This shop withstands the test of time!It's been here so long I almost forgot about it considering the amount of stores in the area that had to close up due to the pandemic. So glad to see that this place survived. They have a wide range of products for your 4 legged friends, so you won't leave empty handed. I generally order my pet goods but with the nicer weather approaching, it's worth a walk over to support a local business. 🙂

First time there today and it was a great experience. Cindy was super helpful in answering my questions and arranging delivery to an elderly friend. They have a beautiful cat named "Bubbles" that we fell in love with! We live 1.5 hours away, but we will use them whenever we are in the city. We highly recommend them.

Walked in on a whim during an afternoon walk and was quickly met with kindness and help in finding a harness for my little dude. Cindy stopped what she was doing to help out and answer my questions - stellar customer service! We will certainly be regulars.

Went there to get something for my daughter's dog, and I really liked it. Well stocked and very organized, with friendly and helpful staff. A bit pricey but worthy since they carry a large selection of high quality food, and toys for cats and dogs. Next time, I will get nice stuff here for my two adorable cats.

They had what I needed, which was good. 8lbs bag of litter was $18. It’s only $10 on Chewy. Ouch. Bummer paying almost twice the price, but wanted it right away.

This is a rather barren boutique pet store. And for car owners... Not really cat savvy. It's 4 stars for the customer service. I know I can count on them. To order things, to run things over in emergencies. As a feline behaviorist I find the staff, particularly the in store manager to be adequate in her knowledge on cats for sure. I feel they're reliable, apt to answer questions and capable of more. Perhaps the owners do not give the store a fair shake? Too bad. A trustworthy place.

Gave them one star only because I had to. I called the store ahead of time because it’s a 40min walk and confirmed they had what I needed. I get to the store and of course it’s not there so I ask the associate at the counter who is definitely the woman I spoke to on the phone. She insists I get a bag of food I do not want and then when confronting her about how I called ahead for this specific brand and kind, she does not apologize and just says I don’t have it and walks away. Extremely rude! Unfriendly and zero customer service skills. The store is also extremely dirty and probably has rats running around. Please do not give your business to this store- Pet Town is only a few blocks away and the owner there is extremely nice and accommodating!

Chrystal B. is absolutely amazing! We had to change our cat's food that he has been on for the past two years. I had a lot of questions and Chrystal was extremely patient and able to answer all of them….easily! She has so much knowledge - I was amazed. AND she is so cheerful and eager to help! I absolutely don't have the same standards in friendliness than other reviewers. Suffice to say that this store is one of the few which carry the dog food we have always bought for our furry friend. A little bit pricy, yes, but they have amazing fast-lightning delivery service!
