Love the options for my dog, I cook regularly for him. It’s nice to be able to buy food I know will support his longevity. He is 18 years old now. Stopped feeding him processed foods years ago. He’s cleared up so many things.

I've been ordering here for almost a year but lately every time I call some little rule changes every time. First they want a card on file and now I'm told they can't keep a card on file unless you are a "standing" order whatever that means. First there was free delivery and now there's a $10 charge no matter the size of the order. Every time the person says it's because of a new manager, which I'm not sure if that's true or not. Anyway, it used to be impeccable service given the very high $$ but now it's just all a bit more disorganized.

My dog LOVES the food and treats here. He is an extremely picky eater and this is literally the only food I have found that makes my dog finish his bowl. I love the variety of flavors they offer so he never gets bored. Plus the staff is always so kind!

Pricey but worth it. Just Food For Dogs cured my dog of Inflammatory Bowel Disease... aka the year of diarrhea. After pricey tests and vet visits, our dog was declared allergic to everything. The vet recommended the Just Food For Dogs fish recipe and he was cured in a week! We also toss in a bit of Psyllium Husk Powder to bind it all up.If your four legged family member is having tummy problems, then give this food a try. The Lincoln Square location even delivered for free until recently. I miss that service.

I went here to get a treat for my dog and the person who worked there was super nice! She was very helpful and went out of her way to help, going above and beyond! I just gave my dog a small treat and he’s sitting at my feet begging for more. The moment I opened the back he came over and asked for some. I don’t think he’s ever enjoyed a treat more, he even tried to get seconds. This place really knows how to please dogs because even my dog who hates food loves it! I didn’t bring my dog so it was a great surprise for him! Thank you again to the nice lady who helped me today! I didn’t get your name but you made my day!

They are a bit pricy, but once you buckle down on a recipe that you like, you can get it in bulk. They make the food freash and treat your dog like it's their dog. They will cater to all dietary restriction, allergies, sensitivity, or pickiness. Honestly, if you're struggling to get your paw buddy to eat, they got chu. I can surely say our buddy Koda inhaled his meal, but he's a generous muncher.

Every employee is knowledgeable and accommodating. They remember my dog and our "usual" order and likes in regard to treats. We enjoy stoping by to visit and try new treats. Bentley lost 5 lbs and entered his " healthy" weight within 1 month of changing to JFFD 1 year ago. He also stopped begging once he was satisfied with his food. The staff helped us find his best "dinner" and we were able to transition off vet prescribed prebiotics. We have realized the"savings " of JFFD fresh foods without a hard sell or a guilt trip.Stop by 70th and Broadway with all your questions and give it a try.

This is some of the best quality food you can purchase for your dogs. And I would also like to give Amari a shout out. Every time I call to place an order or ask a question she helps me and is so nice and great to work with. Very knowledgable and caring. Makes the experience of ordering great.

My goldendoodle, Maxx was underweight and love Chicken with white rice. Already tried for three weeks and Maxx is improving with his weight.Amazing employees at this location! Every single employee is extremely friendly nice and willing to help the customers with their needs.Maxx love to come and say hello to them.
