This store will take all your money lol. Little bit of this little bit of that your shopping cart could be $500+. Great products little pricey it’s like Home goods and Home sense and Home Depot had a baby this store the result.

Now I understand why people go to the container store. They have containers/tools to organize everything and anything you own.Came in to get some ideas and saw they are having a sale on their elfa closet line.The store is kept clean and tidy.Lots of options ! Look at all these hooks!

If you want the best experience possible, shop at this location. The level of customer service and professionalism is above and beyond. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they make you feel truly welcome as a guest in their store. I was helped by a young lady name Ashley, she was very helpful and I’m truly happy with my closet system. The manager at this location Nydia, is truly skilled and talented at the art of customer service Which can be rare in many retail locations. Nydia thank you for your level of friendliness, knowledge and customer care. I had a great experience at your store and I plan on only shopping at this container store location for any projects I have in my house for storage and organization. Thank you again.

I worked with Tracy in custom closets and fell in love. The process originated with me requesting an appointment online. She followed up with a phone call shortly after and really listened to me. I came in the next day and the process was seamless. Tracy is so good she could have convinced me to get everything in the store but she made sure to focus on my needs and desired function. 10/10 Highly recommend

The container store is fun because you can look at all different containers and storage options that you had no clue you even needed. The staff here were very helpful, and the store was super clean. Prices are like, slightly above moderate, so bear that in mind when visiting here.

Went for storage bins. They had a selection but nit the type I wanted. Did some browsing. Found 3 things. 1. A nice storage bag for chargers. 2.a nice hanging toiletry bag 3. A nice password book. All reasonably priced. And all the staff said hello and asked if I needed help. I will be back.

I needed some type of organization for my sons room.... the store is a decent size and if you do not go into the store without some knowledge of what you want you can get lost in the different types of organization.... I asked two staff members for assistance. They gave me little to no help. I feel like when you work in retail you have to have some type of knowledge about the products your company sells. When i asked questions about some type of toy storage for my sons toys one employee pointed to the kids section and told me to look in that direction. He did not even assist me in looking in the area and he gave me the perception that he did not care about what I was looking for.I found another employee and described to her that I was looking for a mesh type bag that stands up on its own that I have seen in the "Container store" in the past. She barely assisted me as well. She told me that they do not always keep the same items.*save your trouble, and go to the White Plains store. The staff is much for friendlier....

Recently my experience was excellent. The sales person & manager was very attentive & solved my problem (due to an a purchase I made online that was put back on floor & sold ugh) with an complimentary free set of draws on wheels! Wow! Thank you!

They have great options and awesome ideas.Unfortunately, the great things in the store are cheaper (price wise) and more options are available online (marketplaces).2nd time here and a friend basically said "go there for ideas, and order online".Good shopping experience.It was a clean and active store.People buy a lot of things here.

Other than having to pay for parking- which is far away, BTW, this store is amazing. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The more you walk around, the more solutions you find to problems you didn't even know you had! From liners for metal racks to over-the-door hooks that can hold hangers. Food storage for you and your pets, shoe organization, closet heaven. I had to step out for a phone call and they even had a printed plastic notice for my cart saying I was still shopping so no one would put my things away. You WILL walk out with more than you intended!

Store is a treasure trove of knickknacks and useful tools that have been well thought out, but usually fall into obscurity due to you failing to realize how helpful so much of these items are. First time being in here and I absolutely love it! Purchased a couple of storage items that will contain "out of season" belongings. Definitely won't be my last time visiting!

It was my first time going to this location. I must say that everything and anything you can think off to keep your house organized and neat they have. They have it all from bathroom to kitchen to laundry to office. Customer service was awesome they where very attentive and friendly. I just wish it was a bit more affordable it is pretty pricey for containers.

It's in the name. This place is packed with different kinds of containers. Plastic, metal, woven, modular, drawers, snap clasp, lidded, etc it's all there. Reasonably priced as well. It's dangerous to go here without a budget
