I love this food for my cavalier and he’s obsessed.Since I’ve had him he’s had a really sensibel digestion and always problems.With the turkey snd macaroni receipt he’s better then ever.And the store itself is amazing too, all you can wish for you will find and the stuff was really friendly and helpful.

I have been waiting for something like this for a long time. I love my dogs as if they are my children and want the best for them in every way possible. I have always wanted to cook for them because I've read online the weird things that bagged dog food has, i.e.-wood chips (for fiber) and feathers (for calcium) etc.I have asked my vet if I can cook for my dogs, but the answer was always that its best to just buy it because dogs need special nutrients which they don't get from cooked food that we make at home.Finally there is an amazing company who makes delicious food for our fur babies! They use human grade ingredients so basically you can also eat the same food and it would be totally okay. The use very little ingredients which are all labeled on the front of the packages and have no preservatives whatsoever.One of my dogs has a renal issue and I was so happy to see that JustFoodForDogs has some prescription dog food as well!They make the food fresh daily and offer free shipping for order of $50 or more. I have never seen my dog so happy with eating his food. I feel sad that the company wasn't around earlier. I will only feed my fur babies this food going forward. Our little ladies were both in surgery for some fairly extensive dental work, and we decided to venture to the JFFD location to see if it could be the right fit for softer meals over next couple of weeks. Brianna came to help us and was soooo knowledgeable and helpful as to what they do and what might work best for us, including a blander mix to try if tummies were upset post surgery and during medication use. Judging by the tail wags and vocals of each feeding, we def have fans now! But I was really impressed with Brianna and the full team taking time to really answer questions, and just being so warm and welcoming! There are so many options for great food for your fur babies out there, but the staff won our loyalty. Thank you guys, and great recommendations!

I love this place and so does my Dog. I order every 2 weeks and keep my card on file and I’ve been a customer for about 2 years. I’m a huge fan of Alex! She’s super professional, knows me and my dog and already knows what I like. For the most part the team here is on point! I can’t speak for management because I’ve never met them and have never had a reason to which I guess is a good thing. The team takes care of me and things don’t go wrong with my orders.

I cannot say enough great things about JFFD. Not only is the quality incredible, but the staff is wonderful and helpful at this location. I was definitely hesitant to buy at first, I wanted to feed high quality food but was not convinced, and thought it would be too costly as well as a pain (keeping frozen food, thawing it out, etc). When my puppy first came home, I tried many different things and he would not eat. JFFD let me sample different flavors and ease into fresh food. I could not be happier that I did. You truly feel that you are feeding your dog the best possible quality food and preventing sickness in the long term. My family jokes that we should stir fry it up as it looks better than what we are eating. You can see every ingredient. The staff go above and beyond at the Union Square location. They know my dog by name even though we have not been in together in many months, and gave us a special bag of treats on his birthday. They are pro-active and helpful. They are generous and allow you to sample supplements before purchasing a full bottle. They are knowledgeable about all products and make great recommendations. You truly know that they care about the health of your pet and it is a company I am so grateful exists. You will not be disappointed if you try JFFD.

For many months now I keep avoiding the chicken and rice meals because the rice in it is undercooked. Uncooked rice can be very irritating for a dog's stomach. I take care to notice and my dog fell quite I'll. If I have to bring the food home to finish cooking it myself, i really don't see the point.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, however they need to update their hours of operation. It says they’re open until 9pm and I went there thinking they were open at 7:10 but they were closed.

I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION FOR A LONG TIME, EVERY 1-2 WEEKS, I PLACE REPEAT ORDERS WITH THEM. THE LEVEL OF CONDESCENDING DISRESPECT I RECEIVED FROM ITALO (THE GUEST "EXPERIENCE" MANAGER) WAS UNBELIEVABLE. ANOTHER REP FROM THE STORE MISCOMMUNICATED THE DELIVERY DATE OF MY ORDER, WHICH NOW HAS MY BABY PUP HERE WITHOUT FOOD. I ASKED FOR THEM TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND (AS I'M A REPEAT CUSTOMER), BY SENDING MY BABY'S FOOD VIA AN UBER INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL DELIVERY, WHICH HAS A WINDOW OF 10AM-2PM AND NORMALLY IS DELIVERED AROUND 1PM. INSTEAD OF THEM MAKING A ONE TIME COURTESY (WHICH AFTER CALLING CORPORATE, THEY ADVISED THEY COULD HAVE ABSOLUTELY DONE THIS!), ITALO TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT DO THAT AS IT'S NOT POLICY. HE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF SPEAKING OVER ME, HIS RESPONSES WERE IN A CONDESCENDING TONE, AND WHEN I CALLED HIM OUT ON IT AND TOLD HIM I KNOW LONGER WANTED TO SPEAK WITH HIM GET ME SOMEONE ABOVE IM, HE TOLD ME "EDDY IS ABOVE HIM BUT IS NOT HERE RIGHT NOW, BUT I AM MORE THAN WELCOME TO STAY ON HOLD UNTIL 2PM TO WAIT FOR HIM"...HOW RUDE IS THAT?!?!?! AT ONE POINT HE WAS LAUGHING IN HIS RESPONSE TO TELLING ME THERE'S NOTHING ELSE HE CAN DO AND WHAT DID I WANT TO DO?! I REPEATEDLY TOLD HIM I WANT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOVE HIM, HE THEN PLACED ME ON A LONG HOLD, TO THEN HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!! I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE IN CA AND GOT TWO WONDERFUL REPS BY THE NAMES OF JENNIFER AND EHSAN WHO PROVIDED ME WITH GREAT ASSISTANCE AND ESCALATED THE MATTER! I AM DISGUSTED AND APPALLED BY THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM ITALO, HE MADE A BAD SITUATION WORST - I CANNOT FATHOM WHY HE WOULD BE A GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER...THAT'S THE WRONG PERSON FOR THAT TITLE, UNLESS IT'S A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE CLIENT SHOULD LOOK TO RECEIVE!!! Amazing place! It’s the Chipotle for dogs minus e.Coli (sorry chipotle). The staff is soo helpful and knowledgeable. I love coming here and my dogs absolutely love the food!
