I got my adorable Shih Tzu puppy in late September 2023 and I couldn’t be happier! His name is Milo Gizmo and he’s honestly the sweetest. He’s very friendly, active, healthy and loving. The process at Citipups was seamless and they even check up on you for a month to see how everything is going with the puppy as well as you get a free vet visit with the purchase of the puppy! 10/10 recommend

Not really sure about the type of dog you could vibe with, then this place is for you. I had so much fun petting different breeds of puppies . The staffs were so welcoming and friendly. I was extremely happy to be here lol.

Amazing experience getting my adorable puppy. Such a clean and reputable place, the staff exceeded my expectations and were the most caring and supportive. Everything was clearly explained in detail and the gentleman helping me gave me his phone number just incase of emergencies or if I had any question. He made me felt at ease that CitiPups would be there for us during the puppy’s transition to his new home. They followed up with me 3 separate times, checking in to see how the puppy was doing and if I had any questions. Overall amazing place to get your puppy!

I recently had to put one of my Chihuahuas to sleep due to kidney failure. During the same week, I met my little Daisy at Citipups Lexington Avenue store. She was a tiny, beautiful long hair Chihuahua puppy with one blue and one green eyes, weighing 1 and half lbs. She was just one of the most beautiful Chihuahua puppies I’ve ever seen. It was definitely love at first sight for me and I could not resist but to take her home. My whole experience at Citipups has been amazing. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and Citipups staff followed up with me weekly to see how she is doing and how she is adjusting to her new home. My puppy is in perfect health and always very happy. She loves all the toys that I bought for her and getting along great with my other long hair Chihuahua, Trixie. It’s been 2 and half months and she is growing to be a very happy dog.

This place is just a cuteness overload, the puppies they have are so stinking cute, but the star was Jeremy the Manager. I wasn’t adopting a puppy when I went, I just wanted to check out the puppies they had and they have such a large selection, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to adopt a puppy! The staff were very nice and helpful, they even let us play with a puppy

This review is very overdue. We got our F1 mini goldendoodle from Citipups Chelsea. We would highly recommend Citipups after our experience. We got to play with our puppy in the puppy playpen and we were not rushed at all. After we got our puppy, Citipups guaranteed her health and said they would pay for any vet bills if she got any illnesses within the first two weeks. They were better than most breeders we had heard of. If we were to get another puppy again, we would definitely do it with Citipups. Citipups also estimated our dog’s full grown weight to be 20-25 lbs and she ended up at 23 lbs. We did genetic testing and it matched exactly what Citipups told us she was.

Highly satisfied and happy with our new puppy! Our puppy got sick with a cold and CitiPups was able to help us find a trusted vet in the area which I thought was great. Our puppy has been super easy to train, super friendly, full of energy, and has made a great addition to our family!

I know they say adopt don’t buy. In this case I fell in love with my little baby, first visit I couldn’t resist after some years after my Maltese passed at 14 I was very unhappy with my position in life. Although New York is full with unwanted animals sometimes you want a little one to see grow. very subjective but we all have our own bias staff allowed a 10min play time if your choice of dog very rough for those who aren’t taken home but nice to see those taken home. Staff assured me of all steps what necessary procedures incase you freak about they basically gave you the run down before picking the dog up and after picking up very much like a dog guide for dummies but in a good way you know? After 3 months with my little faye I’m very happy and satisfied with the new addition to the family

Best pet shop experience ever. You can tell they really care about their pets and making sure that they are placed in the right homes with the right people. We fell in love with with a cavapoo and a yorkie and ultimately ended up going with our yorkie Bear aka Little Bear. He is just about the sweetest ever and so smart! We will miss little Nugget the cavapoo but we are so happy with Bear (wish we could take them all home!- cue Pokémon theme song) they sent us a text a few days later to see how our little was doing, and to remind us that they are there to support us in our journey. Great place!

After losing our tiny Chihuahua of almost 20 years, my fiance and I were on the lookout for a very similar Chi to add to our family. The hunt was grim for nearly 1 year, until we discovered Citi Pups. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. The dogs all appeared very happy, clean and treated well. We flew cross country and the staff made sure we were set to travel back to the Westcoast the following day, with a small supply of food, pads, and her favorite toys. She has been a joy ever since. She is smart, healthy and so full of character and just what we were looking for!One additional thing to note...the shop takes multiple payment options upon checkout, so if you are looking to pay some on credit, some cash etc.. really making the process easy and seamless.

