Picked over! You have to get there the afternoon after their truck comes in otherwise the selection isn’t great. Friends and families of employees know when new merchandise is coming in and it’s gone immediately

Store has a decent selection mostly women but most of the time it's highly understaffed and lines can get long, as well as workers being inconsiderate being told to go back to other lines because the current cashier now wants to take lunch or walk off after calling you forward. Cashiers seem like they hanging out on the phone at times or goofing off walking rather than cashiering and there is always hangers and clothes scattered throughout the store... Marshalls on Central is much cleaner in my opinion and more walk space 😁

Nice location located at Ridge Hill shopping center. Nice variety of merchandise at good prices. Went to buy luggage and got a good deal. Checked prices elsewhere and got the best price here. Suggest you keep on checking in as the selection changes. Friendly staff at registers. Sometimes busy but go early and small lines.

Great selection, Clean good customer service. This TJ Maxx is located in the Ridge Hill Mall, is a great place to spend a couple of hours. Plenty of parking (you have to pay for parking) great restaurants near by. I like how clean and how they display there merchandise. Easy to view, the changing room is clean and well lit.

Not one of their best stores! Very messy and cashier couldn’t even give me a bag that fit everything I had. She told me I had to buy a reusable bag if I wanted a bag to fit what I bought! Meanwhile 3 registers down their was a larger plastic bag which fit perfectly. Customer service definitely was not this cashiers strong point since she couldn’t even give me a bag for my purchase and lied about it.

Great store to shop around. They have great customer service and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The store is not as big as others TJ Maxx I've been too. The only downside is if you buy an item that has a different price from the other item which is the same they WILL NOT PRICE MATCH! Don't bother calling the manager because he will not do anything about it.

This is definitely not the best TJ Maxx I have ever been to. A lot of the time, it's messy and disorganized but the merchandise itself is usually pretty good if you have patience! I think the store itself is much larger than the average TJ Maxx. It's nice to stop by if you're already at Ridge Hill, otherwise just skip this one and go to another.

Purchased an item from this location and the employee forgot to remove the sensor. Went back and walked straight to the counter to get it removed. They said they could not do so without a receipt. I showed what register I was at and my purchase from my bank statement.The manager said he would make a “one time exception” because we didn’t have a reciept. What they meant to say was that they will make a one time exception for their inability to take all the sensors off of my purchases when I was there the first time.On top of that, the person at the register threw her title out as a “coordinator” like a job title means something but then borrowed power from the manager on the phone when I questioned her. Poor soft skills on both employees.

I was trying to exchange an item cause the box says medium but the shirt was Xtra large and the coordinator Riyka give me attitude...she told me that I can't return the shirts cause the box was open and I suppose to check before buying, but the store policy says do not open the boxes and the box says medium,she needs proper training to provide a better costumer service instead arguing with the costumer. Ehh not a big fan. I walked away from my shopping cart for 19 seconds and a worker took my things and cart ..made me coming circles looking for it....shelves are messy and not much help on the floor...would only shop there if I had no other choice.

around 4 today .I went to return some shoes .the cashier was ok but the manager was highly disrespectful he was mean and very unpleasant to deal with .at no point did raise my voice or become disrespectful as he repeatedly said no about one of my returns and continued to say no the because the inside of the shoes he said was dirty while flicking his arms at the shoes.i would never want to shop where the manager is so insulting and rude ..I forgot to get his name before I left the store

T.J. Maxx has lots of fantastic deals on kitchen utensils, men's, woman's and children shoes as well as chlothig for everyone. Sometime you can also find discounted pastas, bottles of olive oil, potpurri baskets. They also carry furniture and bedding.
