I am a licensed massage therapist and I bring my service dog with me to the office in all weather. I have been searching for a raincoat that fits him for the last nine years. This store is awesome… they have great products and they helped me find the exact perfect fit for my dog’s weird-shaped mutt body. I highly recommend this store because they have cute stuff and it’s high-quality and the staff is really nice and I was shocked by the affordable price especially for Manhattan.

amazing store and great people! I bought a sweater on line and picked it up the following week and the store made sure the color I was looking for was correct. when i picked it up they gave my pup a lot of pets and attention and extra dog treats because it was his 3rd birthday but the overall vibe in this store is amazing i crochet and sewed on the sweater and it’s amazing quality

Great shop, adorable dog clothing, and the people here are great. Piper loves to stop here so much (because of the treats and pets) that she’s taken to stopping at the door in protest if I want to walk by.

Purchase items at your own risk at this store—they are more concerned with making a quick buck than satisfying the customer’s needs. Despite their associates’ personal knowledge and experience, in the end management is more concerned with nickel & diming and insulting the intellect of returning patrons willing to spend for the overpriced items, than making their small business thrive.

I ordered booties for both of my dogs for this winter, and they were to be shipped separately. The first set arrived within 2 days of order. The second set of booties was delayed due to a shipment delay on their end, but the team was very friendly and kept me up to date when I contacted them. I received the second set of booties today, and I was very delighted to find this little surprise. I really did appreciate the note and the treat for my dogs. I love supporting local businesses, and you’ve made me a lifetime customer! Thank you from me, Apollo, & Teddy Rex (my dogs).

Great spot for dog needs. Went for the first time out of curiosity but ended up buying bones for my dog. He’s a 7 months old poodle and loves to bite everything. I needed something that was long lasting and flavorful. Now this is my go to place for all his snacks and treats. He loves the bones and the sweet potato strips they have. It use to last him more than a week but since he does t get them often he can now finish it in one day if we don’t take it away from him. Either way great products. Only negative would be the price range.

Although pup made a big ol mess of their toys, Dog & Co was great! Honestly great customer service. Had no idea about measurements for my pup and she was very helpful and patient helping us with my difficult to dress doggo. Had a lot of knowledge about the products in store. Jenna was helpful! This is the perfect location for all of your dog needs located in the epicenter of New York City. This spot has it all from grooming to toys and treats. If you or a loved one have a special fur baby to cater to, do yourself a favor and check out this spot.The staff is also so welcoming and super knowledgeable on the latest gear. wish I could give them 10 stars. Went in without my puppy to pick out a harness and totally got the wrong size! They emailed me right back telling me they would hold a new size for me because they were running low. Exchange couldn’t have been easier and they couldn’t have been nicer!! The only problem is everything is so cute you’ll want to buy everything!

Im obsessed with this store and stop by anytime I’m in the area! High quality dog products, love the trendy leashes and accessories as well as healthy, clean/organic and limited ingredient treat options. They are so helpful and I always find myself picking something up for my pup! Stop in, the space is small but VERY substantial, you won’t regret it!

Best pet store I've ever purchased from. They have a fantastic toys, collars, leashes, and treat selection. All of their products are top notch. I never worry about making a purchase here as their customer service is so good! Before shipping my order they are always checking in to make sure I have the right size for my puppy. My only complaint is I wish they had a store in California.

Helped suit up my Italian greyhound!! Yesterday out the time to make sure his clothes fit perfectly and kept him warm. Made sure that she actually cared about my dog, That’s extremely rare in my experience. The store is a gem and you’ll find things for your pet you could never find anywhere else! Products are fantastic.

After spending my entire morning looking for a K9 sport pack for my dog I finally found one here at Dog and Co. The store looked small but had a good amount of products and Lauren was absolutely helpful helping me find the right size for my Shuchon. I saw they have sweater and jackets so I'll definitely come back especially during the upcoming winter season. Nice plush toys and cool looking leashes. Very much worth the trip from queens!

Usually love shopping here for my dog. Spent at least $300 or more at this location. But I had purchased a bag here previously and a day later was Black Friday. I didn’t realize the bag would go on sale, and so essentially I wanted to know if I could get the difference/return then repurchase (because it was unused and literally purchased a day before) (also definitely not cheap). Maybe I should have just returned it and bought it online to make it easier for myself, but I didn’t think the people there would make it so hard. The reception that day just straight up said uh no. Luckily, one of them had exceptional customer service (she seemed like a manager.) She let me at least get items to make up the difference. And the last person (who just walked back and forth with a dog in her arm) just looked annoyed and blamed my internet connection for not receiving an email which they found out they never sent me in the first place.

I love this store but they don't have a lot of options for bugged dogs. I have a beagle, she's chunky, and I bought a pajama and a jacket for her and they didn't fit. Other than that I love them, really nice customer service.