We have two amazing dogs from city pups. We got them 4 years apart and we couldn’t be happier. Both are healthy, loving and well trained. They play well with other dogs and rarely bark! Seriously the best pups in the world!

We were looking for a puppy to join our family… they help us finding the best one for us. We got it at city and went to the vet. She was a bite sick… but we didn’t payed anything… city pups did. They asked several times how she was feeling. Now everything is fine. We enjoy every day our new puppy 🤩Puppy are so cute at city pups and the people working there are very helpful and kind. Don’t go the week end they don’t have much time for you… try to go during the week it’s more easier if you are like me and need time to make a choice.

Got both of my dogs from here. Our first was 9 years ago and we recently got him a friend. Staff is friendly, it seems they want the puppies to get a good start in life with the 24/7 number and plethora on reading material given detailing training and just alot of knowledge if youre a first time dog owner. Our oldest we got from them hasnt had any health issues so far, and our puppy is doing great.I know there is alot of judgement on those who purchase pets...I did try for a month to adopt but kept being told i didnt make enough to take care of a pet or it wouldnt be appropriate to adopt to me because i live in an apartment.... Thats fine all dogs deserve great homes but it isnt "easy" to adopt and can degrading with how scrutinizing they are over things.

I am begging you to PLEASE make people wash their hands and cover their shoes before playing with the puppies in the playpens. The shih tzu I was interested in had a very obvious kennel cough and was trying to lick the bottom of my shoes. I can only imagine the germs these partially vaccinated puppies encounter every day from new york city germs. For a business known for occasional sick puppies you would think they would take better health precautions.

I love citipups! I’ve gotten a few dogs from them and they all have wonderful personalities and are very healthy and happy fur babies! The store is kept very clean as well as the puppies and they use a very reputable veterinary hospital for their routine care. Everyone at citipups has been very nice and more than willing to answers whatever questions I had about the puppies. I tell everyone where I got my babies from! 😊

We were hesitant at first to get a dog from a puppy store, but CitiPups was a great experience. The staff was so helpful and really care about the pups. We loved Citipups.First of all its very clean and pups are well treated. What I loved that you can actually meet and play with a puppy before you decide to take it home.Second, they have amazing service, they were checking in with us every week to see how the puppy feels, giving advices and answering all the questions.Third they gave a certificate for a free vet check at amazing veterinary, where they took all analysis and confirmed that puppy is healthy without charge.Highly recommend!

It’s been 2 years since I got my puppy. He’s a long haired mini dachshund and honestly the best think to ever live on this planet! He’s so loving and playful and healthy. My partner and I named him Jacqmue and he is perfect. If you’d like to see I made him an Instagram it’s @Jacqmue_, the guys helping us make it such a great experience and when we got to take him home everyone in the shop cheered and took pictures for us lol overall it was a really great experience. I’m writing a review because I’m looking for another and realized I didn’t write a review my first time around

Last year 2021 I brought my little girl Pomerian this year 2022 I returned and brought my little boy. I love this boutique the puppies are well taken cared of and very healthy and clean including the store.The staff are very respectful and patient with you while you make your choice. The only issue I have is they don’t allow you to have pictures of the parents of the beautiful puppies & I would have loved to know who my babies features took after most like which parent. That was my own problem but everything else was great and I love both of my puppies they are beautiful healthy Pomerians

2 yrs ago I had the most wonderful experience here finding my beloved angel boy Morkie Pilaf. He was and has been completely healthy and happy from day 1. All of their dogs are healthy, happy, loved and cared for. The way they treat their animals and customers is something I have never seen before, they’re incredible! I would definitely recommend citiPups . The staff here are amazing . So welcoming , knowledgeable and they give you ample amount of time to connect with the puppies . Oliver helped me so much and was so supportive . And led me to my perfect puppy . I have a CavaPoo her name is Rain and she’s so amazing . I love her so much I’m so glad I made the decision. And Oliver helped me to finalize my decision . They explain and set you up for success upon leaving the shop . I highly recommend . I’m sure one day I’ll be back for another one day . Highly recommend getting your puppy from Citipups…we love our Morkie…..he is the most lovable, playful puppy…Citipup constantly checked on his progress to make sure everything was going good…so happy we found Citipups….hopefully we want to get a playmate for Yogi and Citipups is where we will definitely go.🐶
