Without a doubt, this is the best Whole Foods in the Westchester area. They have a large selection of items, customer support lane at the entrance, plenty of self checkout machines/cashier lanes, a clean public restroom/dining area, free WiFi and an Amazon return/pickup station. Whatever you need or want, they got it and the staff are always willing and able to help. There is only one major problem with the location and that is their new automated parking system. They have plenty of paid parking spots and the first 30 minutes are free, but they take pictures of your license plate as soon as you enter/exit. Meaning, you better watch the clock the second you enter the parking facility (it's not managed by them but rather Ridgehill Mall). Good news is, they usually have free 10-15 min parking spots outside the facility if you are suspicious like myself about people photographing your license plate.Oh and it should go without saying, it's Whole Foods, be prepared to spend a pretty penny. However, if you have Amazon Prime, you get 10% off sale items. So I highly recommend to check the Whole Foods app or Amazon app for their current sales. Other than that, I highly recommend this Whole Foods.

I’ve been shopping at the Ridge Hill location for years. Prior to Covid, Whole Foods would validate your parking for up to 90 min. Now, you have to pay $5. Why should one have to pay $5 to go grocery shopping. I truly hope they’ll waive the fee or start validating it again.

I’ve been going to this Whole Foods for YEARS since I lived in the area—and even now living in the city, we still commute to this location because it’s such a pleasant shopping experience! That being said, they raised the parking to $5 and WF stopped validating parking tickets. In this economy, it’s INSANE to charge $5 for parking to go grocery shopping. Unfortunately we won’t be back unless they fix this and go back to validating, simply out of principle. You guys are losing customers!

Nice store, but there's hardly ever any staff around to assist or answer a question and they start locking up the store at least15 minutes before closing time. It also sometimes feels like you're being aggressively kicked out, especially when they keep repeating the announcement that the store is closing, well before it actually is. Not a very welcoming experience. If you say you're open until 9pm, the customer should be provided the same experience they would at 9am.

I like coming here, It's a great place to shop and it's a diverse community of shoppers, and it's a pleasant place to shop. There's ample amount of parking, and there are parking garages literally every 2 blocks. And with that being said, there should be no issues finding parking. There are many stores that you can shop or look around. There are many places to eat as well. You just gotta come and see for yourself.

Really like it has its own parking garage. However, how you pay to exit is a bit confusing since it’s based on the time you arrive and determines if you pay $5 or not. Other than that WF is WF, it has a lot of options to include prepared meals.

The Whole Foods Store at this location is my go-to place because it is local, offers a wide range of fresh foods and produce, and the staff is generally very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They have hard to find spices and specialty foods, and they are excellent with returns and checkout errors. I love their fresh and hot soups, breads, desserts, and fruits/veggies, especially when on sale. The daily counter staff, check out clerks, stocking staff, and customer service desk staff are excellent. They work hard and are attentive to customer questions. The aisles are clean and shelves stocked well, and the small bathroom is clean, too.Why 4 Stars? I took off 1 point for the Holiday Meals pick-up team and Corporate's inability or refusal to address issues raised. I am still waiting for a follow-up call about the complaint and concerns I filed on Thanksgiving day. But ... moving on.This local Whole Foods store is also a great Amazon drop-off and pick-up location. Plus, if you dash in and complete your shopping list in under 30 minutes, you can park for free. They used to validate tickets for free parking, but post-pandemic changes have led to new rules. Free parking is allowed for shoppers who leave in under 30 minutes.Be fairly warned.

I have always been a fan of whole foods. For people who shop organic and want it at a fairly reasonable price, it is a great place. I recommend going in person if you can. I am very particular about the quality of my produce, and I am never disappointed when I go there, but if I order online the quality is more variable. The variety of tasty and healthy food there is a bit dizzying, so I recommend knowing what you want before coming. On special occasions when I am not in a hurry, I can spend more than an hour here, picking good food. Happy shopping!

Great, clean and well stocked. Cheese Monger helped us find some fun new cheeses like Midnight Moon. We found everything we needed - delicious cheese, olives, crackers, baguette and jam for a weeknight charcuterie board. Definitely would go back to this Whole Foods. Parking was super easy steps away from the store entrance.

I love WF but the new parking system Ridge Hill is pushing is so annoying. The whole point of doing pick up orders is to be in and out. Now you have to validate downstairs regardless of if you're in there for only 10 minutes. really inconvenient, should be free for first 30 mins.

