One star is because the deli counter STILL does not have a working customer service ticket machine. It's been about, what, 6 months now?? Also, the Scan-It scanners and the wi-fi for using Scan-It on your cell phones rarely work. I've emailed corporate and always get "we'll tell the store manager" as their response. The Scan-It system hasn't worked steadily in over a year. I ask many employees why and they all tell me corporate is aware and it's not a priority for them.

Some in the Deli department are horrible!!! Waited over 1/2 hr for cold cuts the manager had to come tell a worker to stop what she was doing and to attend the customers!! Dala was the only one attending customers when she asked the blonde headed woman to help her she gave her an attitude and ignored the customers until the manager arrived and told her to help us!!! I should not have witnessed that was very unprofessional. Thank you dala for being kind & professional hope you get better co workers to work with you.

Great place to shops and great deals. However, watch your receipts bc sometimes the sales prices don't come out of total price even if you clip the coupon 30 minutes plus. The customer service desk are pretty good at correcting the problem at hand but it can be a hassle bc customer service at times could take a long time due to waiting time and having one employee at a time, for the most part. Their are times when there are 2 but barely, and when they do its because they are extremely busy but prepare to wait. Another thing that makes CS slow is the lottery because instead of having one of the 2 register just for the lottery, they don't, and this is what causes the congestion in the C Svc line. Overall very clean, well maintained store. Go 2 a week.

This was the first time I’ve been in the store since the Coronavirus changed all of our shopping habits. They now stock all kinds of hand sanitizers and the shelves looked full of everything you might possibly need. I was impressed by how every customer was wearing a mask and how careful people are being. The store’s management is encouraging only one member of each family to be in the store and I felt confident that virtually all of the customers are adhering to these smart rules.

Yesterday I encountered an employee that was very rude and overall had a nasty attitude. Her name is Rosa and works in the Pharmacy department. I went to pick up a prescription for my sister. Customer service is very important and if you as an employee can’t handle daily interactions with customers with the basic pleasant service then that job is not for you. This is unacceptable!

This might be one of the largest and cleanest Stop & Shop supermarket’s! I love coming here for their beautiful produce as well as the convenience ( especially when I’m having my car serviced). Nice location. #26 bus drops right off store. Very clean and service reps very nice. Only complaint was there were no fresh loose string beans, only prepackaged but its 2 days before Thanksgiving so its understandable. The produce section is beautiful!

A good number of the deli workers don’t know how to slice cold cuts and don’t sharpen the blades on the slicer. I get home to find my cheese falling apart or with uneven sides. I don’t have this problem at other supermarkets. I’m not getting my cold cuts here any more.

We’ve been using pickup services for years at this location, and every pickup has gone smoothly up until a two months ago. We typically pick up orders on Sunday. We started receiving calls that our orders have been delayed. It’s been fine with us since our Sundays are typically free. However, today, we were scheduled to pick up between 12-1pm. We never received notification that our order was ready for pickup. We called, and they told us our order had been cancelled. They claimed they called my wife to tell her the order was delayed, and that my wife then cancelled the order. My wife never received a phone call. They must have accidentally called a different customer, and cancelled out by mistake. Instead of apologizing, the manager insisted she spoke with my wife.So, we placed another order to be picked up later in the day. We received a call saying our order had been delayed 2-3 hours. Fine. We received a call around 8pm telling us our order was ready for pick up. We arrived and called in for our order to be brought to our car. No answer.I’m now standing in the store waiting for my order to be put together. It’s not even ready. You have one employee taking care of all Delivery & Pickup. I can’t even blame him. He’s hustling and over worked. This poor management. You don’t even have anyone available at customer service. And I’m now standing here with two other customers who have also been waiting an hour for their order.If you’re understaffed, management should be down here helping their staff. This is disgraceful.

I like stop & shop,but everyone know by now things are not Cheap at all since pandemic an it is so sad,yes ther r sales but not on everything thats is good quality food ,so wen I do Shop ther it's like we still endup spending way over our budget n walk out with still 2 bags n spent awhole lot on food that was cheaper before 2020 ,but we gotta eat ohh stop n shop do not do delivery even tho I live close ,da online deliver plz 🍄 like help us get back home without spending extra on cabs who don't have a damm car pkz

I used to shop at this location rather than the one in Mount Vernon because the staff was friendlier. That's no longer the case. The only reason I still shop this location now and then is if I happen to be driving by. And the parking lot is filthy.

The best organic fruits and organic food!!! I recently purchased a container of organic grapes 🍇 and it was soooooooo delicious that I ate the entire container of grapes 🍇 in one sitting. Of course I cleaned them first and then I ate them. 😂 I’m a vegan so that was my breakfast. It was so delicious. Stop and Shop had the best organic fruits!!! Thank you Stop and Shop

It is always a good shopping experience at Stop and Shop and food is fresh and good. The store is very bright and aisles are wide. They have Boar's Head cold cuts and a decent assortment of eating cheeses. You're going to pay a big more here, but you get what you pay for. Self service check out can be a challenge at times.

Stop & Shop in general is a great store. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of this location. Non staffed registers result in terrible lines that snake all around the store & I to the ailes making it very difficult to navigate the store. Self check out would be great if half the customers actually knew how to use it. Again causing extremely long lines & frustrated customers. Bakery has a nice selection but you can never get any assistance to help with orders or to answer questions. Getting assistance in the store of any sort is impossible. I really wish the powers at be would take a closer look at the issues with this store. It definitely does not compare to other locations.

If I could give 0 stars I would, in the past two weeks they have sold me bad fish and meat. That’s over $50 thrown in the garbage. The produce department is also absolutely terrible! I will drive far to shop but Stop and Shop will no longer get my money!

The aisles are well stocked and it's easy to find what you need. I love the self check out because it moves fast. There are lots of registers and only one line.Recently, some of the shelves have been a little sparse. But, they don't usually stay that way for long.Found everything today. No sparse shelves.

I'm an older gentleman, and I do all my grocery shopping at this location, between 7:30am-8:00am, there is an overnight crew Manager by the name of Oz Perez, and his assistant Galen. Both Oz and Galen go above and beyond in servicing me, specifically with assisting me in finding items that are not stocked. They both on many occasions have gone to the trucks and unloaded skids of food items that I need on my shopping trip. They are both very polite and attentive to my shopping needs. In today's current climate, customer service is non-existent, but not for Oz and Galen, they are both exemplary, employees of Stop & Shop and they deserve to be recognized for their service. I hope that Stop & Shop corporate office will share this review with them and are recognized for their outstanding service.
