Hand down, 5 stars for Easy Wag! Richie and his team go above and beyond for the dogs and their parents. They truly care about all the pups and take extreme care in making sure they have fun in a clean and friendly play area. Their grooming service is also fantastic and they made it a positive experience for him. We’re new dog owners and both have full time jobs, so we were lucky to find a daycare that our little guy loves. He’s always so excited to leave the house when he knows he’s going to Easy Wag. As a parent I am also thankful for the updates and pictures they send me throughout the week. When I’m traveling I love seeing pictures of him having a great time with his friends, it brings my heart joy! Thank you Easy Wag for all you do and great job!!

Easy Wag is amazing! I take my dog here when I go to work, and she can’t contain her excitement to see the daycare workers and all her dog friends. The workers are all extremely attentive and friendly; you can tell they all genuinely love dogs and excel at their jobs. It’s also super convenient to schedule grooming appointments alongside the daycare. They listen to any specific requests I may have and do an excellent job both with cleaning and trimming her fur/nails.

Easy Wag is the best!!!! We take our pup to Easy Wag several times a week for the past few months, and he absolutely loves it! He cannot wait to go run inside and play with his buddies. They even have a playhouse for the dogs in their playroom. All of the staff there are fabulous, and they care so much about every dog, and know each and every dog and their little quirks. You will also receive updates and photos throughout the day. You know your fur babies are in the best hands when they are at Easy Wag!

Reggie and entire Easy Wag team is so amazing with my dog Hades. They treat him like their own, always updating me with pictures during his stay. I always trust he is in safe hands with the team here. He’s a bigger dog breed and it’s great they can handle him and don’t discriminate against his breed. Sign up process was easy, and I can drop him whenever! Very convenient.

UPDATED - We have been using Easy Wag as our primary day care for 3 months now and each day keeps getting better and better. Our rescue pup, Phoenix, is one of the sweetest and most social dogs on the planet and she gets all of her needs met at Easy Wag. When we say "daycare", she literally zooms out of our home and straight to Easy Wag knowing that she is going to her favorite place on earth. When I pick her up, she is happy and excited and then becomes the most easygoing dog at home. Its like a dream come true. Thank you to all the amazing staff who takes care of our baby. I just can't say enough about this place!**********The staff at Easy Wag is so great. I desperately needed a grooming for my rescue and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Not only were they able to fix her botched shave but they got rid of her stinky smell. Thanks guys!!

I can’t say enough good things about Easy Wag. As a pet parent, finding a safe and nurturing environment for my fur baby was a top priority, and Easy Wag exceeded all my expectations. Although I didn't personally use the dog daycare, I visited the facility and was impressed by its cleanliness and the level of care provided. The staff seemed attentive and dedicated. Richie and his team are right on the money! They really care for their dogs and have an amazing staff. When we go to Easy Wag, my pup is always happy and and tired after a lot of activities. This review is looong overdue, words simply cannot begin to explain how much we love our neighborhood doggy daycare!!I’ve been bringing my active 1.5 year old husky, Danger, to Easy Wag for the better part of a year now, and you know she can’t wait to go in when she starts pulling from 2 blocks away. I work long hours a couple days a week and realized that Danger was not getting the exercise and attention she needed. Coming home to my apartment in disarray, with her toys unstuffed and my plants unpotted, was the wake-up call I needed.Enter Easy Wag! They’re conveniently located in FiDi right off Fulton St and multiple subway lines, with hours from 7a-8p M-F and 9a-5p Sa-S, that work perfectly for us. We’ll go early in the morning, and she’ll go flying through the doors, running laps around everyone and everything. By the time I pick Danger up, she’ll come jumping at me, smile on her face and tail wagging. She’ll sleep through the night, and it’s the best feeling knowing that Danger had a fun day, socializing with other dogs and emptying her crackhead energy reserves by zooming about and leaping onto the dog houses.Oh, and the staff!! I cannot rave about them enough! The staff are absolute rockstars (shoutout to the man in charge, Richie!) from their attentiveness to their love of all the furry 4-legged friends that come through their doors. They know every dog by name, including all the little details, and will keep everyone updated throughout the day with texts and pictures (see attached). When you take your dog to Easy Wag, you become part of a family. Bringing Danger here feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulder and has been the best decision I’ve made all year.I’m sooo grateful for the services they offer at Easy Wag as well as the people that make it such a welcoming experience. Much love and thanks to the team for making 2023 a great year, we can’t wait to see what they have in store for 2024!!

Easy Wag is no doubt the best doggy daycare I have ever been to. The staff is so sweet and they will often text you pictures of your fur baby throughout the day. They also have groomed my dog the best out of any groomer I've been to. Richie, the owner, has done an amazing job making sure that all the dogs are properly looked after and that they are all shown love and affection as soon as they walk in. My dog loves it here so much and is practically running to the door as soon as we turn the corner onto their street. Can not recommend Easy Wag enough!

I'm delighted to share my positive experience with my Easy Wag! The facility is clean and inviting, providing a safe and engaging environment for our 9 month old Cavapoo, Buddy. Alfonso always does a great job with my dog’s groom! I took her to two other places prior to coming to easy wag and have stuck with Alfonso because my dog comes out looking great and also loves him! She’s a poodle mix and oftentimes other groomers become impatient with her hair type. He usually takes one dog at a time which makes the process very efficient and everyone who works there is super friendly!

