Could not be more satisfied with my experience at Happy Paws. The staff are incredibly attentive and careful with our furry loved ones. As a very busy, solo dog parent with an anxious rescue that is not ready to stay home alone, I heavily rely on their daycare services. Every staff member has treated my pup like one of their own and I feel that the separate small and large dog play areas are very safe. They also have frequent social events for regular clients (see photos below from a birthday party) that are so much fun! At the end of the day my dog is exhausted and I know it’s from having so much fun at Happy Paws! Grooming services are great, well-priced, and timely. Bonus: they have a vast array of products in case you need any last minute items. Excellent hours, especially for us that can’t get out of the office at 5pm every day. Happy Paws is our home away from home.

I absolutely love Happy Paws! I have been taking my dog, Cocoa, there for the last 9 months and I am so happy to have found a community that cares for her as much as I do. I take Cocoa there for grooming, daycare, and over night boarding.I was really hesitant about taking my dog to daycare as she was a covid puppy who was used to being with me 24/7. The happy paws staff listened to my concerns and worked with Cocoa so that she would feel confident in the new environment. She now loves going to daycare to play with her friends and she adores the happy paws staff! I love that they give me photo updates throughout the day and an end of day report card discussing her behavior and who she played with. They also put on events for the dogs and humans that include photo ops, food, and enrichments activities! The attention to detail and fun touches really sets them apart. I can tell they really love Cocoa and all of their resident dogs. I would recommend Happy Paws to anyone looking for a new daycare for their pup!

We recently moved to NYC and were looking for a daycare for our dog. So happy that we went with Happy Paws! We have used them for daycare and also to board our dog when we are out of town. I love receiving the daily report cards and the team has always been kind and accommodating. Also, our dog is always so excited to go! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love happy paws!!! They've treated our rescue dog Newman with such care and patience through his first ever grooms and day care experiences. His grooms are reasonably priced and he always comes out looking great. We can barely walk by Lafayette street without him trying to pull us to happy paws!

Day one hazel made great friends! Poe and Bailey are her BFF’s! She also has a team of happy paw humans who love her and look out for her every time she is there! Ashley is like her happy paws mama. We love happy paws!

I brought my standard poodle, Rosie here for a groom and at first when I picked her up she looked so fluffy and clean. It wasn’t until a few days later when her fluffy hair started deflating, that I discovered she had clipper burn on her hind leg. The staff NEVER notified us and tried to hide it by fluffing up her hair. I had to bring her to her vet, who said it’s likely her hair in this spot will not grow back!! DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!

I could not be happier to work with Happy Paws for both grooming and daycare. My dog is happy when he is there and is well taken care of and the staff sends me updates and photos and generally cares for Koda.

I brought my dog for grooming. He looked good when I picked him up, but later, at home, I discovered he had a few cuts. The staff should have informed me about it. The dog is unhappy for days, crying. He had never been hurt until now. It is highly unprofessional in the first case that such a thing happened, and even more so that nobody said anything about it.

I’m so happy to have found Happy Paws Pet Resort six months ago. Everyone on the staff has been patient, kind, friendly and professional. They have taken extra care building trust with my Pomchi, Emilio, who is fearful of people. When he recently lost his vision, his daycare counselors made sure he adjusted to his new reality. They treat him as if he is one of their own!Ashley, the assistant manager, is fantastic. She creates fun enrichment activities and events that are not only welcoming but also builds a community between clients and the Happy Paws team.I love receiving Emilio’s report cards and photos shared after every visit!I highly recommend Happy Paws Pet Resort to anyone needing a place for daycare, boarding and grooming.

My dog has absolutely LOVED Happy Paws since the new owner Allen and his team have taken over.They are all so attentive to her needs and she loves it so much she pulls me to go in every time and we are regulars for day care.They have so many additional day care features (relief walks and drop off at home) and enrichment activities for the dogs it’s the absolute BEST day care in the neighborhood since we used to go to one that sadly had to close. We would recommend Happy Paws to anyone in the neighborhood who needs day care their pups!

Love this place! The staff are all so sweet and attentive with our dog. This is our go to for daycare and grooming. They also send report cards after each daycare session with photos and videos from the day. Highly recommend!!!