Whole Foods is good but don’t go to Ridge Hill, the parking system steals your credit card, it’s not secure. They give out tickets regardless if you have paid. There is no way of fighting the ticket.

Super sad. This spot used to have a lot of different whole food fresh baked vegan goods like chocolate chip cookies, brownies, muffins etc. I was at this location on 11/21 and was told they don’t sticker the vegan options anymore but I hand looked through all the baked goods and I noted they all had animal products in them. Their vegan cookies were the best :( they still have Abe’s but you can get those anywhere. This was my go to spot for buying baked goods in bulk for parties. Came here tonight to pick up a bunch for a work party. Not sure what changed!

Whole Foods is definitely a place that offers better options. I have a love for whole foods that I didn't know I would develop ever, haha. Shopping here (as every other grocery store) has become a little challenging due to inflation. However, when there are a few items I am in need of that are on sale; I make the trip over so I can grab them up.

This was my first visit to this store. I came on a Tuesday morning and I was pleased. It was very clean, and everything I needed was available. I will visit on a saturday when I'm sure it's busier to see if my opinion is the same.

This is a nice Whole Foods. I really appreciate their friendly staff. They are always nice to help you find items on your list. Also, they have a nice selection of coffee beans that are roasted on premises. If you go to the back of the store, next to the cheese section. They have a growler filling station. The prices are reasonable.

It is very well built and located parking lot but not easy to navigate when you need to validate your ticket from a near by store

Always a pleasant shop. Absolutely everyone who works there can help with anything you need. They had the most adorable (and delicious) Chocolate Raspberry Galentine's Day cake. They are also the only place around, that sells Shishito peppers

Was very surprised that there wasn't a knowledgeable person working in the Produce Dept. I asked a worker which potatoes are good for frying & he directed me to a woman who I thought was in charge of produce. I told her what I wanted. Even pointed to all the potatoes & asked which one is good for frying? I'm making potato latkas. I need frying potatoes. (I havent made them in awhile & I forgot which ones I used. Years ago they were called "Eastern" potatoes.) She then asked another worker speaking in Spanish. That worker told me to go to Aisle 8. ??? I go there & it turned out to be the FROZEN FRENCH FRY aisle! Seriously?! How could 3 people working in the Produce Dept. NOT know anything about potatoes? 🤦🏼‍♀️ I should have went to Wegmans!

I tried to return a Zappos item today. The instructions from Zappos says to take the item to Whole Foods, which makes sense because Zappos is now owned by Whole Foods. However, the worker at this WholeFoods Amazon return desk said they do not take Zappos returns. The worker simply shrugged when I showed the email that clearly said WholeFoods and refused to even try scanning the QR code. It makes no sense because Amazon OWNS Zappos. A wasted trip, and it makes me not want to visit this particular WholeFoods again.

Very clean you have to pay for parking but your receipt at check out will give you free parking.

While I feel that this is a nice clean supermarket with an excellent selection of organic products, I just don't really enjoy shopping here. As I said, I'm not knocking the place in general, but it does seem that everything is a bit expensive.

Very pleasant experience. Not too crowded even on a Sunday afternoon. Lines move quickly and excellent customer service when you ask any employee. Entrance from outside and garage which is very clutch.

Love the store but the customer service is horrible . Today 1/20/24 at 5pm I went to the self checkout and the older white woman with glasses and salt and pepper hair who stands in the front to assist was so rude and nasty I never want to go when she is there again . She hates people so why work with them .

It is conveniently located with a lot of space for parking. People are friendly and helpful across the different departments. The menu at the open food service is different every day. The meals compared with similar supermarkets that offer meal services is s a lot cheaper, tasteful, healthy. Most of the I am having my lunch there.

Overall, it’s a pleasure to shop at the Yonkers Whole Foods. On the whole, wonderful produce and a very clean store. However, the fish department is sadly lacking. The quality of the fish is poor, the selection is uninspiring and must of the fish is previously frozen. It’s no wonder there are so few people at the counter. I do not buy meat, but it’s hard not to notice the difference between the two departments. The meat selections look wonderful and fresh. I’m sure they sell a great deal more meat than fish. I frequent the store very often and wish that I could buy fish there as well. If that were the case, I would definitely upgrade my rating.