Alfonso was the best at caring for my Layla for her first groom. Layla was excited and happy afterwards. Alfonso also was patient with her and got her to get comfortable before starting the grooming. I am also so impressed with the staff at easywag. Everybody seemed well educated about dogs and aftercare. Thank you for making this experience easy and comforting for me and my fur baby. Can’t wait to be back 😊

So warm and welcoming. The facility is spotlessly clean, staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable. I feel good about having my furbaby staying at Easy Wag when I’m busy doing human things. She’s exuberant upon arrival and satiated and tired after having a full day of fun. The owner Richie has created a special place for the pampered NYC dogs.

This is such a bright, loving, caring, happy place (for dogs and humans alike)! You can feel it the second you step into Easy Wag: Richie and his team love dogs, there’s so much positive energy there, every little detail is so thoughtful. It’s the opposite of those soulless dog day care places where dogs basically just sit in a plain room all day long: here you have an energetic and caring team, vibrant colors, a cute doggy wallpaper on one side of the room, a beautiful wall mural on the other side, organic homemade treats, they have their own organic shampoo/ conditioner line (jasmine & rose, hello!), a clean and chic grooming station in the back and a beautiful studio apartment downstairs for overnight stays. I’m insanely overprotective when it comes to trusting someone else with my dogs - but I do trust Richie and his team 110%, they’re simply the best and I’ve put my dogs in their hands for over eight years: best feeling in the world knowing you don’t have to worry for one second. Just go and see for yourself: look through the windows of Easy Wag - tails don’t lie :)

What a wonderful find! We are staying in NYC for three weeks for work and brought our Cavalier with us. After a few days he was lonely and missing his friends from the dog park. I saw happy dogs coming and going from Easy Wag every day and decided to give it a try. I know the name refers to the happy dogs but, honestly, they make it super easy for the humans (just a few clicks and vaccination upload) and Easy Wag has lowered my stress by being so flexible and wonderful. I just drop Oliver off, run my errands, and pick him up happy and tired. Completely clean space. Dogs are all sweet and nice. And staff spoil the dogs with very personal attention. Easy online scheduling and payment. Wish they had a location in DC!

It’s evident that they are not only passionate about dogs but are also well-treated and happy in their work environment – a testament to the fantastic management by the owner who is frequently present, radiating positivity and kindness.What really sets this daycare apart is their attentiveness to the needs of each dog. They have been exceptional in caring for my morkie, handling everything from feeding to administering his medication, and even regular baths, all without me ever having to worry. Their proactive approach means my pup is always in the best hands.Their boarding service is top tier and I never have to worry about my baby when I am away on travel because I know he is being well taken care of. They even rub paw oil on his paws at night and make sure he is nice and cozy. They pay very close attention to him, even learning his eating patterns (he only likes to eat at night).It’s more than just a daycare; it’s a loving community where I know my furry family member is not only safe and well-cared for but also truly loved. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone seeking a nurturing, joyful, and professional haven for their pet.

Our 11-month-old mini Aussie LOVES daycare at Easy Wag so much that if we're walking in that neighborhood, she immediately tries to drag us over. She's always overjoyed to go, and happily exhausted when we pick her up. It's a bright, cheery space, with staffers who, you can tell, genuinely love the animals and care for them like family. They also offer a variety of other services, like a weekly 6 mile hike, and obedience classes, and the ability to purchase treats and toys (and costume hats during Halloween!) that means we can get everything we need right in our neighborhood. It definitely takes a village to raise our little maniac, and Easy Wag IS our village! (These photos aren't even from the same day! This is just how much our puppy loves Easy Wag!)

Easy Wag is 'the happiest place on earth', as we like to say in our family. We live in Greenwich Village and work in Midtown but that doesn't stop us from taking our puppy downtown to Easy Wag five days a week. Easy Wag is not just any doggy daycare. The owner and staff are like family. They are real dog people and care for our baby like he's one of their own (so much so, he often doesn't want to leave!!) Highly recommend!!!

We hired these guys to do so-called “training walks” that were meant to help our dog pulling on the leash. The guy I spoke to about it seemed nice at first and we were happy that our dog could get some extra training. I came home one day after one of the walks to find that they had attached a plastic spiked collar to our leash. Absolutely unacceptable to use anything other than our provided collar, let alone a spiked collar. Especially because this was meant to be a “training” walk with positive reinforcement. When they called me about this they complained that I had an attitude because I was upset about the situation. If you care about your dog, avoid at all costs.

I work in the area and was having a bad day when I walked past and saw all the dogs inside. I was curious because I'd always though I was allergic to dog saliva. I spoke to the owner and he let me test the theory with his dog that he brings with him to work (his dog is like a manager too lol) and not only did I find out that I'm not allergic to all dog saliva, I found a new place to go watch dogs play which is great for my mental health. The staff are really knowledgeable and the dogs seem to all get along with each other as well. I can't wait to get a pup of my own to bring here while I work. If I could give EasyWag more stars I would!
