If you have all day for shopping even for just one item then perfect place for you. There are always big lanes for check out but there only one or two cashiers and they send staff to do different things mostly. If i have an option to give 0 star I definitely go for it because they don’t care how many customers they loose because of their poor customer service.

Disgusted. I went in to return a ring that was suppose to be diamonds and gold and the manager who’s name is Latoya a lady who was working in jewelry. Refused to give me a refund mind you I had the tag receipt and proof of the ring that was gold and diamond that they gave to me upon purchase. She could only honor a store credit that I didn’t need. Mind you I have been shopping at tj max homegoods and marshals probably most of my life. They need to do better. We have a life outside of retiring stuff so yes I was a few days over thirty days but doesn’t change that the ring was like that after I pulled the tags off what difference it made they should no.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Girl working the fitting room has a really nasty attitude, shouting things about us while we were in there. The girl at the register was very very nasty too. Sucking her teeth at us and mumbling things. Don’t shop here. Go to a different location.

Went there with my mother to buy some clothing for a nice vacation a lot of my family are going to the Caribbean. My mother got exactly what she wanted, & I got what I wanted. The employee's who work there are helpful, & respectful. The female cashier was really nice, helpful, & respectful all the way. She signed me up for the T.J. Maxx Rewards Card which obviously helps make things cheaper. Right there I saved 10%, & that's great because what I bought would of been a good amount more expensive. Cashier Saynabar was wonderful. A very helpful, & respectful employee.

Bathroom is out service for few weeks and employees are very rude, I asked an employee for the bathroom and she very rude with a nasty answer to me. Then I observed a cashier been rude with a customer.

It's a girly store for sure . I was tagging along with the wife. Alot of ladies cloths. The wife said thier prices are good and they have some good stuff but, thier merchandise changes, so each time you go it's different stuff. Plenty of parking at this location.

Every time I go- the store is put together. Cashiers are very friendly. I just love shopping there. Always fully stocked except for makeup but I guess that’s what us girls go for more. Lol

The store was reorganized during a mall renovation so some items weren't as easy to find. The store overall is still nice, but it took a little searching to find what I was looking for. They're overall selection for plus size 1x was very limited and not trendy.

It is really good place to find brand stuff with better price. The place has a varieties of items ,clothing, ornaments, coucine utensils, snacks, I even bought a bicycle here. Big parking lot, and close to highway. The down side is you need time to really look around to find something of your size, color or style.

I had to call the store two times while standing at the jewelry counter for assistance with purchasing jewelry inside the jewelry counter. Waited 15 minutes for assistance at this store location. Shoe selections are limited. Not many good buys at this location

The line for checkout is ridiculous! I came back to return a few items and I was told to get on the line. There is no returns or exchange line. Come on TjMaxx you can do better. Customer experience rates 0.

The lines are extremely long wrapped around several aisles which deters social distancing. Not enough cashiers. Staff friendly. The store and employees put great effort into sanitizing the carts and register area but The long lines are extreme. During peak times their should more cashiers. Store isn't very neat. I visited TJ Maxx near Columbus Circle(Manhattan)recently. The store is kept emaculate. Huge difference in tidyness between 2 stores.

Too many items with no prices, ended up leaving half of what I got because I had to wait even more after being on line for more than 30 minutes; cashier I had looked miserable at work.