My dog Teddy adores Happy Paws for the day care. He pulls me into Happy Paws. And he always returns home exhausted. The staff loves dogs and takes great care of them. They also write a report card after each stay to keep us updated on him.

We would highlight recommend Happy Paws. The staff is wonderful & loving. They really care about the pups in their care & even told us about Max licking his paws while at daycare. The inground pool is awesome & the facility is super clean. Our pup had a blast. We were staying in Lake Buena Vista & commuted over two hours daily to bring our dog Max for daycare while we were here. Max can’t wait to come back.

Objective Story: I brought our little dog to Happy Paws this afternoon. Our little guy was so nervous that he pooped in his carrier. I paid $122.00 for the grooming with a tip and they gave me a hard time about cleaning the poop. They said their policy is that it's "at their discretion." We are regular customers, been coming for years with two dogs. Finally, they agreed to rinse it off with no soap. A nice employee provided sanitary wipes and I wiped the feces that was left over myself. And the grooming was subpar compared to groomings there in the past. Maybe it's new management? That's our story. You decide what you would expect for your $122.00, lol

My dog has been coming here for 7 years for grooming services. Since the management and groomers changed, it has become very bad. They barely do any grooming, always skipping the private parts. The grooming sessions are very quick. I don’t recommend this place for dog grooming

restocked some food for my kitten & for the most part they have alotttt more dog stuff than cats and an even smaller selection of kitten stuff they did have my all time favorite kitten food (weruva) and it was 1.35 per can v the place i usually go to is a bit pricer so i’m happy for that!picked up some treats as well & i love that they have in store exclusive treats, great and amazing ingredients as well for a lot of the smaller family owned brands :)!! will definitely be coming back for the good deals on cat treats & food, just wish they had a bigger selection of!

Although we were sad to hear our long-time groomer Lydia moved to Florida, we were happily impressed with Esteban, who joined the Happy Paws grooming staff. He gave our Havanese a great summer cut, and finished the job with the cutest tropical neck tie (above and beyond). Looking forward to our next visit.

We love them! Our dog loves them! He goes for haircuts and is beside himself excited when we walks in. I can't say they love him as much as us bc our dog is dramatic and barks and cries when he is away from us. But, they are very good sports about and usually don't say more than, "he's very talkative!" That's a nice way to put it. Thanks for giving him great haircuts!

I’ve been taking my two Poms here for about a year now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is helpful and friendly, and most importantly, the groomers are phenomenal. Lydia and Ruby are SO good at their jobs. My boyfriend and I now take our miniature schnauzer here too, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result when we go to pick him up. 100% would recommend.

Way overpriced ($72 with tax) for what we got (just a basic bath/brush/expressing/nails). Didn’t even do an adequate job on my dogs nails. My dog is a recent rescue with long quicks because no one had cut her nails for a long time/they grew out. Happy Paws kinda trimmed them but I can see where they 100% could’ve gone a little further AND they left the nails with a really jagged edge so now they are now really sharp and hurt. I wouldn’t have minded if it was closer to $50, but I can do the same bath/brush myself and get my vet to do expressing/nail trim for so much cheaper. I chose a groomer because I thought they would do a more thorough job. Really sad and disappointed.

Our Dog loved her stay at Happy Paws and we were really impressed with the service. The Puppy Cam was perfect for checking up on our dog and we were really happy with how the carer's looked after her & gave her so much attention. Allen looked after our cat too and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. This place is great and I highly recommend for anyone who needs trustworthy and reasonably priced pet care.

Me and my husband bring my 2 cats for nails trimming, Allen is super helpful, we went there after the groomer left but he willing to teach us how to trim cats nails at home. He turns our nightmares into a sweet dream. We’re really thankful. Also, the pet store offer a great selection for cats, we love this place ;)

Total waste of time. First, no AC, wonder how the dog feels. Lousy customer service. Second, They don’t take responsibility for the misinformation they give out. Such as: how long will it take? And blame the customer. And to really stick it to the customer, they charged $70 for a bath. Can you give negative stars? A black hole? Not a good choice. And unpleasant at that.

I have been coming to Happy Paws for about 10 years and I have always been satisfied with the grooming and the day care services they provide for my dog.
