few minutes while I was stuck in traffic. He is so kind to my dog and the store’s abundant samples of all kinds of dog treats has led to my little guy finding some new favorites! This is the local store you want to support, a sweet home experience in the heart of NYC. All of the staff is just as pleasant. We love Little Creatures!!!!

Great store, and employees are awesome. Only issue is they say they open at 11am, yet every time I go at or shortly after that time, the door is locked. Either update your posted hours, or be there to open at 11am! Would otherwise be 5 stars.

We love little creatures! Jill and their staff are always very helpful, and they have a great selection of dog treats, cleaning supplies, and dog clothing/accessories. It's a wonderful neighborhood store and we love to support them!

I buy all the food/treat for my dog at this shop my dog always pushes me to go in and will stay staring at the manager if they are close, he literally loves this shop. I go there because Eladio is really the most knowledgeable person I have encounter in a pet shop, he just knows everything on what my dog will prefer, his service is beyond wonderful, he has an incredible memory on what my dog likes, really a truly gem! They also deliver to you at no charge which is super convenient. They have a very diverse offer and prices are very reasonable. Thank you Eladio and team.
