Ryan is truly the best, always helpful, trustworthy, and personable. Ryan has taken care of my dog for years (at a different Biscuits & Bath prior) and when I found out she's now the manager of the new Chelsea location, we switched my dog's daycare immediately (from a different daycare in the area). On top of that, it's a one-stop shop for all your dog care needs (e.g., grooming, vet, boarding, etc.). Additionally, Jane has been doing a phenomenal job grooming my Australian Shepherd. Overall, would highly recommend sending your dog here.

Whole location is ran poorly by Ryan Reiss. Numerous of times she has been seen in the front drawing like a little kid and ignoring the dogs. Even allowing them to eat their own poop. The staff is hardly ever on track and dogs are left alone most of the time. Bring your dogs else where this company clearly doesn’t care about your animals health or safety.

I just got news that the best manager I dealt with just got terminated. The GM, Ryan, is always very rude and continues to spread lies about employees to make herself look better. Considering I would now have to deal with her, I won't be going back to that location. Absolutely unprofessional. Treat your people, treat your EMPLOYEES better. if I could give 0 stars, I would.

My dog loves coming here and pulls us in when we walk past. Everyone here is so lovely and you can tell genuinely cares for all the dogs. Monique is also an excellent trainer and has done wonders with our little furball.

B&B is wonderful :), I am a first time dog owner and they have been there for me every step of the way since I got my dog! They are a one stop shop to give your pup the best treatment, and you can tell that they sincerely love all dogs. A special shoutout to Ryan who manages this location and is so personal with all of the dogs and owners, and a major shoutout to Monique who is my dog's trainer. I have been struggling with some issues and she has been nothing but wonderful in helping me through those as we continue to work together. She is personable and so great to work and the growth I have seen in my puppy since working with her is invaluable. Thank you B&B :)
