Took my dog in at 9:30 am and picked him up by 11:30… he came back and his nails were still long and thy did a HORRIBLE JOB bathing him! They told me he wet himself as he was being groomed so they bathed him again. It’s clear that they didn’t even bother to bathe him again because he smells horribly. It is very evident that they wiped him down and just put some cologne on him. This wasn’t worth the 60 dollars that I paid. Every time I take him here the job done progressively gets worse and worse. I will never EVER bring him here again.

We were new to the area in the spring, and this was the only place with availability- which made me concerned- but Artie needed a haircut and despite him being a goldendoodle, I do not let his hair get long. I scoped the place out and it was clean and the people were friendly.The first haircut was a good haircut but way longer than we like and what we had asked for. I told them so they knew for next time, which they noted, and paid in full and went home. I ended up bringing him back two weeks later because it was just way too long. The second time around was much better, and he came out looking perfect-minus the fact that his nails were long and scratchy. I paid in full, which I was secretly a little salty about paying another $200 just two weeks later, but I’m not as confrontational as I should be.About 6 weeks later we brought him back, and I was looking forward to him getting the same haircut as last time, but I asked them to go one level shorter than before just because it was summer and we were in a heat wave. We waited all day (much longer than the first two times) so I called to get an update because we were going out of town that evening. I would never want to rush the groomer, though. I just needed an idea of timing because I hadn’t anticipated it taking this long. They told me half hour, so I arrived half an hour later and they were still working on him. I hung around and waited (which I didn’t mind) and eventually they brought him to me. I was shocked as I had never seen such a poorly groomed dog… he has chunks of hair sticking around his face, his elbows, and his genitals, armpits, and paws had not been groomed! How could they have let him out this way? They should have known that was unacceptable. He looked like a homeless dog (though I would never tell him that and gave him lots of love and praise :).Anyways- I have trimmed the areas they missed myself, and have scheduled him for elsewhere since. It only takes one time, and I will not risk bringing my baby back there.Pictures included, but doesn’t quite capture how bad the haircut was.Also included a current picture since fixing his face haircut.Edit- I took him to a new groomer today and they said he was sooo nervous, and they were afraid the last groomer “didn’t treat him well”. Broke my heart so much that I ever brought my baby here. ALSO, the other groomers in the area charge far less… My Pets Paradise was over $200, while this last groomer (which is the most reputable in the area and hard to get an appt), was $120.

We contacted them on short notice (same day) to have 2 dogs washed and groomed. They accommodated us and did a great job...

i randomly came across this place a couple years ago looking for a groomer for my doggy , i have taken him quit a few places before and i didn't like how he came out but this place hooks him upppp he looks like a completely different doggy when he comes home he looks so good and he smells amazing and for a whileee !

This place is amazing i have a yorkie with anxiety and i always paid so much money at the vet to get her groomed i found Liliana and she is amazing and saved me!!!! She was able to cut joseys nails and give her the perfect cut I've been wanting! I highly recommend anyone who has a dog like mine to book an appointment today with them!

Nice clean place and friendly staff. I love how they have play pens for the dogs to stretch instead of being in a crate. My dogs fur was so soft and she came out smelling so good, almost smelled better than me!! Thank you Jose Antonio!

Great place staff very nice , prices are very reasonable for the quality of care your BFFs get . My pups love the spa ! Definitely give them a shot you will be back . They make my pups look like a million bucks without paying a million bucks ! Thank you pet paradise

I’ve been bringing my dog Sundae to Your Pet’s Paradise for 4 years and I’ve never had a complain , they’re very professional, the work they do on my dog’s hair is amazing that people always asked me where do I take my dog for grooming?They used the best quality products, my pet keeps smelling so good after weeks.I also left Sundae for days when I had to travel and they took a good care of her I felt safe leaving my dog in this great place.The price is very reasonable and the staff is always kind , respectful, friendly and professional.I’m moving out of town soon but I’ll keep bringing my dog here even if it’s far away because it’s hard to find great places like this one.Thanks Your Pet’s Paradise for always taking a good care of my dog!!!Los mejores!!!

PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR DOG THERE FOR DAY CARE I SPOKE WITH AN UNPOROFESSIONAL WORKER And he said they cage up the dog the whole day From the time you bring the dog until you pick up the dog. That's animal cruelty, I ask him Do you take the dogs for a walk? He said no we don't.. please don't go there Cause the price is cheap but they don't do anything with the dog and that causes depression.

Wonderful wonderful experience ! I live closer to the big chain and was going there for little bit due to my laziness but YPP is amazing and definitely will continue with them because the work can’t be beat plus my old baby looks and smells amazing for a long time ! I’m obsessed with the smell !

Highly disappointed!!!My dog had an 11am appointment to be groomed I heard nothing all day so I called around 6pm and they didn’t even start him yet!! He was in a cadge for all those hours with NO FOOD and NO WATER.I went straight there and took my dog home with no haircut. The excuse the staff gave me was “there is only one groomer” I think maybe they should not take so many appointments if they can’t handle it.I will never bring my dog back here, such a horrible experience.

Went last week 2/19 and brought Max and Gaby for the first time . Was a little skeptical not knowing what to expect by just reading the reviews,But omg! What a fabulous job she did to my dogs !. The style of cuts were perfect for them . I will be going here on a regular basis. Great day care .

I recently moved into the area and wanted to find a new pet groomer closer to home and stumbled upon this location and I absolutely loved them. They treated my dog with such care and was so knowledgeable about different products/things I can do to help with my dogs itchy ears. Definitely recommend bringing your pets!

1st time using this place. Was referred by 2 people and I can literally walk there, so it was convenient. BUT, I was soooo disappointed. I wanted to cry. They left cotton balls in my dogs ears. I noticed them when I got home because I was trying to clean him up with my scissors, so I pulled them out. If I didn't see them, who knows how long they would have been stuck in there. They didn't cut the fur in between his paw pads. He was so uneven, you can see clipper marks. His ears were cut uneven and his paws were not rounded out and finished off.I used to groom, so now I need to clean him up. He needed to be finished off with scissors to make him even all around. They did not cut the fur behind his ears on his neck. I can't believe I spent $80. I provided a photo to follow from another groomer (he used to go to in Florida- $55). They wanted to hang it on the wall. It's not their work!!!!!! I will groom him myself going forward.

Overall experience was great! Professional , patient, accommodating and they really care for your pet and for the end results. Rude and wasted my time.Called multiple time to confirm appointment and price. When I got there they charged me double. Did a horrible job and doesn’t know how to handle cats. Even though my cat is literally the sweetest thing ever.

I have a maltese and they messed my dogs hair so bad. It’s all chopped ,uneven , the topknot is all chopped with holes . The ears are crooked , one shorter than the other. They chopped the hair around her eyes. I can’t express how upset and disappointment I’m with this place.PS: she had an appointment at12:30, I kept calling to check when she was done. I was only able to get her at 4, when I got there she was still on the table.

I recently brought my maltipoo, Bubba, in for a grooming at their new location. All I can say is, Your Pet's Paradise met all my expectations!!My pup is not easy to handle and is one tough cookie. But, Liliana and her staff are amazing in handling him. I asked that he receive a flee bath, nail cutting, and other minor services. When I picked him up, he smelled amazing and looked so cute and fluffy!Their location is spacious and clean! The receptionist was also super polite. Thanks for everything!Btw. They also have day-care options!
