This is a beautiful pet store with very nice displays and a wide selection of collars, harnesses, and leashes for our four-legged friends. The harnesses I looked at were made out of a rubberized material that I wasn't sure of, so I didn't buy anything this time, maybe on the next visit!

Horrible quality horrible return policy. Cannot believe my dog almost got hit while using a harness and leash costing nearly 300 dollars. I left them a voicemail 24 hours or I will initiate a credit card charge back.

Gorgeous harness and leash I totally brought into the sales pitch of it being indestructible, safe and all. Less than 24 hours and it was broken - my husky darted towards a squirrel and it ripped. This could’ve been so dangerous. Luckily I noticed right away and was able to secure her. When I returned it I was offered a new one and was told this never happened before. Not with the risk. I was super disappointed.

I bought one harness that was broke…the harness wasn’t able to close and it was dangerous as my dog would escape. I email the customer service and they only wanted to send me an harness that was cheaper than the one I purchased ALSO they wanted me to pay 40$ for shipping…Would not recommend!!

Got small size for my Havanese. He normally runs away from his harness but he has no fuss putting on the bonefly harness. Ez to put on and doesn't choke him when he tugs occasionally. Trick with the top is the loop a normal leash clip through the 2 loops and clip. Lady who was at the register was very kind and helpful.

DO NOT BUY FROM BONEFLY!!!!This harness is dangerous and is not safe for any dog! It is also way over priced and the plastic snap does not work.We’ve had this harness for about 2 months. Our dog nearly got hit by a car when she pulled herself out of the harness.

Agree-good customer service, and this leash/harness looks good, appears to be comfortable but like reviewers above… my golden doodle lunged at another dog and leash ripped. Was also told that it never happens and was replaced. Now replacement handle is broken-buckle latch doesn’t clip securely/keeps opening. I am annoyed cuz at this price this should not be happening

I bought a harness and leash from the store. Within a week the harness broke and my puppy almost ran into traffic. I called customer service and the person I spoke with gave me a hard time and did not want to refund my money. She wanted to exchange the products for a new harness. I explained that I did not have faith that my puppy would be safe and she got upset that I no longer wanted to use this item and wanted my money back. Used with caution because although it is gorgeous it is not safe!

Very dissatisfied with the harnesses and leash I purchased from your store. After only a week the clip on the harness and leash snapped off and my dog ran into the street with ongoing traffic. I returned the item with Pamela Krantz and never received the refund and she ignored all my emails and phone calls. Poor customer service and thieves

Way overpriced for inferior products … the chrome was all scratched and they come undone if the dogs pull hard or if you’re trying to pull your dog out of a situation …. Was shown a few different colors when I went to purchase and each one had scratches on the finish … so it was like pick the least scratched one … with all that being said the reason I gave them one star is because the rubber doesn’t hold smells !!
