All of the people working the store are friendly and have good knowledge of the products. They carry great products for both cats and dogs. I love the lady who's there, she is very professional and friendly, also treats our dog really nice.. actually he likes her than me LOL. i never had any problems with grooming, our dog become very handsome and clean, he loves going there. i dont know what to do without this store! thank you :)

Having a pet store directly across the street from where you live is fantastic. It's even better when the owner and people who work there are nice, helpful and always have a smile for you when you walk in. That's definitely the case here. It's a brand new store, so it's shiny-clean. The AC is always lovely (a huge plus for that!). If there's a product you're looking for and don't see, ask and chances are good that it will be there for you within a couple of days. My dog isn't really groom-able, so I can't speak to the quality of the work, but I have talked with all the groomers and they are just as accommodating as the staff. A terrific addition to the neighborhood!!!!!

I really like this pet store. The staff is great-they are so nice at all times and our dog pulls me in there even if we don't need anything. They have a wide selection of pet food, treats, and toys. Thanks to the staff for always being so kind and giving doggie treats even with a small purchase. I like the new store (they moved here last year). It's on a side street so don't miss it.

The shop is absolutely lovely, they have a great selection of items and super friendly staff.However, I would not recommend them as a groomer. Nothing bad or unhygienic happened, but we asked them not to cut his tail or ear hair (we have a longer haired dog) and just give him a bit of a trim on the body...they kind of did their own thing and make him one length the whole way round. Because it's so hot out he's probably happier, but it's not the cut I asked or hoped for. All of his 'charm' was shaved away. It'll grow back, but if you have a longer haired dog I may suggest finding a different groomer. Again - great shop - just not the best grooming style.

The daughter went to get the dogs nails cut today 4/15/22 and had such an awful experience. The woman groomer was so disrespectful to my daughter and mistreated our dog. She needs training again if she doesn't know how to handle dogs or she needs to find another job.

I absolutely love this place! The store is very clean and the workers are very kind! I recommend this place for anyone who has a dog or cat of any breed or age! Not only do they sell top brand supplies but their service is no match to any other pet store! Well done

This shop always had an excellent selection and amazing service. My dog just loves coming here and getting all of the attention on her. This is her favorite spot, she would stay me here daily if she could.
