Beasty Feast is the best local pet store. They have it all: supplies, grooming, and even classes! We buy most of our supplies here, our dogs both get groomed here, and we’ve done a number of the classes. Nothing but good experiences. Martin is fantastic and is always so helpful. I don’t know what we’d do without this place!

Amazing pet food store!! I needed cat food that was urinary friendly, and they has both Royal Canin and Hills. Also dry food for this same type! 100% coming back here. They also do deliveries in the neighborhood. Friendly staff and great vibe.

Nice people, willing to help. Good selection. This is where I buy all my treats (feels way nicer than ordering them off of the internet) because they don’t carry my dog’s food in large packs.

Went for my dogs first grooming (golden retriever). They put him on a table and put a leash around his neck attached to a hanging device to blow dry him despite my warnings that he would be uncomfortable at first with the dryer (which was fully mobile and didn’t need the table). He began to try to jump off table with leash attached (essentially hanging himself). Luckily I stayed back to watch because I caught him and held him up. When I yelled for the groomer to please unhook the leash she just sat back staring and wouldn’t help. Took him away after that. Would not trust large dogs here - pretty shocking experience. Never seen a groomer care less about a dogs well being.

Beware! Their house brand is expensive and very poor quality. Bought this harness and within 3 months it was rusted through. Even stained my dog’s fur orange! Would have expected something so expensive meant for a dog—that is bound to get wet—would be made with stainless steel.When I had first bought the harness, the man at the counter had told me I could bring it back if I ever had an issue. When I did, I was told the return window (only a few weeks) had passed and they tried to sell me a new one. What a joke!Their name brand items are ok, but generally more expensive than elsewhere. Might buy something if I needed it immediately, but never buying their house brand again.

Andrew, Petro and Gilbert are such sweethearts! 10/10 customer service and knowledgeable about the products. I'm a bit far from the location, but their kindness and patience with me has me coming back. This is my third time returning to the store and it has stayed with amazing high energy!

Great store with cool staff, a happy cat, and a big selection. I needed a pill popper for my cat, and I'm so glad I found this place. Andrew and the store's cat Leah are great company, and the price for the pill popper was super reasonable. Thanks for helping me keep my own cat healthy!

Always a fun experience visiting, my dog gets super excited and friendly staff makes it a joy to run an errand. (Still miss you at the old location!) Thanks for help with a quick food delivery- has been a huge help on busy days. I could’ve ordered from Petco but want to support an awesome indie local shop, they truly love their work and our pets.

Cute store but incredibly overpriced. We purchased an adorable sweater for my dog, and when we attempted to return it, they initially would not exchange it. They had claimed that there were no returns on certain items despite the fact that we had asked them on our initial purchase. They eventually and begrudgingly allowed us to return it. The store seems clean, though, and has a nice layout. However, the store has a resident cat which is otherwise adorable, but my mother, who was unaware of said cat, proceeded to have an allergic reaction.

Amazing customer service each time my pup and I visit- cannot recommend enough. I brought my pup to shop for coats and boots and the team let us try them on for size, and even went as far as helping put on the boots. Great team.

Wonderful pet shopping experience. They have a super diverse selection of foods, treats, toys, and supplies for dogs and cats. They also range from affordable to gourmet/luxury. The staff is also friendly, helpful, informative and totally not pushy! I walked in looking for kitten shampoo which they did not have in stock, but the employee recommended a DIY solution in the meantime. Love it! It's my new pet shopping spot!

Can’t say enough good things about this pet store. They have a huge selection of treats, food, supplements, and toys. The employees are also extremely knowledgeable about the food and gave me a great recommendation for a food to try to attempt to solve my dog’s sensitive stomach issue (Forza10). They said if the food didn’t work out, they’d let me return it too! (It did end up be a miracle food!)

Great place. Right near my job. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Great prices too. I get most of my dogs balls here. For some reason thats the only toy she gives the most attention to. They have a great selection.

This place is great! We took our yorkie for grooming, and it's hands down the best cut he's ever received. And not only did he look great, he was super happy when we picked him up so I think he enjoyed it, too. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have been long-time Beasty Feast customers and we used to primarily visit their West Village locations before they unfortunately closed down. So recently, we made our first visit to their Chelsea store on 14th st. I have to single out for praise, Andrew and Pastos. These guys are the best and they really go out of their way to make you feel assisted in the warmest and friendliest way. This brand of conscientious customer service is sadly all too uncommon these days. I hope BF realizes how lucky they are to have these two gentleman on their staff. Keep up the great work guys!

WOW Great Store! I live in the Neighborhood and walk my dog to here all the time. I have a hand full of local pet stores I can shop at but none of them cary the foods I want! I definitely recommend BeastyFeast, it’s worth the trip! :)

Great stuff for all your pet needs. They have a good assortment of toys and treats. What I love best is the assortment of raw dog food options. They have a freezer section where you can find the best and fresher variety of dog food.
